  • 최근 집중호우에 따른 강우강도의 증가로 유역에서 토양침식량 뿐만 아니라, 하천유사량(fluvial sediment)의 규모를 증대시켜 많은 유사 관련 문제를 초래하고 있다. 또한, 하천유사량의 유출 증가로 인해 홍수시에 유사가 하도와 저수지내로 유입됨에 따라 통수단면적과 저수지용량을 감소시켜 이수나 치수 기능을 방해하는 결정적인 역할을 하게 된다. 따라서, 이와 같은 문제들을 해결하기 위하여 보다 정확한 유사유출량을 파악하는 것이 중요하다. 현재 국내에서 유사유출량을 산정하는데 있어 국내 실정에 맞는 유사유출량 산정기법이 요구되나 유사측정지점 및 측정자료의 부족으로 인해 국외에서 개발된 모형이나 경험식 등을 통해 추정하는 방법에 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 이와 같이 추정에 의한 방법은 신뢰성이 떨어지는 단점이 있어 실무자들로 하여금 침사지, 저수지 및 댐 등의 설계시에 유출되어지는 유사유출량을 파악하기에는 다소 무리가 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 팔당호로 유입되는 경안천 유역의 실측 유사량자료를 바탕으로 유량-총유사량 관계식을 제시하여 보다 정확한 유사유출량을 산정하여 실무자들에게 신뢰성 있는 자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 유사유출량 산정 절차로는 경안천 유역에 설치되어 있는 경안수위관측소에서 3년간(2008년 ~ 2010년) 실측된 유사량자료를 바탕으로 기존의 총유사량 산정식 Ackers-White(1973), Engelund-Hansen(1967), Einstein(1950)등을 이용하여 산정한 총유사량과의 비교분석을 수행하였으며, 분설 결과를 토대로 경안천 유역에 적합한 총유사량 산정식을 선정하였다. 선정된 총유사량 산정식으로 산정한 총유사량과 국통해양부 유량조사보고서(2010, 2011)에 제시된 수위-유량관계곡 선식으로 산출한 유량자료와의 회기분석을 통해 유량-총유사량 관계식을 제시하였으며, 제시된 유량-총유사량 관계식을 적용하여 연간 유사유출량을 산정하였다.

Big data and network analysis on genealogy focusing on marital relationships of Kimhae Kim's family (디지털화된 족보 빅데이터 및 네트워크 연구 - 김해김씨와 혼인한 본관을 중심으로)

  • This study attempts to investigates big data of marital relationships of Kimhae Kim's family on their genealogy. Through the network analysis, how the relationship between families have been structured and changed longitudinally from 1500s to 1800s. Results showed that the network sizes had increased and centralizations had decreased gradually. However, the results indicated that some families were stably located in the central position on the networks. This study suggests that data on genealogy can be used for big data and social network analyses.

  • The importance of logistics of warehouse stores has increased as their prices are cheaper and more convenient than those of large supermarkets. However, few studies on integrated depot location selection of warehouse stores have been conducted. In this regard, this study aims to derive factors for integrated depot location selection and calculate weights and select the location priority of target candidates by introducing an analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The analysis results exhibited that the most important selection factor was the cost reduction in transportation and delivery (0.198) followed by distance reduction in transportation and delivery (0.168), and time reduction in transportation. This study quantified the reduction in cost and increase in efficiency if depots were integrated and operated thereby presenting more realistic foundational data to hands-on workers. For the future study, the analysis model will be needed to be advanced through additional investigation on the factors in the analysis.

Application of Point Cloud Data for Transmission Power Line Monitoring (송전선 모니터링을 위한 포인트클라우드 데이터 활용)

  • Korea is experiencing a rapid increase in electricity consumption due to rapid economic development, and many power transmission towers are installed to provide smooth power supply. The high-voltage transmission line is mainly made of aluminum stranded wire, and the wire is loosely guided so that some deflection is maintained. The degree of deflection has a great influence on the quality of the construction and the life of the cable. As the time passes, the shrinkage and expansion occur repeatedly due to the weight of the cable and the surrounding environment. Therefore, periodic monitoring is essential for the management of the power transmission line. In this study, the power transmission lines were monitored using 3D laser scanning technology. The data of the power transmission line of the study area was acquired and the point cloud type 3D geospatial information of the transmission line was extracted through data processing. The length of the transmission line and deflection amount were calculated using the 3D geospatial information of the transmission line, and the distance from the surrounding obstacles could be calculated effectively. The result of study shows the utilization of 3D laser scanning technology for transmission line management. Future research will contribute to the efficiency of transmission line management if a transmission line monitoring system using 3D laser scanning technology is developed.

