프로젝트에서 리스크 관리란 프로젝트 진행 시 발생가능성이 있고, 프로젝트에 긍정적 또는 부정적 영향력을 가진 이슈를 미리 발굴하여, 효과적으로 관리하기 위한 기법이다. 이런 점에서 리스크 관리는 프로젝트 목적 달성 즉 성공을 위한 수단이며, 예기치 못한 사건에 대한 사후대책 보다는 사전대책의 특성을 가지고 있다. 이러한 리스크 관리에 대하여 건설, 금융, 국방, 공공 분야의 프로젝트에서는 그 중요성을 인식하여 다양한 분야의 연구가 활발히 진행 중이고 현장에서도 활용하고 있으나, 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트에서는 아직 그 중요성에 대한 인식이 부족하고, 현장에서의 활용도 저조하다. 반면 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트에 대한 고객의 요구사항(비용절감, 일정 단축, 품질 향상, 신기술 적용등)은 점점 복잡해지고, 정교해지고 있어 제한된 리소스로 개발을 진행해야 하는 프로젝트 팀 입장에서는 프로젝트 성공에 대한 부담감이 점점 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 리스크 관리를 수행한 프로젝트와 그렇지 않은 프로젝트의 사례를 비교하여 리스크 관리가 프로젝트 성공에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구하였다.

Non-point source pollution of sediment, plant nutrients and pesticides from cropland has been identified as a significant environmental problem. Vegetative Filter Strips have been identified as one of BMPs to control nonpoint source pollution. This paper reviews the concept, functions, design criteria and management of VFS to control nonpoint source pollution.

This study was conducted to develop a health education program to help mother's cope with developmentally disabled children's health, and to test the effects of the program. The contents of the health education program were based on the results of a discussion with experts and previous studies. The program consisted of two parts, physical health and psychosocial health, which were measured over 4 weeks. The results of the study showed that the program helped mothers improve the level of health care and reduce parenting stress level. These findings suggest that studies for handicapped children's health should be conducted in the future using an interdisciplinary approach.

국내 도입 운영되고 있는 돼지 도체 냉각방법과 냉각실의 온도에 따른 PSE 발생율을 비교하여 최적의 냉각조건을 설정하고자 수행한 결과, 도체 냉각방법에 따른 PSE 발생율은 사후 초기 90분간 도체 냉각시 냉수 냉각과 급속냉각방법이 일반적으로 사용하고 있는 완만냉각 방법에 비하여 약 22%정도 PSE 발생율이 낮은 것으로 분석되었다(p<.0001). 사후 초기 90분간 냉각실 온도에 따른 PSE 발생율을 비교한 결과 냉각실 실제온도를 $-5{\sim}7^{\circ}C$로 운영한 경우가 이보다 높거나, 낮게 운영하는 것 보다 $4{\sim}14%$의 낮은 PSE발생율을 보였다(p<0.0001).도체등급판정 후 $3{\sim}5$시간에는 냉각실 온도는 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이상의 결과에서 사후 초기 90분간의 온도관리의 중요성을 알 수 있었으며, PSE 발생율과 냉각단축을 줄이기 위해서는 초기 90분간 냉각실온도를 $-5{\sim}7^{\circ}C$로 운영하는 것이 바람직하다고 판단된다.

현재 산림청에서는 NGIS와 연계한 국가차원의 산림지리정보시스템(FGIS)을 구축하는 사업을 추진중이며, 행정자치부에서는 정보화촉진기본법에 따라 국가적 행정종합정보화 차원에서 제안된 2단계 소방/재난관리시스템 구축의 필요성을 제시하고 있다. 이러한 범국가적인 사업과 연계하여 각 지방자치단체 규모의 산림행정체계 규모의 산림행정체계에 적합하고, 국지적 기상조건 및 확산요인을 고려한 시스템을 개발하여 일선 실무자의 행정생산성 향상차원에서 실제 활용될 수 있는 개별시스템으로 구현해야할 필요성이 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 각 지방자치단체의 산림담당자가 산불의 사전예방 및 홍보활동을 위한 산불 다발지역을 분석하고, 광범위한 산림지역을 효과적으로 감시하기 위한 산불감시카메라 의 위치를 산정할 수 있으며, 산불 발생시 국지적 확산요인을 고려한 실시간 산불확산 형태 를 예측할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하고자 한다. 또한 평상시 소방시설물을 관리하고 산불발 생시 신속한 진압을 위한 각종정보(예 : 최단이동거리분석)를 제공하며, 산불감지 시점으로 부터 상황종료 시까지의 종합사고보고를 위하여 위성영상과의 비교분석 등 사후관리까지의 체계를 수립하고자 한다.

