융합의 현상은 기술간, 디바이스간, 산업간 등으로 확장되고 있으며 그 유형도 매우 복잡하고 다양하다. IT융합도 기술의 발전과 함께 다양한 산업 곳곳으로 확산되며 정보화 사회를 넘어 모든 산업에 IT가 융합되는 지능기반(Smart) 사회로 IT산업의 패러다임이 변화하고 있다. 또한 IT융합 시장 규모도 점차 성장할 전망이다. 세계 IT융합 시장 규모가 2010년 1.2조 달러에서 2020년 3.6조 달러로 연평균 11.8%의 고성장이 전망되고 국내 IT융합시장 규모도 2020년에 1,237억 달러로 세계시장 성장률보다 높은 13%대의 성장을 예측했다. 이미 미국, EU, 일본 등 선진국들도 IT를 중심으로 산업간 융합전략을 추진하고 있다. IT융합은 자동차, 조선, 건설, 의료, 섬유 등 다양한 전통산업과 IT가 접목되어 새로운 혁신의 장을 만들고 있다. 우리 정부도 'IT융합 확산전략'을 발표하고 새로운 도전을 시작했다. 선진 일류국가 도약을 위해 IT산업 경쟁력을 기반으로 주력산업과의 융합을 촉진하여 신 시장을 개척해 나가야 한다. 정보통신산업 진흥원도 IT융합시대를 이끌 견인차가 되기 위해 2011년에 IT융합정책의 전략목표로 (1) IT융합 인식 확산 및 제도 개선 (2) 다양한 IT기술과 산업협력 모델 발굴 (3) 신 시장 창출을 통한 IT융합 확산 (4) 창의적 IT융합인재 양성을 선정했다. IT융합 전략의 성공적인 추진과 미래 산업사회의 요구를 충족시키기 위해 산업계의 목소리에 귀 기울이고 정부와 산업계를 잇는 가교 역할을 충실히 할 것이다.

최근 사용자들의 대량의 디지털 데이터들이 급격히 증가하면서 이종산업간 빅데이터가 제한된 시간에 빠르게 저장하고 활용할 수 있는 백업 고속화기술이 요구되고 있다. 이종 산업사이에서 사용자의 행동 패턴을 이용한 ICT 융합기술과 데이터 융합기술이 빅데이터 활용에 대한 사업부문 측면에서 빅데이터 활용 분야와 그룹차원의 데이터 활용 관점과 이종 산업간 데이터 활용 융합 관점 기업 간 또는 이종 산업 간에 데이터를 융합하여 각자가 구축해 놓은 기반을 함께 활용하는 사례를 통해서 각 기업간의 유 무선 융합 신규서비스 발굴 등을 고찰해 보았다.

Overseas Expansion is essential to expand domestic geospatial industries in a state of saturation. But current overseas expansion method has be limited to expand global market. Inter-industries convergence strategies may be most resonable alternative to expand global market through raising expansion possibility to developing countries with ODA funds and to developed countries with converging global competitive industries. This research analyzed the industry to develop a suitable way fusion between these industries. As a result, easiness of convergence, confidentiality of information, complementarity of poor infrastructure, responsiveness of various demands and sustainability of system are needed to successful convergence on multiple industries. This convergence framework is consists of geospatial convergence common framework based on cloud computing, inter-industries convergence model and institutional supporting system for overseas expansion.

산업은 컨버전스라는 새로운 형태의 비즈니스 모델로 발전하고 있으며, 산업간 융합 환경에서 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 전통산업의 새로운 경쟁력을 제공하는 원천으로 활용되고 동시에 산업 간의 융합 환경을 지원하기 위한 유용한 솔루션을 제공할 것으로 기대하고 있다. 이와 같이 클라우드 컴퓨팅이 일반화되고 그 서비스가 재편됨으로써 기존의 다른 응용 기술과의 융 복합된 서비스 구조 및 형태를 예측하고 개발하는 것은 매우 중요하며 필수적인 일이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 다양한 분야의 융합형 클라우드 서비스 지원을 위해 효율적인 서비스 모델링을 위하여 활용되었던 방법론을 분석하고 이를 통해 고객 서비스 시나리오 기반의 클라우드 서비스 비즈니스 모델 사례 연구를 수행하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 이를 통하여 궁극적으로 특정 산업영역내에서 혹은 서로 다른 산업 영역간의 서비스 융합을 통하여 새로운 부가 가치를 창출할 수 있는 다양한 융합형 클라우드 서비스 비즈니스 모델 개발을 위한 사례연구로써 활용되길 기대한다.

