최근 스마트폰의 이용률이 폭발적으로 증가하면서 다양한 응용이 새로운 이슈로 주목 받고 있다. 특히, 소셜 관계성을 기반으로 하는 앱은 더욱 주목을 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 개인의 주관적인 성향을 객관화시켜 사용자의 능동적인 방식을 요구하는 목적으로 콘텐츠를 제안한다. 본 논문에서 기획하여 제안하는 콘텐츠는 "윈어팩션 앱(Winaffection Application)" 이라고 부른다. 제안하는 콘텐츠는 외적인 면과 더불어 성향, 기호기능을 추가하여 사용자의 이상형에 근접한 결과를 산출하고 사용자의 개인적인 공간, 회원들 간의 공개적인 공간을 활용하여 맞춤이성을 찾는데 도움이 되도록 기획하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 사용자는 자신의 성향과 취향에 맞는 이성을 만나 사회적 상호 관계성를 형성하는 초기에 발전적으로 기여 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This study criticizes the wave of liberalization, privatization, thoughtless and uncontrolled over-competition in the electronic communication networks area. This criticism is based on the 'transport economics' on one side, the 'network neutrality debate' on the other side. Through these standpoints, this study insists that it needs to deal with a social agenda related to the problems such as unplanned and unbalanced development of electronic communication networks, double/tripple-investment in the communication industry, conflicts among network companies and the decline of public values. Also does this study stress on the new ideas in the electronic communication network policy and planning to manage these problems. Electronic communication networks are converging and their borders are blurred. As a result of these flows, the field of information technology, media and contents is faced with radical changes. These changes could be so critical and complicated that nobody can diagnose their multi-level implications. However, the one thing sure is that we should start from the communication networks to think and control a communication system. Therefore, we should discuss and plan the now-and-future of communication infrastructure and its management. we need not only a market mentality but also a socio-cultural mentality. In this respect, this study does insist that it requires the vision of digital democracy and democratic communication ecology to put the steps toward social communication system.

The concept of alternative sphere is terminologically various; resistance media, counter media, minjung media, grassroots media, underground media, alternative media, civic media, etc. Each terminology reflect the feature of times and the emphasis of advocator. This article explore the transformation of alternative public sphere and its motive in Korea. In a world, Korea's alternative public sphere has changed as following: resistance media and liberty media in 70', counter media and minjung media in 80', alternative media in 90', and alternative media and civic media in 2000'. The motive of transformation is basically the expansion of civil society and extension of social movement in Korea. As social movement's character has changed, the feature of alternative public sphere has also changed. Minjung movement played key role of social movement in 1980', the alternative public sphere characterized as minjung media or counter media which was based on working class consciousness. After this, According as civil movement have initiative of social movement, the character of alternative public sphere changed by alternative media and civic media. Besides, this article argue that the alternative public sphere of Korea has changed dialectically with social movement.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of exposure to body image in media and bullet screen on weight loss intention by specifically focusing on Bilibili, a video sharing website of China. For the study, a 3 (Social viewing: no bullet screen vs. complimentary bullet screen vs. critical bullet screen) x 2 (Body image in media: ideal vs. realistic) between-subjects factorial design was conducted. A total of 310 Chinese women in their 20s were recruited to participate in an experimental survey. The main results showed that viewing the ideal body image with the complimentary bullet screen and realistic body image with the critical bullet screen strengthened the participants' intention on weight loss. Finally, the interaction effect of social viewing and the types of bullet screen were examined. The higher weight-loss intention was revealed when social viewing was conducted with the complimentary bullet screen of the ideal image. The results of this study can enhance the understanding of the bullet screen as a type of social viewing and its effect on user behavior intention.

This study used social discourse analysis and analyzed social discourse on library reflected in media, social media, interview and diary of persons concerned, particularly focusing on controversy over whether 'The Forest of Wisdom' should be called a 'library'. The study analyzed a three-dimensional framework, including media report that eventually developed a social 'discourse event', social media surrounding this issue, and interview with persons in the library community and publishing industry regarding discourse. This study draws a conclusion that 'The Forest of Wisdom' rather led social discourse over the role of library especially when traditional library is faced with new demands for discourse and changes. It is meaningful in that this issue provided an opportunity for library and the publishing industry to think over and develop ways for autonomous discourse that seeks their true value.