우리나라 금융시장에서는 부동산담보 위주의 대출관행이 지속되고 있다. 이러한 대출관행은 부동산 수요의 유발로 부동산 가격상승의 원인이 될 뿐만 아니라 금융기관이 담보 부족을 이유로 중소 벤처기업자금 지원에 소극적이거나 기피하는 등 신용경색의 요인으로도 작용할 수 있다. 아울러 담보 부동산가격이 하락할 경우 금융기관의 부실이 될 수 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 금융기관의 낙후된 여신심사 및 사후관리기법을 선진화하고 효율적인 대출제도를 도입함으로써 중소 벤처기업의 신용수준에 부합하는 신용대출을 활성화하여야 한다. 본 연구는 중소 벤처기업의 신용대출을 활성화할 수 있는 방안들을 살펴보았다. 먼저 1980년대의 미국 및 일본의 금융위기와 이의 대응방안을 비교함으로써 담보대출의 문제점 및 개선을 위한 시사점을 살펴보았다. 다음으로 관계중시대출(relationship lending)을 통한 신용대출 활성화를 지적하였는데 관계중시대출은 금융기관이 고객과 밀접한 관계를 장기간 유지함으로써 고객에 대한 정보를 축적하여 금융서비스를 제공한다. 관계중시대출의 중소 벤처기업대출에 대한 시사점은 은행과 차입 중소 벤처기업은 긴밀한 관계유지가 장기적으로 모두에게 도움을 주는 합리적인 신뢰관계를 구축하여 신용대출을 가능하게 한다. 마지막으로 중소 벤처기업 신용대출의 활성화방안을 금융당국, 금융기관 그리고 중소 벤처기업으로 나누어서 각각 제시하였다.

기업 내부적으로 고객의 정보를 다루는 DataWarehouse 시스템에 대한 활용도가 증대되고 있다. 특히 고객 식별자 정보(주민번호, 고객성명, 전화번호, E-mail, 주소)에 대한 접근을 통해 데이터를 추출하여 분석하고 이를 마케팅이나 고객 Segment 를 위해 활용이 증대되고 있다. 따라서 민감한 고객의 고객의 정보를 전사적인 차원에서 체계적인 관리를 위한 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 DW 고객 식별자 정보 이용절차를 개선하여 대량정보 유출 및 불법 이용을 사전에 예방하고 사후 보안 체계를 강화하는 시스템을 구현 모델을 설명하며, 그 결과로 사용자, 관리자, 감사자까지의 각 단계별 검증 프로세스를 통한 고객 식별자 정보 관리의 극대화 방향을 제시한다.

The Domestic Construction Industry is in the process of changing from a one-sided production method centered on the contractor to a production method in which the order and the contractor can collaborate. Depending on the delivery method, the bid/success method, the contract method, and the degree of business involvement of the order may also vary. In this thesis, in order to introduce 'Construction Management at Risk' suitable for the domestic environment, domestic and foreign institutional analysis, bid process analysis, contract fulfillment and management analysis, post management analysis, and related laws and regulations for legalization In order to suggest a plan for the efficient operation of the system, a system and case analysis of domestic and international construction responsibility type construction project management was conducted. 'Construction Responsible Construction Project Management' defined in the Framework Act on the Construction Industry is divided into the main contract transfer contract, which is a service contract performing pre-con work, and the main contract, which is construction project management and construction contract. Therefore 'Construction Management at Risk' should be regarded as one of the ordering methods rather than a successful bid system, as in the case of overseas, and legalization as a bidding system equivalent to design/construction batch bid and technology proposal is necessary for introduction. In order to introduce 'Construction Management at Risk' suitable for the domestic environment, domestic and foreign institutional analysis, bidding process analysis, contract fulfillment and management analysis, and follow-up management analysis are conducted. A method for efficient operation was suggested so that it can be applied in the domestic market while maintaining the original merits of this system.

The ice machine is the machine for making ice. As most of the companies that manufactures and sells the ice machine are small and medium-sized companies, they have been they have been experiencing the trouble for the after-sales service after selling the machine. The difficulties of the after-sales service are mostly caused by unnecessary customer service requests of the purchaser, which eventually leads to the unnecessary expenditure of the seller and the purchaser. However, financially, the poor ice machine manufacturers want to reduce this cost as much as possible. Furthermore, even if they want to sell their products overseas, they are hesitating because of the after-sales service. For this reason, the companies making the ice machine need a system which checks the status of the ice machine and takes the proper actions without the visiting service. Therefore, this paper introduces the remote control and operational status monitoring systems which can monitor the status of the ice machine in the remote area and control it as needed. Through the developed system, the company manufacturing the ice machine and the manager of the ice machine can understand the current status of the ice machine and respond against the ice machine's trouble, immediately. In addition, it can be expected to have great effects on cost reduction because the maintenance and management after selling can be efficiently performed.
