자영업자들이 그들의 업무활동 중에 잠재적인 안전보건상의 유해 위험요인이 있을 때 사업주는 사업장 안전보건관리체제를 수립할 책임이 있으며, 근로자는 안전보건관리체제 내에서 근로자로서의 임무를 수행하도록 산업안전보건법이 권고할 수 있다.

우리나라의 산업보건분야에 있어서, 오늘날 건강장해 방지를 위한 단순한 관점으로부터 새롭게 한걸음 더나아가 앞으로는 근로자의 전체 근로생활을 통하여 계속적이고 계획적인 심신양면의 건강유지증진을 지표로 삼아야 할 것이다. 이러한 배경에서 이제 우리의 산업현장에서도 건강유지증진을 위한 근로자의 자발적인 노력이에 사업주가 함께 수행하는 건강관리사업이 서서히 전파되고 있는 듯 하다. 여기에서 간략히 소개코자 하는 THP(Total health Promotion, 종합건강증진운동)는 일본에서 실시하고 있는 제도로서, 현재 우리의 사업장에도 이를 보급해 나가고자 그 제도적 뒷받침을 마련하는 시점에 와있다.

This study is to notify differences of PITR reaction groups classified by industrial accident. This study aims to know reaction of stress, preparation plan, and psychological resources on industrial accident workers. The research was performed as below: First, Measuring and descriptive statistical analysis were performed. twenty workers who were hospitalized by industrial accidents and twenty patients who were hospitalized by common accidents. Data were collected from March to October in 2013. Then There were classified Two groups following subjects; 'industrial accident' and 'common accident'. Second, Questionaries assessing demographic and PITR(Person-In-The-Rain) by Heidi S. Lack. Third, statistical analysis was done by SPSS for Window 18.0. To Verify the reliability of the measures and correlations between two groups, and to find out the difference of the reaction of 'stress', 'preparation plan', and 'psychological resource', were used frequency analysis and T-test. The results of this is significant personality types of industrial accident are followings; Industrial accident workers' felt more stressful, less self esteem, and less psychological resource than common accident patients.

사무실 근로자들에게는 일반적으로 광산일이나 건축업과 같이 위험한 작업에 비하여 전형적인 건강장해를 일으킬만한 요인이 없는 것은 사실이다. 그러나 사무실 근로자들에 있어서도 그것이 비록 급성으로 나타나는 치명적인 장해가 아니거나, 매우 위험스러운 것이 아니라 할지라도 단순히 간파해서는 안될 건강 장해의 가능성이 있다. 이는 크게 요통을 포합하는 근육통, 조명, 소음, 공기오염 등으로 대별될 수 있다.

고용노동부가 최근 발표한 2012년 산업재해 현황에 따르면 인쇄업은 사업장과 종사자수는 늘었지만 산재근로자는 줄어든 것으로 나타났다. 인쇄업 근로자 4만7천명 중 331명이 산업재해로 피해를 입었으며, 이중 3명이 사망했다. 2012년 우리나라 산업재해 발생 현황을 비롯해 인쇄 및 관련 산업의 산업재해 현황을 살펴봤다.

This study is to produce baseline data, in its purpose of improving the quality of life of industrial workers as well as the business competitiveness, though improvements in reading culture. The data produced in this study will be based on questionnaire, regarding sub-topics of the reading environment, the status of reading culture, and remaining demands. The results argue that the responding workers in Siheung Smart Hub Complex had inadequate environment of reading, while had weak status of reading culture. We propose the ways of improvements in the reading culture of the worker in Siheung Smart Hub Complex, as well as their reading infrastructure.
