최근 기후변화의 위기를 녹색 기술과 청정에너지를 활용한 신(新)성장동력의 기회로 활용하면서 건설 산업에도 온실가스 저감, 환경오염 저감, 에너지 효율화를 위한 기술적인 활동을 활발히 진행 중에 있다. 그러나 이러한 노력이 구체적인 성과를 얻기 위해서는 건설 사업 초기단계에서부터 녹색건설에 대한 단계별 목표 수립과 구체적이고 체계적인 성과평가 시스템을 수립하여야 하지만, 성과평가에 대한 이해와 평가방법이 불명확한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문은 녹색 건설 성과분야를 경제적요인(Economic), 사회적요인 (Social), 환경적요인(Environmental)으로 구분하여 합리적이고 비교 가능한 녹색 건설의 세부 성과지표를 제시하기 위한 녹색 건설 성과지표 국내 외 사례를 조사 비교 분석 하였다.

This paper attempts to improve domestic natural gas pricing system, thereby optimizing social welfare. This is done by deriving theoretical frameworks of natural gas pricing, which make use of both Ramsey component pricing rule and Efficient component pricing rule based on the theory of marginal cost. Allocative efficiency and social welfare between gas prices derived from the three pricing mechanism, present Cost-based pricing, Ramsey component pricing rule and Efficient component pricing rule, are analysed and compared in the case study. For the city gas, allocative efficiency of Cost-based pricing is higher than that of Ramsey component pricing rule and Efficient component pricing rule. In contrast, for the natural gas consumed for power generation, allocative efficiency of Cost-based pricing is lower than the other two pricing systems. It also turns out that social welfare is improved by the prices driven from Ramsey component pricing rule and Efficient component pricing rule rather than present Cost-based pricing.

The domestic market for performances and concerts is rapidly growing. However, despite of the various efforts to attract audience, the market still struggles in securing consumers for classical music performances. In this context, the following thesis first explores the factors that determine the choice of performances through open-ended questions to categorize the types of consumers based on the results. Then, effects of different factors of choices for each type of consumer are studied to find out how these factors affect the consumers' purchasing decisions. As a result, 35 factors out of the 40 factors were ultimately confirmed as the factors that determine the consumers' choice for purchasing classical music performances. Then, the 35 factors were classified into seven categories. Moreover, an empirical analysis showed that personal factors, factors regarding contents of the performance, information factors, environmental factors and marketing factors had significant effects on the consumers' purchasing decisions. The degree of influence of the factors for each type of audience varied. This study conclusively seeks to contribute to developing a more thorough marketing strategies for performance arts institutions and performance venues.

우리나라 중학교 2학년 학생들은 TIMSS와 같은 국제적인 평가에서 높은 수학 성취도를 보이고 있다. 성별 성취도를 분석하면 TIMSS 1995부터 TIMSS 2011까지 남학생이 여학생보다 지속적으로 높은 평균점수를 받고 있다. TIMSS 1995와 TIMSS 2011의 성별 점수 차이는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. TIMSS 2011에 참가한 42개국 중 성차가 없거나 여학생이 더 높은 성취도를 보인 국가는 35개국이며 남학생이 더 높은 성취도를 보인 국가는 우리나라를 포함하여 7개국이다. 수학 성취도의 성차는 사회문화적 요인과 수학학습태도와 연관이 있다는 여러 연구 결과가 있다. 본 연구는 TIMSS 2011에 참가한 중2학년 5,165명 남녀학생들의 수학성취도 결과를 분석하여 사회문화적 요인이 수학학습태도와 수학성취도에 미치는 영향을 찾아보았다. 연구결과 남녀학생의 교사선호도는 유의한 성차가 없었는데 학부모의 교육 참여도에 유의한 성차가 있었다. 여학생의 수학에 관한 가치와 수학에 관한 자신감은 남학생보다 유의하게 낮았다. 학부모의 교육 참여도는 여학생의 수학학습태도와 수학성취도에 더 높은 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 학부모들의 교육 참여도를 높이고 여학생들의 수학에 관한 가치와 자신감을 높이기 위해서는 여학생들의 롤 모델과 여성들의 과학 분야의 진출을 장려하는 사회적 요인의 조성이 함께 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the effectiveness of Electronic Commerce through Agent. There have been many researches related to Electronic Commerce, the rate of changes and progress in information systems being too fast, most of them are outdated. Through the analysis, three factors are newly found to be important which are not studied in other researches. One is end-users’ technical environment and the other is the improvement of end-users’ abilities in business management, social consciousness as well.

