By analyzing wave 1~11 (1998~2008) of Korean Labor and Income Panel Study(KLIPS) database, this study examines the effects of household characteristics and poverty duration on poverty exit. A special concern is to decide whether the decrease of poverty exit rates comes from true duration dependency or from the sample heterogeneity as poverty duration progresses. I also analyzed how the effects of independent variables are changed when unobserved heterogeneity is controlled. The results show that duration dependency disappears after controlling observed household characteristics and unobserved individual heterogeneity. This finding confirms that the apparent relationship between poverty exit rate and poverty duration is in fact a spurious association due to the sample heterogeneity rather than true duration dependency. In addition, the effects of household characteristics on poverty exit rate become more stronger when unobserved heterogeneity is controlled. Socioeconomic factors affecting poverty exit rates are such as householders' age, education, household composition, number of family members, labor force participation, and work status.

지속가능한 수자원 개발 및 관리를 위해서는 유역 내에서 진행되고 있는 수자원에 관련된 활동들이 지속가능한 개발의 개념에 부합하는지 여부를 판단해야 한다. 이를 위해서는 국가, 유역, 지자체 등의 수문, 수질, 사회, 경제, 환경적인 요인들을 고려한 다변수 평가 지수가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 유역의 수자원을 평가할 수 있는 지표들을 선정하고 이들 간의 중요도는 계층적 분석기법(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)을 사용하여 산정하였으며 이들을 종합한 수자원 지속가능성 지수(WRSI, Water Resources Sustainability Index)를 개발하였다. WRSI는 경제적 효율성 세부지수, 사회적 공평성 세부지수, 환경 보전성 세부지수, 유지관리능력 세부지수로 구성하였다. 지표들과 세부지수들 간의 중요도는 전문가들에 대한 설문조사를 통하여 산정하였다. 개발된 WRSI 구성지표들의 표준화는 이들의 적정 확률분포를 선정한 후 누가확률을 사용하여 산정하는 방법을 개발하여 사용하였다.

The purpose of this study is to determine social values of self-support enterprises, known as the origin of social economy by using a qualitative research method. Main themes representing social values of self-support enterprises were developed through four sessions of FGI and thematic analysis. First, self-support enterprises embody the value of 'social safety net' by providing workfare for disadvantaged people as well as by operating market-oriented business. Additionally, 'communal spirit', for which self-support enterprises strive, is social value that enables the entirety of self-support enterprises and participants to fulfill non-profit values, reciprocity, and sharing. Lastly, ontological, diachronic, and ecological 'sustainability' of self-support enterprises is a foundational element which creates continuous positive impact on our society. Findings of this study are significant to provide theoretical and empirical evidence for preservation and development of the social economy ecosystem. Based on this, further researches on comprehensive social economy are suggested.

The study was to research relations among 5 characteristic-factors of participants in sport for all, satisfaction of participation and intention to adhere to exercise. First, the implications of 5 characteristic-factors effect on satisfaction of participation are as blow. Extroversion has a positive effect on psychological satisfaction, satisfaction of relaxation, social satisfaction and physical satisfaction. Openness has a positive effect on satisfaction of relaxation and affinity has a positive effect on social satisfaction and physical satisfaction. Emotional instability has a negative effect on environmental satisfaction. Second, hierarchical regression analysis of 5 characteristic-factors effect on satisfaction of participation and intention to adhere to exercise is as follows. Characteristics-factors of participants have an effect on intention to adhere to exercise in order of extroversion and affinity. Satisfaction of participation has an effect on intention to adhere to exercise in the order of social satisfaction, satisfaction of relaxation and physical satisfaction.

This study investigates the antecedents of continuance intention of mobile SNS. In addition, it also explores the mediating role of perceived value in the relationship between the antecedent and continuance intention. This study posits that a social influence, perceived usefulness, privacy concern, and a perceived effort of use are major factors to influence continuance intention of SNS. By using a PLS analysis, this finding suggests that consumers' perception of the value of SNS which is previously overlooked, is a primary determinant of continuance intention, and the other exploratory factors are mediated through perceived value in cognitive aspect. This research aims to examine consumer's SNS continuance intention in terms of consumer's perspective, not just from the technology user perspective. Therefore, this research provides a useful guideline for marketing managers on how to manage Mobile SNS properly.

