본고에서는 최근 이슈화된 인공지능, 산업 간 경계를 허물어 새로운 산업을 유발하는 제4차 산업혁명, 모든 사물을 연결시키는 초연결 사물인터넷 등을 실현하기 위한 미래 네트워크의 연구개발 동향과 전망을 소개하였다. 모든 사물과 사람들이 디지털 정보화되고, 그 초 대규모 연결 주체간 초 연결성과 그 연결로 생성되는 무한대의 지식정보 서비스가 중심이 되는 초연결 지식정보화 사회 실현을 위한 기술적 특징을 소개하였다. 미래의 초연결 지능정보사회에서 예상되는 초 대규모의 연결성, 정보의 홍수, 초연결에 따른 상호복잡도의 증가, 초연결로 인한 정보화 역기능 문제점과 기술 방향성을 정리하였다. 이 문제점을 해결하기 위한 새로운 초연결 지능 플랫폼의 개념, 참조 모델, 그리고 세부적인 기술적 문제점과 도전방향에 대해 설명하였다.

지능형 로봇산업은 인간의 생활에 지대한 영향을 끼치는 미래 산업으로 손꼽히는 분야이다. 향후 소비자들의 욕구를 충족시키기 위해서는 다양한 플랫폼을 개발하고 사용자의 편의성을 만족시킬 필요가 있다. 이 논문에서는 사용자에게 효율적으로 정보를 전달하기 위한 작업 정보 스키마의 정의 및 이용자의 성향에 따른 차별화된 정보 전달 방법을 제안한다. 정형화된 작업 정보를 통해 다양한 플랫폼의 상호작용을 일원화 하고, 이를 전달하기 위해 사용자 모델을 이용한 차등적 정보제공을 통해 다양한 소비자의 욕구를 충족시키는 것이야 말로 미래 산업의 경쟁력을 확보하기 위한 한 방향을 제시할 것이다.

본고에서는 모바일 웹 플랫폼과 관련된 기술의 표준화 동향 및 향후 전망에 대하여 알아본다. 최근 웹 어플리케이션을 위젯 형태로 제공할 수 있는 기반기술의 표준화 작업이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이와 관련하여 표준화 단체인 World Wide Web Consortium (W3C)와 Open Mobile Terminal Platform (OMTP)에서는 위젯과 디바이스 Application Programming Interface (API)에 대한 규격 표준화 작업을 진행 중이다. 이러한 기술은 모바일 웹 어플리케이션이 Native 언어로 개발된 어플리케이션과 동등한 수준의 기능을 제공할 수 있도록 한다. 표준 위젯 규격에 기반한 웹 어플리케이션을 어플리케이션 스토어 유통 환경으로 확대하기 위한 산업 표준 단체로서 최근 Joint Innovation Lab (JIL)과 Wholesale Applications Community (WAC)이 설립되었다. JIL과 WAC은 다수의 이동통신사의 연합체로 구성되어 개발자와 이용자, 단말에서 네트웍에 이르는 광범위한 영역에 걸쳐 관련 표준 규격을 정의하고 인프라를 구축하고 있다. 특히 WAC은 기존 산업 표준의 적극적 채용, 신속한 상용서비스 도입 등을 통해 산업과 소비자의 필요를 충족시키려 함으로써 성공 가능성을 높이고 있다.

We investigate the types and characteristics of Fintech has become a major issue. Through this, we believe that the essence of Fintech are platform business and market occupancy. To success Fintech business, the price of Fintech services needs to be lower than that of traditional financial services. The solution is to take advantage of big data and big data analysis. Finally, we think only a win-win cooperation with Fintech startups and financial companies in the direction we need to go.

과학기술의 발달로 인한 사회 문화적 트렌드의 변화는 새로운 기회와 가능성을 제공해 주며, 정보통신기술은 통신과 방송, 통신과 콘텐츠 등 영역간의 경계를 허물며 융합을 가능하게 하고, 우리의 감성과 상상력을 자극하여 새로운 문화적 가능성을 열어주고 있다. 이러한 상황들은 방송 통신 융합이라는 이름으로 방송과 통신, TV와 PC 온라인과 오프라인 등의 모든 영역에서 다양한 노력이 진행되고 있다. 방송과 통신의 융합은 마치 역사상 신대륙의 개척 과정처럼 새로운 제품과 새로운 시장을 창출해내는 능력을 가지고 있기 때문에, 국내는 물론 세계의 모든 비즈니스 업체들은 이 기회의 땅을 향해 전력 질주하고 있다. 또한, 이에 따르는 콘텐츠의 융합 역시 괄목할만하며, 게임과 영화, 다큐멘터리와 드라마 등의 콘텐츠 간의 융합은 물론이고, 최근에는 모바일에서 영화를 제작하고, 게임과 소설 네트워크가 결합하고, 심지어는 게임 안에서 음악을 유통시키는 유통의 융합까지도 이뤄지고 있다. 이와 같은 다양한 융합의 확산은 미디어와 플랫폼의 등장뿐만 아니라 플랫폼 간 교차와 연결 및 통합이 가능한 미디어 전경(landscape)을 창출해 내고 있으며, 인터넷과 TV의 결합은 다양한 애플리케이션을 구현할 수 있는 전송 메커니즘을 서로 연결시켜 수많은 형태의 다중 플랫폼을 등장시키고 있다. 이로 인하여 방송 서비스와 인터넷 서비스가 네트워크나 전송 플랫폼의 구별 없이, 그리고 디바이스의 선택과 상관없이 활용되는 통합 플랫폼 환경이 폭 넓게 조성되고 있다. 따라서, 방송 통신 융합 환경에 적합한 다중 플랫폼 융합 콘텐츠는 사용자의 요구 및 새로운 비즈니스 모텔에 대한 요구를 만족할 수 있어야 하며, 일관된 기술로 통선 및 서비스간의 호환성을 유지하는 인터페이스의 표준화가 이루어져야한다. 방송 통신 융합 환경에 적합한 다중 플랫폼 융합 콘텐츠는 초고속 데이터 통신망을 활용하는 멀티미디어 및 IP 멀티캐스트 기능을 활용한 서비스들과 연계하여, 관련된 소재 산업들의 파급효과가 매우 크며, 관련 분야에 미치는 효과가 막대하므로, 이에 대한 적절한 육성전략을 고찰해보도록 한다.

