대학이 가지는 구조적 복잡성은 다른 조직보다 더 많은 갈등구조를 가질 수 있다. 교수와 직원이 상호간에 맡은 역할에 대한 인식부족, 편중되게 구성된 위원회나 협의회, 부족한 자원의 배분, 추구하는 가치관의 차이, 정보교환이나 대화부족으로 인한 갈등은 태도 변화를 통해서 풀어나갈 수 있다. 대학에서 우월적 지위를 점하고 있는 교수 집단이 직원에 대한 이해도를 높일 때 대부분의 갈등은 해결되리라 본다. 그리고 구성원 간의, 특히 교수와 직원의 갈등 수준이 낮아져야 대학이 사회로부터 부여받은 대학본연의 기능을 강력히 발휘할 수 있을 것이다.

This study attempts to identify the structure of class conflict in Korea and to suggest an alternative framework for a empathetic society. The objective and subjective level of satisfaction with life and class consciousness are in direct proportion, and status consistency signifies polarization. Distorted distribution structures and cultural values make income disparity and property disputes widen, which in turn lead to educational divides and status fixations, refracting or blocking the possibility of social mobility. By overcoming the COVID-19 crisis, it is not appropriate to go back to the past but to correct wrong consciousness and practices in the past, and the consistency between the state and members of society must be re-established. Through the process of innovation at the economic, global, and digital level, a major transformation is required in the new normal era, which prioritizes social development for human values. The conflict resolution depends on the solidarity of the community as a social foundation, since an empathetic society needs the trust and communication of the members of the society.

대학 통합이란 2개 이상의 대학을 하나의 대학으로 합치는 것으로서 통합 방안에 대해 통합 전 대학의 지역사회, 동문, 교수, 학생, 학부모 등 이해관계자의 다양한 견해가 표출되고 갈등 상황이 발생하는 등 그 추진이 매우 어려운 정책이라 할 수 있다. 대학별 갈등 양상은 개별 대학이 처한 상황에 따라 매우 다양하고 갈등의 깊이에 있어 다소 차이가 있었으나, 통합 추진과정에서 대학의 장과 구성원들의 헌신적인 노력과 슬기로운 지혜의 발휘로 원만히 극복하였다.

대학당국과 학생회 간에 발생하는 갈등문제는 대학운영관리의 법적, 포괄적 책임이 있는 대학당국이 일반사회에서 나타나는 갈등해소의 기본원리인 편파적, 부분적 이익보다는 대학공동체의 이익을 우선적으로 도모한다는 원칙 하에서 풀어 나가야 할 것이다. 그리고 대학당국은 당사자 입장에서 고민해 보고, 타협 또는 양보할 수 있는 여지가 있는지를 진지하게 검토해 보는 자세가 매우 중요하다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the contributions and limitations of an independent internet newspaper dedicated to disability affairs. The materials analysed in this study were articles on personal assistance service conflicts between users and assistants by Ablenews. This study used inductive content analysis, responsibility frame analysis, and disability paradigm analysis. First, in general Ablenews appeared to report personal assistance service conflicts as they were. Second, the results showed that Ablenews tended to attribute the causes and solutions of the conflicts to the users and assistants. Third, nearly half of content units of Ablenews articles conveyed the perspective of rehabilitation paradigm though personal assisstanc services are closely related to independent living model. Based on the results this study suggested that Ablenews needs to improve specialty in reports on disability affairs using editorial staff, professional reporters, guests reporters with specialties.

Relative effects of single-parent family(single-mother vs. single-father) and interparental conflict(high vs. low) on children's mental health(depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, self-seteem, level of distress and satisfaction with life) was examined for the sample of elementary school students of the Korea Youth Panel Survey. The major findings of the study were as follows; (1) parental conflict has had more damaging effects on children's mental health than those of single-parent families. (2) Parents in high conflict families had most negative parenting behaviors. (3) Controlled for other variables including parenting behaviors, parental conflict had no longer negative effects on children's mental health Implications of results for theory, research, and policy are discussed.

상호의존적 국제사회에서 해양은 부의 원천이자 이동수단으로서 중요성을 더해가나, 동북아 해양은 과거 역사유산의 잔재하에 해양갈등요소가 산재하여 국익과 해양안보의 실질적 위협이 되고 있다. 따라서 본 고는 동북아내 해양갈등사례(도서영유권 중심)를 살펴보고 갈등을 부추기는 요인들은 무엇이 있는지 복잡계 이론을 적용 고찰하여 이에 대한 함의와 대응방향을 제시한다.