This study conducted a big data analysis on news to identify the agenda of media literacy, which has been socially discussed, and on which relevant policy directions will be proposed. To this end 1,336 articles from January 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020 were collected and a topic modeling analysis was conducted according to four periods. Five topics for each period were derived through the analysis, and implications based on the results are as follows. First, the government should implement a nation-level systematic approach to media literacy education according to life cycle stages to generate economic and cultural value. Second, local communities and schools should provide systematic support and education guidance activities to ensure a sustainable ecosystem for media literacy and prevent an educational gap and loss in learning. Third, efforts should be made in various aspects to minimize the side effects resulting from constantly providing media literacy education; furthermore a culture of desirable media application should be established. Finally, a research environment for scientific research on media literacy, active exchange of experience and value obtained in the field, and long-term accumulation of research results should be encouraged to develop a robust knowledge exchange culture.

본 연구의 목적은 알코올 문제의 현황을 파악하고 효과적인 음주교육 방안을 모색하기 위한 것이다. 사회문화적 행위로서의 음주행동의 특징을 파악하고 음주로 인한 위해가 우리에게 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 것이다. 음주행동은 한 사람이 속한 사회의 문화와 관습이 허용하는 범위에 따라 그 사회가 공유하는 음주에 대한 태도나 가치의 영향을 받아 학습을 통해 습득하게 된다. 음주는 사망률, 이환율, 유산율, 범죄율 등에 막대한 영향을 끼치고 있으며 이로 인한 사회적 비용과 생명손실은 엄청난 것이다. 매스미디어를 통한 음주교육은 다른법적 제재와 병행될 때 효과적이다. 음주연령이나 세금부과 등을 통해 음주행위를 통제하는 것이 가능하다. 음주교육의 주기능은 법령과 처벌에 대한 두려움(perceived fear)를 높이는 것이다. 음주행위에 관용적인 사회 분위기를 변화시키는 것이 법령이나 처벌보다 더 효과적이다. 과도한 음주행위에 대한 비판적인 사회적 분위기와 같은 비공식적인 사회적인 제재가 음주문제의 예방에 더욱 중요하다. 청소년의 음주행위는 부모와 동료집단과의 관계에 의해 크게 영향을 받기 때문에 부모와 동료집단의 참여하에 객관적인 태도를 통해 자율적인 결정을 할 수 있도록 유도해야 한다. 음주교육에 대해 지식과 경험을 갖춘 교사가 교육을 실시하여야 하며 소그룹 활동을 통해 음주문제에 대한 이해와 바람직한 태도를 습득하게 하고 동료집단의 압력을 거부할 수 있는 능력을 키우는 것이 필요하다. 교사는 편견이 없는 객관적인 태도를 갖추어야 하고 최종적 결정은 지식에 근거하여 청소년이 하도록 하여야 한다. 음주는 가정불화, 좌절감, 실업, 이혼 둥의 부정적 감정과 연관되어 있으며 깊은 인간관계를 통한 상담이 효과적이다. 단주친목과 같은 자발적인 민간단체는 알코올 문제를 가진 사람들이 서로 모여 친목하는 가운데 도움과 치료를 받을 수 있다는 점에서 매우 효과적이다. 이러한 단체의 활용이 더욱 확대되어야 한다. 병원에서의 음주교육은 노조의 참여하에 전문적인 의료인들에 의해 이루어져야 한다. 이전에 알코올중독에서 회복된 사람을 동료교육가(peer educator)로 활용하는 것도 효율적인 교육방법중의 하나이다. 의과대학의 교과과정에 음주교육에 대한 내용을 더욱 확대하여야 한다. 음주교육은 음주라는 행위의 저변에 깔린 문화적 심리적 요인에 대한 깊은 이해를 토대로 계획되고 실시되어야 한다. 음주교육은 지역사회 전체의 참여를 통해 부모, 학생, 정부, 민간단체, 매스미디어의 공동참여를 통한 다각적인 접근이 요구된다.

컴퓨터네트워크를 통한 정보의 이동이 빈번한 오늘날, 중요 정보를 지키는 정보 보호 기술의 요구는 점차 늘어나고 있다. 이에 따라, 통신망 상의 프라이버시 보호, 기밀성, 무결성 같은 개인정보보호를 위해서 필수적인 암호학적 도구로 디지털 서명이 이용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이산대수 문제의 어려움에 기반하여, 디지털 서명대상을 2명에서 n명으로 확대한 다중서명 기법에 서명자 전원의 동의 없이는 서명을 검증할 수 없는 부정할 수 없는 서명의 기능을 부여한다. 이는 전자, 선거, 전자 현금 등 보다 복잡하고 민감한 사회적 영역에 적용될 수 있을 것이다.
