The Maritime Traffic Safety Audit Scheme was institutionalized in 2009 to provide for professional surveys, measurement and the evaluation of navigational hazards that might occur in coastal waters in the course of marine work. Related researches that dealt with the reform of the Maritime Traffic Safety Audit Scheme found that there were no rules or regulations for verifying whether marine work conformed to audit results and reviewing the exactitude of ship handling simulations which were a crucial part of the scheme. According to the necessity of adopting an ex post facto management system in the field of maritime traffic, this study analyzed the similar audit acts such as the Natural Environment Impact Audit Scheme and the Road Traffic Safety Audit Scheme, and proposed specific articles for revising Maritime Safety Act in order to break out from the institutional inertia of the current Maritime Traffic Safety Audit Scheme. It is expected that a newly proposed legal system for verifying the performance of audit results and the exactitude of audits will help improve maritime traffic safety by eradicating potentially hidden hazards related to marine work.

압해-암태 1공구에 대한 해상교통안전지단을 실시하여 시공사가 공자를 진행 중이다. 해상교통안전진단을 실시하여 공사 중 안전대책을 제시하였으나 해상교각에 대한 접촉 사고 및 등부표 접촉사고가 빈발하고 있다. 이에 해상교통안전진단의 실시 후 안전 진단의 결과인 안전대책이 제대로 시행되고 있는지, 추후 해상교통안전진단이 필요한지 여부에 대해 고찰하고자 한다. 암해-암태 1공구에 대한 해상교통안전진단보고서의 공사 중 안전대책을 분석하고, 해양사고의 발생 현황 및 원인분석을 통해 안전 진단제도에 대한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

산업안전보건법 제43조에 따라 건강진단기관이 작성하여 사업주에게 제공하는 건강진단결과표 중 사후관리소견서(2면)에 기재되는 내용이 근로자의 개인정보에 해당되기 때문에 이를 기재하는 행위는 개인정보보호 관련법령에 위반된다는 일부 주장에 대하여 고용노동부가 개인정보보호관련 법률을 담당하는 행정안전부에 당해 사항의 법령 위반여부에 대한 유권해석을 질의한 바, 산업안전보건법에 의한 사후관리소견서상에 개인정보를 기재하는 것과 이상소견이 있는 지에 대한 검진결과 수치를 기재하는 것 모두 개인정보보호 관련법령에 위반하지 않는다는 내용이 회신되어 이를 안내하오니 업무에 참고하시기 바랍니다.

ESCO사업은 진단에서부터 출발하지만 그 종착역은 사후관리에 있다. 우리가 만난 많은 에너지사용자들은 ESCO사업 추진동기를 ''사후관리''때문이라고 말하는데 주저하지 않았다. 그만큼 다른 일반 사업에 비해 ESCO사업에 있어서 사후관리는 중요하다는 이야기가 된다. 지난해 ESCO편집부에서 취재한 ''화제의 ESCO현장''중에는 당시 사업이 완료된 곳도 있었지만 진행중인 곳도 있었다. 이번 호에는 사후관리의 중요성을 강조하자는 취지에서 사업의 후기를 들어본다. 대부분의 현장은 ESCO사업 실시에 대해 긍정적이었으며 원활한 메인티넌스가 확보되어 만족한다는 답을 해왔다. ESCO사업의 긍정적인 측면을 보는 것 같아 안심이다.

The purpose of this study is to establish and propose a post-diagnosis checklist for the revitalization of domestic regional co-brands that have not been activated despite many strengths. First, I looked into the brand revitalization methodology through prior researches and among them, referring to the cause-remedies model, the cause of the deactivation of the co-brand and the currently used revitalization method were examined through case studies and expert interviews. Regarding the currently used method, the reason for using the method was inferred, and the factors corresponding to the cause and effect were found and categorized in the inferred sentence, and the corresponding detailed items were set and the checklist items were presented. Although this study has a limitation in that there is no practical checklist verification, it is expected that a specific activation plan will be presented through verification of future studies.