We analyzed research trends of 288 Korean academic dissertations and articles regarding platform work, using topic modeling and keyword network analysis method. Research disciplines of many studies were laws, business administration, and economics fields. Thigh frequent themes were platform labor protection measures and direct or indirect effects of the sharing economy. The main keywords were digital, value, industry, and labor in terms of infrastructure and structural change. Besides, the main topics were the protection of platform workers, the values of sharing services, digital paradigm, and platform regulations. Based on the results of the analysis, we derived four implications and suggestions such as researching structural frames in macroscopic contexts, generalizing case analysis, and technology supplementation by applying average and quantitative analysis methods, researching individual competency development to realize the essential symbiotic value of sustainability, and developing customized vocational education and training programs.

With the development of information technology, most of the information has been converted into digital information, leading to the Big Data era. The demand for search platform has increased to enhance accessibility and usability of information in the databases. Big data search software platforms consist of two main components: (1) an indexing component to generate and store data indices for a fast and efficient data search and (2) a searching component to look up the given data fast. As an amount of data has explosively increased, data indexing performance has become a key performance bottleneck of big data search platforms. Though many companies adopted big data search platforms, relatively little research has been made to improve indexing performance. This research study employs Elasticsearch platform, one of the most famous enterprise big data search platforms, and builds physical clusters of 3 nodes to investigate optimal indexing performance configurations. Our comprehensive experiments and studies demonstrate that the proposed optimal Elasticsearch configuration achieves high indexing performance by an average of 3.13 times.

스마트 폰은 모바일 디바이스 시장의 대표 제품으로 2008년 이후 본격적으로 시장이 형성되었으며, 우리나라는 피처 폰에서 구축한 하드웨어 경쟁력과 안드로이드 운영체제의 전략적 채택에 힘입어 2011년 이후 세계 스마트폰 산업에서 노키아, 애플 등을 제치고 주도권을 확보하는데 성공하였다. 그러나 최근 들어 중국기업의 약진으로 인해 우리나라는 2015년 이후 세계 시장 점유율 1위를 중국에 내어주게 된다. 본 연구에서는 추격 사이클 이론의 관점에서 스마트폰 산업의 후발주자로 출발한 우리나라가 어떻게 시장 주도권을 확보하였는지, 그리고 최근 어떻게 중국이 우리나라로부터 시장 주도권을 탈환하였는지를 고찰하고자 한다. 이와 함께 현재 우리나라 스마트폰 산업이 처한 문제점으로 완제품 제조사 주도의 폐쇄적 수직통합체계로 인한 제품설계 역량 취약과 이로 인한 부품 산업의 글로벌 경쟁력 열위를 제시하고, 이를 극복하기 위한 발전전략으로 핵심 부품의 모듈화와 완제품 제조사의 플랫폼 개발을 제시하였다.

The whole world was confused, unintended "COVID-19". It has become a constant phenomenon, not a temporary one, and people are getting used to this era. Among them, We are combating the form of "the film" which is playing a role of a multiplex in Korean film industry. Now we have studied the development of the future korean industry based on the movie theater form through our cultural industry, New platform OTT. As a result for the research, the OTT platform, which is located in one genre today, should be regarded as an opportunity to develop films, and the movie theater, which is a part of the development of the film industry, differs from the OTT platform. with "memory of space", the result was that "The audience's footsteps can move again." The crisis of "COVID-19" should bring about the consequences of turning into opportunity.

This study analyzes the current status and performance of regional industrial policy in the face of the weakening industrial competitiveness under the global trend of the 4th industrial revolution and suggests the policy direction that regional industrial policy as a new national growth strategy. This study focuses on the suggestion of new regional industrial policy framework under new policy environment based on literature review. We propose a new industrial policy framework that simultaneously pursues equality between regions and efficiency within the region at the same time. As a core policy recommendation, we suggest first, establishing the region-centered industrial policy governance, second, strengthening planning function of local government through human resource development and institutionalized national government consulting, and the third, constructing lifestyle industry-ecosystem based on cultural asset and identity of region, fourth, utilizing Smart City, as a platform for participatory innovation, entrepreneurial and capital attraction, and cultivating new industry based on public procurement and data. Main suggestions of this study would be a new guideline coping with the declining industrial competitiveness and the Fouth Industrial Revolution. Details would be necessary.
