본고에서는 차세대 박막형 CIGS 태양전지 기술과 IT 기술활용에 대하여 알아보았다. CIGS 태양전지 소자의 구성, 셀 및 모듈 제조공정 기술 현황 및 도전과제를 제시하였으며 특히, 박막형 태양광발전 산업화에 필요한 요인들과 해결해야 될 기술적 이슈들을 제시하였다. 태양광발전은 반도체 pn-접합에 흡수된 빛을 단순히 전기로 변환시키는 것이기 때문에 폐기물도 발생하지 않는 환경 친화적인 미래의 그린에너지 기술이다. 박막형 태양전지는 첨다 IT 기술인 반도체 및 디스플레이 기술을 활용하면 산업화를 앞당길 수 있기 때문에 우리의 세계수준의 IT기술을 이용한 산업화 방안에 대하여 논의하였다.

"산업화는 늦었지만 정보화는 앞서가자."라는 구호아래 각 지방자치단체가 경쟁적으로 정보화 도시를 꿈꾸고 있다. 산업화에서 크게 뒤져있는 강원도 그 중에서도 원주시가 도시발전방향으로 정보통신분야를 주력산업으로 하려는 청사진을 마련하려 하고 있다. 도내에서는 산업화 조건이 가장 양호한 원주시가 대규모의 공해산업유치보다는 공해가 없는 첨단 정보통신산업의 유치를 통하여 도시발전을 모색하려는 것은 어쩌면 필연이라고 해야 할 것이다. 지방자치제가 본격적으로 성숙되면서 지방중심으로 경제활성화의 주요시책들이 거론되는 시점에 이러한 세미나를 개최를 통하여 과연 원주시가 정보통신도시로 거듭 태어나 지역경제를 활성화시킬 수 있는 방안을 논의하는 것은 뜻깊은 일이라 생각된다.

본 논문에서는 영상 제작에 사용되는 Animatronics를 이용한 산업화 방안에 대하여 CT(Culture technology)를 통한 산업화 방안에 관하여 논 하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통한 다양한 방법을 제시하고, 최고의 테크닉을 구사하고 집성되는 기술의 집합은 아니지만 단 한 가지, 영화를 위해 탄생하고, 영화만을 위해 사라지는 것이 아니라 효용가치가 높은 부분으로의 전개가 필요할 것이다.

경제발전과 더불어 기능성 육류소비가 크게 증가되고 있는 가운데 지난 6월 25일과 26일 강원대학교에서는 99년도 축산분야종합학술대회가 열렸다. 한국축산분야학회협의회가 주최하고 (사)한국축산학회와 강원대학교의 공동주관하에 열린 이번 학술대회에서는 특수동물의 산업화 실태와 발전방향이란 주제의 심포지엄이 있었다. 오리, 양록, 염소, 토끼등 4개 축종에 걸쳐 주제발표와 종합토론이 있은 이날 심포지엄에서 오리분야는 박무균 축산기술연구소 중소가축과장이 오리산업화 실태와 발전방안에 대해 발표가 있었다. 이날 발표된 내용을 2회에 걸쳐 소개한다.

본 연구의 목적은 감귤 기능성물질의 산업화 타당성 분석을 하는 것이다. 구체적인 경제성 분석방법은 순현가와 투자수익률(내부수익률)을 이용한 기본적인 경제성분석과 손익분기점분석, 그리고 주요변수들의 변화에 따른 순현가의 변화를 파악하기위한 민감도분석이고, 정책적 분석은 감귤기능성 물질산업화가 감귤산업 전체에 미치는 파급효과를 계량적, 정성적으로 분석하였다. 감귤 기능성물질의 산업화 타당성 분석결과에 따르면, 미숙과 감귤 2만톤과, 감귤박 2만톤을 처리한다고 가정했을 경우 감귤산업에 미치는 경제적 효과는 연간 5백억원으로 나타났다. 이러한 막대한 경제적 효과는 본 사업에 투자되는 전체비용 약 1백억원, 10년 사업기간을 가정하면 연간 10억원의 설비투자비로 그의 50배의 경제적 파급효과를 나타날 수 있기 때문에 감귤기능성물질의 산업화효과는 매우 큰 것으로 나타났다.

의료의 산업화는 의료비의 상승을 가져올것인가. 이것은 전세계적으로 중요한 문제이다. 국민의료비가 지속적으로 상승할 경우 국가의 발전에 적지 않은 부담이 되기 때문이다. 이에의료산업화의 한 큰 조류인 병원영리화와 의료비의 상승의 관계를 연구하였다. 찬성과 반대의 논의가 한 시스템에서 어떻게 조화를 이루고 상생을 할 수 있을지에 대해서 연구를 하였다. 찬성과 반대가 별도의 주장이 아닌 한 시스템내에서 조화롭게 선순환에 참여 될 수 있는 연구결과를 제시한다. 본 연구를 통해서 다음과 같은 사항을 알 수 있다. 의료와 민간의료를 분리시키고, 영리병원이 아닌 연구중심의 민간영리병원이 더욱 효과적이며, 전국민의료의 실시는 상승하는 의료비를 완화시키고 동시에 서비스의 다양화와 고급화를 이룰 수 있으며 국부창출에도 도움이 될 것이다.

Industrialization played an important role in modernization and the birth of modern architecture. The changes caused by the industrialization and people's faith in its output are reflected in an attempt to associate the concepts and process of architecture with industrialization. In the course of incorporating architecture into the industrialization process, it became necessary to understand the architecture from practical point of view connecting it directly with scientific technology rather than in the context of historical tradition in the past. Understanding architecture as a kind of industrial production signifies two concepts. One is regarding perception of architectural outputs. The other is regarding the intention to proceed architectural process as a process of industrial production. The purpose of this study is to review the changes in the architecture influenced by industrialization from post-industrialization through early modern period and to analyze its significance and influence.

This research dwells on categorization and industrialization of cultural heritage resources using marketing. Since many organization would not grab the chance of business while doing marketing using cultural heritage, the paper intend to suggest proper way to develop strategy. For that purpose, this research analyzed some advanced cases of corporate like Google and other national endeavors. This paper founded out 4 models of marketing using cultural heritage resources. These are re-creation, patron, capitalization and media. Also we got practical implications of the case analysis and modeling which are collaboration partnership scheme between marketers and filed expert group. Marketers better find fitful information and right person utilizing more reliable sources such as national archives, and academic achievements. If the marketers implement such strategic program, really abundant types of cultural heritage resources using marketing could bring more favorable profit which means business chance and new horizon for global culture industry.