Industrial convergence is manifested in various forms by various drivers, and understanding and categorizing the direction of convergence according to the factors in which the convergence occurs is an essential requirement for the establishment of a company's customized convergence strategy and the government's corporate support policy. In this study, the type of convergence is analyzed from the perspective of knowledge flow between heterogeneous technologies, and for this purpose, the result of topic modeling of the text information of the patent and the citation information of the corresponding patent allocated for each topic are used. The methodology presented through case studies in the medical device field is verified. Through the proposed methodology, companies can predict the flow of convergence and use it as decision-making data to create new business opportunities. It is expected that the government and research institutions will be usefully used as basic data for policy preparation.

This study seeks to measure inter-industry convergence systematically and quantitatively using structural holes theory. ICT industries were classified into ICT manufacturing and ICT service then efficiency and constraints were calculated using input-output tables. The results of the study revealed both ICT industries have very high information and control benefits in the process of industrial convergence, proving to be key industries with competitive advantage. Further implications were presented based on comparative analysis between ICT manufacturing and service and trend analysis over the past 15 years.

외환위기 이후 IT는 우리 경제의 견인차로 인식되어 왔으나 2000년대 초두의 IT 버블 붕괴 이후 극심한 성장정체를 겪으면서 일부 학자 및 정책입안자를 중심으로 IT 역할에 대한 회의론적 시각이 제기되어 왔다. 그러나, 지난 2~3년간의 각종 경제지표를 볼 때, IT는 여전히 우리 경제에서 중요한 역할을 하고 있음을 확인할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 미래사회에의 대응을 위해서도 IT에 대한 관심 제고가 무엇보다도 절실한 시점이라 하겠다. 특히, 스마트폰의 등장에 따라 스마트폰 환경에 최적화된 다양한 애플리케이션의 등장과 이를 이용한 모바일 서비스의 보급 확산으로 IT 기기 및 서비스 산업의 경쟁구조에 근본적인 변화가 발생하면서 IT 강국이라는 국가적 브랜드마저 위협받고 있는 시점이어서 더욱 그렇다. 스마트폰의 등장으로 국가경쟁력 결정 패턴이 노동과 자본 등 전통적인 생산요소에 기반한 개별 산업분야의 경쟁우위를 기초로 결정되던 형태에서 감성과 창의성 등 소프트 파워의 보유 정도에 따라 결정되는 형태로 전환되었다는 점에서 R&D전략에 있어서도 중요한 전환점을 맞고 있다고 보여진다. 또한, 산업사회와 정보사회에 이어 급격한 기술혁신에 따른 기술간 및 산업간 융합의 정도가 산업 전반의 경쟁구도에 영향을 미칠 것으로 대부분의 전문가들이 예견하고 있으나, 산업현장이나 기술분야에서 실제적으로 발생되는 융합의 양상은 그다지 신속하지 못한 것으로 나타나고 있다. 따라서, 기술간 및 산업간 융합촉진을 통한 전산업 경쟁력 제고를 위한 R&D 방향 모색이 필요한 시점이다. 이에 따라 본고에서는 스마트폰의 등장에 따른 IT산업의 경쟁구도 변화와 글로벌 기업들의 전략, 대응방향 등을 살펴보는 한편 IT의 전반적인 활용도 증가에 따라 더욱 가속화될 것으로 전망되는 기술간 및 산업간 융합시대에 대응한 IT R&D 방향을 살펴본다. 이는 궁극적으로 IT 강국이라는 국가적 브랜드 이미지의 고착화 전략인 동시에 IT 기반의 융합을 촉진시킴으로써 스마트한 IT Korea라는 국가적 미래비전을 달성해 나가기 위한 방향이 될 것이다.

최근 IT기술이 각종 산업에 융합된 제품군에 다양한 보안 솔루션이 탑재되면서 융합보안 산업이 차세대 고부가가치 산업으로 부상하고 있다. 이종 산업간 융합은 사용자들에게 편리함을 제공해 주지만 이와 반대로 다양한 보안적인 이슈사항을 야기 시켰다. 따라서 본고에서는 현재 부상하고 있는 차세대 융합산업에 대한 동향을 몇 가지 사례를 중심으로 분석 하였고, 또한 해당하는 융합산업 분야에서 발생하는 보안 이슈와 요구되는 보안기술을 분석하였다.

'뉴 IT전략'은 이러한 변화된 경제적 사회적 환경에서 IT산업이 치열한 글로벌 경쟁에서 살아남고 우리 경제의 지속적 성장동력이 되기 위해 마련한 IT산업의 새로운 성장전략으로서, IT산업 자체의 고도화를 바탕으로 전(全)산업과 IT가 융합하여 제조업을 고부가가치화시키고, 친환경 고령화 등 경제사회 문제해결에 IT산업이 기여하는 전략을 담고 있다. 기술간 산업간 융합을 통해 IT산업 성장의 한계를 극복하고 타산업 발전에 기여하는 '뉴 IT전략' 추진을 통해, 오늘의 경제 위기 상황을 극복하고 우리나라 산업 선진화에 핵심적 역할을 수행할 것으로 기대된다.