  • 최근에 하도계획의 주된 과제는 하천환경의 보전과 창조를 위한 비용의 최소화이며, 침식과 세굴에 대한 하천관리 시설의 안정성을 확보하기 위한 질적 안전도의 최대화에 있다. 이를 위해 하도의 변화를 전제로 이동상 현상을 고려하고 저수로의 특성을 파악하여 하도계획에 반영하는 것이 필요하다. 이러한 하도계획과 관리를 위한 주요한 도구로서 하도특성조사가 제시되고 있다. 우리나라에서는 수변 생태환경의 기능회복으로의 하천환경에 관심을 기울이기 시작한 단계에 머물러 있다. 국내에서도 일본 등 선진 외국과 같이 홍수시 재해를 크게 경감하고, 자연환경을 실질적이고 체계적으로 배려하면서 경제적 하도계획 및 관리에 역점을 두어야 할 시점에 이르렀다. 이를 위해서는 우선적으로 하천이 갖고 있는 고유 특성인 하도특성에 대한 조사가 선행되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 대상하천을 선정하고 측량, 하상재료 채취 및 분석, 유사량 채취 등의 기초조사를 수행하였으며, 이에 따른 하도특성량을 분석하였다. 대상하천은 금강유역의 지천 하류부의 약 2km 구간을 선정하였으며, 2003년${\sim}$2004년에 3회에 걸쳐 측량을 실시하고, 구간내 구룡수위표에서 유량 몇 유사량을 측정하였다. 또한 대상구간내 14개 지점에서 하상토를 채취하여 입도분석을 실시하였으며, 구룡수위표 자료를 이용하여 수문자료를 구축하였다. 수집된 기초자료를 이용하여 대상구간의 강턱유량, 특정재현기간유량, 유효유량을 산정하여 지배유량을 결정하였다. 산정된 지배유량을 이용하여 하상경사, 대표입경, 저수로내 평균수심, 에너지 경사, 마찰속도, 무차원소류력, 하폭-수심비, 수심-입경비 등의 하도특성량을 산출하여 하천환경정비를 위한 기초자료로서 활용 될 수 있도록 하였다.구에 맞는 작물 생산 및 농촌관광단지 조성을 통해 부가가치증대 및 소득증대를 꾀함으로 농촌문제 해결에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구를 통해 GIS 와 RS의 기술이 농촌분야에 더 효율적으로 적용될 것으로 기대되며, 농업기술센터를 통한 정보제공을 함으로써 대농민 서비스 및 농업기관의 위상이 제고 될 것으로 기대된다.여 전자파의 공간적인 가시화를 수행할 수 있었다. 본 전자파 시뮬레이션 기법이 실무에 이용될 경우, 일반인이 전자파의 분포에 대한 전문지식을 습득할 필요 없이, 검색하고자 하는 지역과 송전선, 전철 등 각종 전자파의 발생 공간 객체를 선택하여 실생활과 관련된 전자파 정보에 예측할 수 있어, 대민 환경정보 서비스 질의 개선측면에서 획기적인 계기를 마련할 것으로 사료된다.acid$(C_{18:3})$가 대부분을 차지하였다. 야생 돌복숭아 과육 중의 지방산 조성은 포화지방산이 16.74%, 단불포화지방산 17.51% 및 다불포화지방산이 65.73%의 함유 비율을 보였는데, 이 중 다불포화지방산인 n-6계 linoleic acid$(C_{18:2})$와 n-3계 linolenic acid$(C_{18:3})$가 지질 구성 총 지방산의 대부분을 차지하는 함유 비율을 나타내었다.했다. 하강하는 약 4일간의 기상변화가 자발성 기흉 발생에 영향을 미친다고 추론할 수 있었다. 향후 본 연구에서 추론된 기상변화와 기흉 발생과의 인과관계를 확인하고 좀 더 구체화하기 위한 연구가 필요할 것이다.게 이루어질 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.는 초과수익률이 상승하지만, 이후로는 감소하므로, 반전거래전략을 활용하는 경우 주식투자기간은 24개월이하의 중단기가 적합함을 발견하였다. 이상의 행

Analysis on Installation Criteria for Scrambled Crosswalks Considering Vehicle and Pedestrian Traffic Volume (교통량과 보행량을 고려한 대각선 횡단보도 설치기준 정립 방안 연구)

  • Nowadays, interest in safety of pedestrians who are relatively weak when compared with vehicles increases. Also, concern for pedestrian accidents on crosswalks increases. For these reasons, scrambled crosswalks which are considered to contribute pedestrian safety by reducing conflicts between vehicles and pedestrians are actively discussed and there are also a few intersections where they are actually installed. However, scrambled crosswalks must include all-red phase for all vehicle traffic flows, which inevitably leads to increase of lost time per cycle. Therefore, evaluation in terms of efficiency should be done before installation of scrambled crosswalks. This research suggests installation criteria for scrambled crosswalks so that it is possible to judge whether installation of scrambled crosswalks is appropriate only by surveying vehicle traffic volume and pedestrian traffic volume. This research derives optimum cycle length from signal optimization models which considers both vehicle traffic volume and pedestrian traffic volume. From this optimum cycle length, this research compares total delay time before and after installation of scrambled crosswalks. From an analysis, two research results are derived. Firstly, there is critical traffic volume above which installation of scrambled crosswalks can not efficient. Secondly, appropriate areas for installation of scrambled crosswalks are different by each signal intersection or by each signal system and those difference vary. From these results, this research suggests installation criteria for scrambled crosswalks which consists of two steps. The delay time of the pedestrians may be increased after the diagonal crosswalk is installed, but it may be desirable to install in consideration of the appropriate traffic level to ensure safety.