TIn this paper, The need for a long-term sustainable Green IT strategy to pursue strategic partnerships and alliance was proposed. We made a research model to identify how social pressure, environmental orientation and environmental attractiveness affect into the Green IT strategy, and how Green IT strategy affects on Green IT company's environmental performance. In previous studies, the long-term persistence was used as the dependent variables, but in this paper it was used as a parameter variable. A survey of Green IT companies and a empirical analysis by statistical software package were conducted. It was verified that the mediating effect is between the social pressure, environmental orientation, environmental attractiveness and environmental performance by the long-term persistence.

There are many questions about the sustainability and nurture of social enterprises as an important governmental issue in Korea. But because of the social system and the deficiency of experience about social enterprise, the solution of problems included in social enterprise are very difficult. For these reasons, the purpose of this paper is to find critical factors on social enterprise policy in Korea. For this study 30 experts who work in various fields in Busan about social enterprise was selected and 23 valuable questionnaires was collected. And AHP analysis suggests critical factors(public procurement and partnership with corporation and various organizations) on social enterprise policy in Korea. When we consider many realistic problems for the social enterprises, just depending on the passion and dedication of social entrepreneurship is highly insufficient for the sustainability of social enterprises Effective and strategic governmental support for social enterprises will be a great help to the development and sustainability of social enterprises. In this sense, results of this study is meaningful to the social enterprise policy maker.

지속성복막투석환자의 경우 투석에 의해 단백질 대사물질의 배설은 효과적으로 이루어지나 오랫동안의 만성신부전으로 인한 인의 배설 저하에 따라 골밀도가 대부분 저하되어 있으며 신성골이영양증을 수반하는 경우가 많다. 본 연구에서는 종합병원 신장내과 클리닉에 정기적 checkup을 받고 있는 지속성복막투석환자를 대상으로 골밀도를 측정하였으며 요추(L2-L4)와 대퇴부(femoral neck, trochanter)의 평균 골밀도의 T값이 모두 -1 미만인 군을 골감소증군으로 하였고(N=86) 1군데라도 T값이 -1 이상인 군은 정상군으로(N=32) 분류하여 영양소섭취량, 식행동, 우울정도에 따른 차이를 보고자 하였다.(중략)

21세기의 두드러진 특징 중 하나는 조직의 환경변화가 끊임없이 매우 불규칙적으로 일어나고 있으며, 그 변화 속도가 가속화되고 있는 것이다. 이로 인한 극도의 불확실성은 치열한 생존경쟁에 대응하며 지속적 발전을 추구하기 위해 각 조직 구성원의 적절한 활용과 중요성이 크게 대두되게 됐는데 이와 관련된 패러다임이 임파워먼트이다. 특히 일선 현장에서 근무하는 사회복지종사자는 사회복지의 근본 목적 달성을 위해 그들의 업무를 어떻게 수행할 것인가에 대하여 스스로 파악할 필요성이 강하게 대두되며, 자신의 능력을 지속적으로 개발해야 할 필요성이 있다. 이러한 사회복지종사자의 임파워먼트는 결국 직무만족에 큰 영향을 미칠 것이며, 이는 궁극적으로 사회복지의 실천적 과제 달성을 가능하게 될 것이다. 이 연구의 목적은 사회복지종사자가 임파워먼트 할 수 있게 함으로써, 그에 따른 직무만족을 향상시킬 수 있는 이론적 배경을 제시하는 것이다.

This paper explores firm-specific internal and external determinants of the sustainability of "the social innovative enterprise(SIE)" by conducting a case research on Fragrant People Co. In doing so, some business and policy implications have been produced concerning the components and determinants of the sustainability of the SIE. First, entrepreneurship is a necessary factor for the survival and growth of the SIE. A social entrepreneur does manage effectively social and economic opportunities for making economic and social values interact dynamically beyond their trade-off relationship and creating new market chances. Second, the SIE also needs competitive advantages as commercial enterprises do. Valuable resources to be used for taking opportunities and avoiding threats, rare resources not to be possessed by other firms, and resources not to be easily imitated by competitors are extremely necessary for achieving objectives of the SIE. In addition, a firm must be well organized for those valuable, rare, and not easily imitated resources. Economic performance achieved by the SIE gives a birth to its financial independence, contributing to the realization of symmetric social performance. Third, the SIEs will be allowed to seek symmetrically economic and social performance only when they use sufficiently competitive advantage resources with entrepreneurship, which is composed of innovativeness, proactiveness, agility and risk-taking attitudes. In doing so, financial assistance from central or local governments may not ensure the sustainability of the SIEs. In addition, vision & value sharing(person-organization fit) can ensure the sustainability of the SIEs only when it is connected with the organizational commitment.
