특정 환경이 제시하는 이미지는 색으로 나타내어진다. 그러면, 특징 사회적 환경에 대해 사람들은 특정한 색채 반응을 만들어내는가\ulcorner 특정 사회적 상황에 대해 사람들이 어떤 색채이미지를 만들어 내며, 이런 색채이미지가 사회적 상황을 일관적으로 나타낼 수 있는지를 파악하고자 하였다. 각 사회적 상황에 맞는 색채 코디네이션과 이미지를 찾고자 할 때, 대표적인 경우가 화장이다. 여성의 화장에서 나타나는 색채 이미지는 사용자의 취향과 같은 성격특성에 따라 달라지지만, 이것은 또한 사회적 상황에 따라 다르게 표현되기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 사회적 상황을 캐주얼, 비즈니스, 지적분위기, 이브닝(섹스어필)의 4가지 조건을 제시하고 이것에 따른 색채 감성이미지가 어떻게 나타나는지를 살펴보았다. 연구결과는 각각의 상황은 일관적인 색채 이미지를 가지고 있을 뿐 아니라, 사람들에게 공통적으로 적용될 수 있는 색채이미지로 표현된다는 것을 밝힐 수 있었다. 특정 환경에 관한 개대는 특징적인 색채 이미지로 반영되며, 이런 결과들은 환경색채의 디자인과 구체적인 상황과 맞는 제품의 색조 디자인 등에 직접 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

1844년 Rochdale Pioneers는 소비자 협동조합을 만들고 그 첫 번째 상점을 열었다. 이 소비조합을 통해 지역 주민에게 양질의 식품을 저렴한 가격에 제공했다. 이러한 유럽의 전통적이고 좌파성향의 경제적 분배이념이 발전하여 유럽의 사회적 기업의 발판이 되었다. 뿐 만 아니라 1991년 이탈리아에서는 주주나 소유주의 이익 산출보다는 공동체 또는 구성원을 위하는 사회적 경제 개념의 협동조합이 시작되었다. 1980년 아쇼카 재단의 설립자 빌 드레이튼은 슘페트에 의해 처음 소개된 '기업가정신'을 한 단계 높은 차원으로 끌어올렸다. 그는 기업가 정신을 사회적 혁신에도 적용하여 사회의 난제에 대해서도 창조적 파괴를 시도하자는 뜻에서 사회적'과 '기업가'를 합성하여 사회적 기업가 정신이라고 사용했다. 이러한 사회적 기업의 발전 과정에서 보면 유럽과 미국의 인식의 차이를 우리는 느낄 수 있다. 유럽의 경우는 좌파적 성향이 담겨져 있다. 유럽의 사회적 기업은 협동조합에서 알 수 있듯이 공평한 분배 개념에의 접근이다. 그에 비해서 미국의 경우는 우파적 성향이 강하다. 미국은 기업가 정신이 투철한 기업가가 많은 부를 축척하고 이렇게 축척된 부의 분배 과정에서 사회적 가치가 강조된다. 이러한 사회적 기업을 가능하게 하는 요인 중 하나가 사회적 자본으로 불리는 네트워크이다. 본 연구는 25개의 사회적 기업 실증을 통하여 생존을 위한 전략적 차원에서 네트워크의 다양성과 강도가 사회적 기업의 기업생존과 고용성장, 매출성장 나아가 권한위임에 정의 관계가 있음을 검증하였다.

Purpose of this study is understanding of group modeling process focusing on constraints with geological field trip applied on social-construction of scientific model. This study was carried out on 12 students of 3 groups who participate in the study 'S' gifted education center. Students were conducted to theme of 'How was formation of Mt. Gwanak?' on 2 field trip classes and 3 modeling classes. Semi-structured interviews, all discourse of field trip and modeling classes, records of personal and group activity were analyzed to constraints based on theoretical background proposed by Nersessian (2008). Results as follows. First, sources of constraints are scientific knowledge, contents observed by students during field trips and additional materials things to be explained by model during modeling class with geological field trip applied on social-construction of scientific model. Second, there are 3 types of constraints to affect making group modeling. It is that shared constraint which used commonly by all the group members. It called selected constraint that used during the initial modeling and later were reflected on for use in the group modeling. And it is that generated constraints, which were not in the initial modeling but were used later in the group modeling. This study suggests that not only the constraints can help to understand of making group model through how they used but also show that example of learning with geological field trip on social-construction of scientific model to contribute school science.

The purpose of this study was to verify how organizational fairness affects organizational commitment to social welfare officials, and to examine the mediating effect of organizational support. Social welfare officials have tried to find out what factors can be more adapted to the organization and immersed in the organizational aspect, as overwork and poor working conditions are becoming a problem. As the subject and method of the study, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 172 social welfare officials in P and U cities in northern Gyeonggi Province, and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. As a result of the study, organizational fairness of social welfare officials had a positive effect on organizational commitment, and organizational support had a partial mediating effect. Based on the results of this study, administrative and policy implications for the organizational adaptation and commitment of public officials in charge of social welfare were presented.

일본 행정기관에 구축된 데이터베이스(DB)를 유형별로 보면, 업무 처리형, 행정 지원, 공공 이용형 등이 있으며, 관청간 DB를 이용하는 것이나 사회적 활용을 적극 추진하고 있다. 데이터베이스 구축을 구체화 하기 위한 방책으로는 관청 내에서의 기획조정 기능의 충실, 관청내에서 데이터베이스 구축의 계획적 추진 등이 있다. 관청간 공통추진 사항을 위해서는 관청간 조정 기능의 충실과 행정 정보의 통합 이용을 위한 시스템의 정비, 사회적 활용을 위한 체제 정비가 요구된다.