  • The capacity of highway is restricted and traffic congestion is caused by increasing traffic demand. Also, greenhouse gases are increased by traffic congestion. CDM (Clean Development Mechanism) is an idea of interest to reduce greenhouse gases. However, CDM's cases applied in traffic field are rare. Thus, it is necessary that methodology to reduce greenhouse gas should be developed and applied to CDM. A methodology for identifying greenhouse gas emissions was developed in this paper. This methodology was developed on the basis of baseline methodology registered at UN. Travel time and speed in the conventional traffic condition and in the automated traffic condition are compared by BPR function. The calculated speed applied to emission factor equation and then $CO_2$ emissions was calculated. A simulation was executed to evaluate the validity of the developed methodology. In the result, advanced vehicle's $CO_2$ emissions are more than conventional vehicle's $CO_2$ emissions in the stable flow condition. However, advanced vehicle's $CO_2$ emissions are less than conventional vehicle's $CO_2$ emissions in the unstable flow condition. It is assure that capacity of highway is enhanced and efficiency of highway is improved by adopting advanced safety vehicle in the smart road.

Occurrence and Cenesis of Perlite from the Beomgockri Group in Janggi Area (장기지역 범곡리층군에 부존되는 진주암의 산출상태와 생성관계)

  • Perlite, a hydrated volcanic glass, occurs mainly as a bed-like body, and is distributed intermittently along the unconformity surface between the Beomgockri Group and its lower formations, viz. Janggi Group. The perlite is intimately associated with surrounding pumiceous welded tuff and rhyodacites in space and time. Compared to the typical perlite, the perlite is rather silica-poor and impure, and thus, includes lots of phenocrysts and rock fragments. Nearly the perlite is compositionally rather close to a pitchstone than a perlite in water contents. Petrographic comparison between perlite and associated volcanic to volcaniclastic rocks indicates that pumiceous welded tuff and rhyodacite seem to be Protolith of the Perlite. A Zr/$TiO_{2}$-Nb/Y diagram and field occurrence of perlite and their protolithic rocks also conforms the above interpretation. Kn addition, remnant vesicles in perlite strongly reflect that the precursor of perlitic glass appeared to be pumice fragment as well as volcanic glass. The perlite was diagenetically formed by way of a pervasive water-rock interaction at the deposition of the Manghaesan Formation in lacustrine environment. During perlitization, $SiO_{2}$ and alkali tend to be consistently depleted. Preexisting system of the Beomgockri Group based on the perlite formation should be corrected, because the perlite was formed diagenetically without lateral persistence in its occurrence.

An Evaluation of Accidents Risk for Cargo Handling Workers in Korean Ports Using the Grey Relational Analysis & Entropy Method (회색관계분석 및 엔트로피법을 이용한 항만하역근로자의 재해위험성 평가)

  • In recent years, an increase in deaths and injuries of port cargo handling workers, has raised the need for more effective accident management. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the accident risk for port cargo handling workers and assess ports with high accident risk within the Korean alternative ports using the Entropy & GRA (Grey Relational Analysis). To achieve this purpose, first, 11 Korean ports were selected and the evaluative factors for their outranking evaluation by brainstorming were extracted. Second, the Grey Relational Coefficient of 11 alternative ports was calculated using the GRA. This paper, finally, determined the priority orders of accident risk through calculation of the Grey Relational Grade as the link Grey Relational Coefficient method and the weights of the evaluative factors were calculated by using the Entropy method. In the proposed model, eight criteria such as cargo worker, old cargo worker, work hours, facilities environment, steel cargo volumes, cargo volumes, injury numbers, and death numbers were collected. Busan port was identified as highest accident risk port, and so it should be a top priority to develop a plan to mitigate the risk.

Comparison of Cultural Industry Efficiency between China and Korea (중국과 한국의 문화산업의 효율성 비교)

  • Cultural industry's role in national economic growth has increased gradually and drawn increasing attention due to the immense window effect on other industries. Especially, China has fully pushed forward with the development of cultural industry to sophisticate industrial structure since the 2000's. In Korea, the cultural industry has played the leading role in the national economic growth through intensive investment relatively early compared with China. Under the circumstance, this study compared the cultural industry efficiency between China and Korea to examine cultural industry's impact on economic growth and its potentials. The greatest difficulty in comparing the cultural industry efficiency between China and Korea is the development of comparable statistical data. This study chose the number of businesses and the number of employees as the input variables for efficiency analysis and the sales of cultural industry, the output variable. Also, the efficiency was comparatively analyzed through DEA-Malmquist index. Integrated DB about local governments and basic data from KOSIS were used for Korean data and the National Bureau of Statistics of China's data were used for Chinese data. The analysis period was set to 2013-2017. According to analysis, the Malmquist index for Korea was 1.048 and China, 1.041. In other words, Korea improved the efficiency by 4.8% during the analyzed period and China, 4.1%. This result can be attributed to the fact that the cultural industry in Korea was reaching maturity during this period while the cultural industry in China was entering the growth period.
