원자력발전소 하나를 새로 짓는 것은 규모가 대단히 큰 사업이다. 오래된 화력발전소나 원전을 대체하기 위해 새로 짓는 최신식 원전은 대개 규모가 기존의 발전소보다 크기도 하지만 생산한 전력을 전력망에 연결하기 위한 송전 기반 시설을 새로 건설하거나 추가로 건설해야 하는 상황이 종종 발생하기 때문이다.

21세기는 정보화 시대로써 인터넷을 기반이 산업과 가정기기의 시설이 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 아직까지 인터넷 기반의 시설이 많지는 않지만 곧 '유비쿼터스 네트워크 사회'로 접어들기 시작 하면 가정과 산업현장에서는 언제, 어디서라도 기기와 연결되는 것으로, 시간의 제약에서 벗어나 인간은 보다 풍요로운 생활의 실현을 가능하게 할 것이다. 또한 산업 현장에서는 실시간으로 관리기기의 상태를 파악하고, 데이터를 수집을 현장에 없어도 인터넷으로 할 수 있다. 장시간 산업 현장을 비우더라도 인터넷을 이용하여 산업 현장에서 일하는것과 같은 현상을 줄 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 MC9S12NE64를 이용하여서 소형의 웹서버를 구축하였다. 인터넷 웹 브라우저를 이용한 원격제어를 위해서는 MC9S12NE64를 서버로 이용하고 PC의 웹서버를 클라이언트로 사용하였다. 클라이언트인 PC에서 인터넷 웹브라우저를 이용하여 서버인 MC9S12NE64로 접근을 하여 I/O 포트를 제어하였다.

사이버 위협이 증가하면서 국가 기반시설을 담당하는 산업제어시스템 보안에 대한 위험이 증가하고 있다. 이를 보완하기 위해 산업제어시스템의 다양한 분야에서 표준화가 진행되고있고, IEC 62443 Series는 산업제어시스템의 전반적인 안전을 위한 가이드를 제시한다. 본 논문은 최근 발행 된 IEC 62443-4-1의 통제항목들을 타 표준들과 비교 및 ?석하여 개선방안을 제시하고 최종적으로 산업제어시스템의 제품 개발단계 보안을 향상에 기여하여 전반적인 기반시설 보안 수준을 향상하는 것을 목표로 한다.

남북통일은 시멘트 산업이 도약하는데 있어 결정적인 기회를 제공하게 될 것으로 전망된다. 교통, 통신, 전력 등 SOC가 확충되고 도시화 및 산업 기반시설 정비가 이루어지면서 시멘트 수요가 크게 늘어 제2의 전성기를 맞게 될 것으로 예상되기 때문이다. 여기서는 북한의 시멘트 산업의 이해를 돕기 위해 산업 발전 과정과 아울러 산업현황 및 문제점에 대해 살펴본다.

The purpose of this study is to show a course development of the marine leisure sport policy in Korea. The preceding researches and the analysis on the actual conditions on marine leisure sport in Korea were conducted for this research. And analyzing the obstacle and development factors in marine leisure sport, the conclusions intended to provide the preliminary data on the marine leisure industry are as follows: First, as policy-based problems, there will be needs for the public perception improvement in the marine culture caused by the lack of publicity, the reflection reinforcement of the national policy on the marine leisure industry, the prevention of the overlapping investment for the national resources development in the marine industry and marine leisure sport complexes, and the reinforcement of the close networks with the developed countries. Second, as human-based problems, there will be needs for the new organization of the specialty agencies involved in the marine leisure industry field, the nurture of the capable specialists and the reinforcement and nurture of TF team for the infrastructure industry. Third, as facility-based problems, there appeared to be the expansion of the SOC related to the marine leisure, the ease of the laws and regulations for the development of the marine leisure facilities, the prevention of the thoughtless development caused by close cooperation system with the local government. Fourth, as law and institution-based problems, there appeared to be the abolishment of the regulation-centered laws involved in them, the prevention of the legal and institutional confusion caused by policy confusion. Fifth, as industry-based problems, there must be the expansion of the domestic supply and demand, the reinforcement of parts industry and the nurture of the license system for the mechanics on the vessels and the engines.

The aim of this study is to determine factors that affect the competitiveness and the move-in environment of migration companies according to the recent change of location conditions of industrial complexes. The results of analysis show that productive factor and economic factor are related to the main factors that determine the location environment. The resident companies have a strong link to the economic characteristics factors, which seems to be related to the expectation and satisfaction for public support facilities, hospitals, educational institutions, and administrative agencies to be placed in the complex, encouraging companies to be located in the complex. In other words, if the existing economic factors and public support facilities were complemented, it can be inferred that the industrial complex promotion policies will be more effectively planned. Also, transportation and infrastructure facilities are analyzed as successful factors for resident companies. In addition, the economic and productive environments turn out to affect public support facilities and environmental factors of infrastructure as major factors. The results of this study are expected to be a useful guideline in determining the resident policy or external factors for the future industrial complex.

It is needed to regenerate declined industrial districts in downtown area through to invite new industry and to improve urban environment. The purpose of this paper was to make suggestions on the urban regeneration for the districts. I have taken a literature research and a site analysis with cases of 'the South Lake Union' in Seattle and 'Pearl District' in Portland, USA. The result of the analysis was as follows: (1) The land use was changed to mixed use of business-commerce-recreation. The building use was changed to facilities for work, play and live. (2) Infrastructures were improved for user oriented facilities such as pedestrian friendly street, public parks & open spaces, public transportation system, and life supporting facilities. (3) The place identity was enhanced through the preservation of urban structure-tissues, renovation of existing buildings, and preservation of historical heritages.