The purpose of this paper is to find out the nature of language variation by exploring the ways of the progress of the language variation that produces all English-lects, i.e., the World Englishes. The study of language variation in linguistics is a hybrid enterprise, so the study of World Englishes has led to the recognition of a highly diverse set of all English-lects, encompassing regional dialects, sociolects, ethnolects and (post-)colonial dialects of World Englishes. In this paper, we propose a hybrid language variation model with three interacting factors of social distancing, on/off-contact, and linguistic diversity to examine the characteristics of language variation. In the context of World Englishes, the social distance is typically low in terms of their local location (country/speech) for local purposes. The social distance also varies based on online/offline communication modes and other social factors like gender, age and ethnic groups, resulting in all English-lects. To clarify the nature of World Englishes, the core Englishes, BrE, AmE and CanE are discussed here.

In this study aviation authority officials were classified into four cultural groups according to culture theory, and then questioned to determine the effects of cultural bias on their social acceptance of a new air traffic flow management system. Based on previous studies, cultural biases were categorized as egalitarianistic, individualistic, fatalistic, and hierarchical, and social acceptances were considered to be influenced by four variables, that is, perceptions of usefulness, work attitude, intention to use, and behavior (job absorption). Empirical analysis showed that hierarchy had a significant positive effect on social acceptance, and egalitarianism was found to have a significant positive effect on social acceptance with 95% credibility. We propose the organizational culture of Korean government be changed to accept the diverse opinions of government officials during the implementation phase of the new system recommended by ICAO.

최근 10년간 집중호우로 인한 홍수 피해는 심각한 수준으로 발생하고 있어 호우피해액의 경우 3조3111억원의 손실을 입었다(국민안전처, 2015). 이를 대비하기 위하여 국내에서는 홍수피해에 취약한 지역을 파악하기 위한 연구는 다양한 측면으로 이루어져 왔다. 하지만 기존의 연구사례에서는 취약성 평가를 위한 인자를 구성함에 있어 연구자의 주관이나 선행연구 사례를 토대로 선정하였기 때문에 실제로 호우피해에 대한 원인을 파악하기에는 다소 부족한 면이 있다. 만약 호우피해에 대한 원인을 면밀하게 분석하고 직접적인 원인을 파악할 수 있다면, 향후 지역별 취약성 평가나 복원탄력성 평가 등에 관련한 연구에 있어 기존의 비해 더 확실한 결과를 도출할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지역적 특성이 상이한 5개의 지역을 선정하여 호우피해가 발생되었던 사례를 토대로 기후조건과 사회?경제적 인자를 고려하여 직접적인 원인을 파악하고자 하였다. 호우피해가 가장 빈번하게 일어난 5개의 지자체를 선정하여 재해기간에 따른 강우패턴을 분석하였다. 그 결과 유사한 강우패턴으로 호우피해가 발생하여도 그로 인한 피해액은 상이한 결과를 나타낸 사례가 있었다. 이는 지자체별 재해유형과 재산정도, 도시화율, 인구밀도 등의 지역적 특성이 다르기 때문을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지역적 특성이 다른 5개의 지역에 대한 재해유형 등을 파악하여 호우피해에 대한 원인을 도출하였고, 그 결과를 통해 취약성 평가 등과 같은 다양한 분석의 지표로 활용이 가능할 것이다. 또한 향후 방재예산을 투자하는데 있어 확실한 판단 기준으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

본 논문은 사회적 협동조합과 소셜 프랜차이즈에 대한 정의, 특성, 성공요인 등을 선행연구를 통해 분석하고, 각 모델별 현직자 인터뷰를 통해 모델의 차이를 규명하여, 현재 국내에서의 소셜 프랜차이즈가 활성화 되지 못하고 있는 현상을 분석해보고자 한다. 이를 통해 현 상황에 대한 진단 뿐 아니라 소셜 프랜차이즈의 본질적 목표인 사회적 영향력 확대를 위해서 갖추어야 할 제반사항에 대해 고찰해 보고 나아가 사회적 협동조합과 함께 소셜 프랜차이즈 모델의 성장에 유의미한 제언을 하고자 본 연구를 진행하고자 한다. 연구의 독창성과 연구적 가치를 위해 소셜 프랜차이즈 및 사회적 협동조합 관련자 들에 대해 심층 인터뷰를 진행하고자 하며, 각 사업 모델별 목표, 조직구성, 운영방식, 사업확장 방식 등을 확인하여 두 모델간의 공통점과 차이점을 분석하고 이를 통해 소셜 프랜차이즈의 목표에 대한 정립과 국내 소셜 프랜차이즈의 활성화를 위한 이론적, 실무적 인사이트를 제공하고자 한다.

지난해 옥션, SK브로드밴드, GS칼텍스 등의 고객정보 유출사건이 반복적으로 발생하면서 집단소송제 제기 등 개인정보보호의 문제는 사회적인 분쟁으로 확산되고 있는 실정이다. 이런 상황에서 정부의 안일한 대응과 체계적이지 못한 시스템 미비 등이 문제의 근원으로 지적되고 있다. 하지만 보다 근본적인 원인은 바로 턱없이 부족한 개인정보보호의 예산과 실효성 없는 대책에 있다. 따라서 일련의 사건들이 재발되지 않고 개인정보 유출이라는 불법행위가 근절되기 위해서는 개인정보보호 예산 편성 강화와 인터넷상 주민번호를 대체할 식별번호(i-PIN)의 도입을 통한 제도적, 기술적 보완을 강구해야 한다. 특히 정보통신 시설 및 개인정보 보호에 관한 법제를 정비하는 것이 시급하다.