본 연구에서는 일차적인 부양자로서의 역할을 담당하고 있는 며느리들을 중심으로 시부모를 부양하면서 느끼는 스트레스를 완하시킬수 있는 자원에는 어떤 것들이 이는지를 살펴봄으로써 효과적인 시부모 부양방안을 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 767명의 며느리들을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 회귀분석해 본 결과 자기통제력.부모부양태도와 같은 개인적요인, 부양의 호혜성.관계의 질과 같은 관계적 요인 및 비공식적 지원망의 성원들로부터의 지원과 같은 가족사회적 요인등이 부양스트레스 인지를 낮추는 것으로 나타나 이들요인들이 시부모를 부양하면서 부담 내지 스트레스를 느끼는 며느리들에게 주요한 부양자원이 된다고 할 수 있다. 이를 감안해 볼 때, 며느리의 부양 부담 및 스트레스를 낮출수 있는 다양한 자원에 초점을 둔 지역사회 단위의 교육 및 상담사업의 필요가 절실하다고 하겠다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate factors that affect the suicidal ideation of the people with mental disabilities. To this end, the independent variables were analyzed by categorizing them into individual psychological factors, social factors, and demographic characteristics. The analysis data include 969 people with mental disabilities who participated in the 2017 Ministry of Health and Welfare's Research, 'Survey on the Current Status of Mental Disabilities in Community'. The analysis method was frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis with SPSS 23.0. As a result of the study, in terms of individual psychological factors, the higher the depression and the lower the mental health confidence, the more suicidal ideation increase. In terms of social factors, the more unregistered disabled groups, the more exposure to violence and discrimination, and the more they live in large cities, the higher their ideation of suicidal. The regression model explained 26.9% of suicidal ideation. The practical and policy implications for the prevention of suicide of the people with mental disabilities based on these results are as follows: First, social factors should be evaluated and considered together, rather than focusing only on individual psychological factors, in seeking policies and intervention programs that reduce suicidal ideation in the people with mental disabilities. Second, in seeking suicide prevention policies for the people with mental disabilities, Protection & Advocacy services should be provided to reduce violence and discrimination experiences. Third, in order to reduce the suicidal ideation of the people with mental disabilities, the mental disability registration system should be reorganized, and policy alternatives should be devised so that those experiencing mental distress can be included into the system.

The aim of this study is to investigate influential factors for depression with respect to mental health in the elderly and present the groups in order to develop intervention strategies with human for the prevention of depression and suicide. For this purpose, this study held interviews using a questionnaire targeting normal elderly above the age of 65 who did not use social welfare services living in Seoul, Gyonggi and Jeonnam. The data collected was analysed with the use of a frequency test, a descriptive statistical analysis, a correlation analysis and a multi-regression analysis. The results of the study show that the influence of psychological factors in the subjects on their depression was significant. That is, Depending on your type of psychological factors of family influences the sense of difference of melancholy. Second, the influence of material factors of the subjects on their depression was significant depending on their family type. That is, the influence of material factors in the elderly on their depression differed depending on family type.

MMORPG online game business has emerged as the most lucrative entertainment industry, with over 10 million gamers in South Korea. It appears that in this extremely attractive and growing services segment, academics, as well as practitioners, would benefit from investigating the relationships among the players' attachment or affection, game contents-related and social interaction-related construct. We assume that game contents-related construct consists of storytelling, game-play method, contents-diversity and the sense of identification, and that social interaction-related construct includes information-sharing, gamers' empowerment and the word-of-mouth. Based on data collected from online questionnaire survey, the validity of the research model has been tested. The results show that contents-related construct influences the players' attachment, and that social interaction-related construct has no direct impact on the attachment. But social interaction-related construct has been shown to influence contents-related construct, implying the indirect impact on the players' attachment.

콘크리트에서 발생되는 균열은 구조물의 내구성뿐만 아니라 구조물의 안전성에도 악영향을 미치게 하며, 경우에 따라서는 사회적인 문제로까지 대두되기도 한다. 콘크리트의 균열은 크게 굳지 않은 콘크리트와 경화콘크리트에서 발생될 수 있는 균열로 나눌 수 있다. 굳지 않은 콘크리트에서 발생될 수 있는 균열요인으로는 대표적으로 콘크리트의 초기동결, 소성침하, 거푸집 및 동바리의 조기제거 등을 들 수 있고, 경화콘크리트에서는 물리ㆍ화학적요인, 열적요인, 구조적요인 등을 들 수 있다. 이러한 여러 가지의 균열요인 중에서 최근들어 열적요인에 해당되는 매스콘크리트의 온도균열 문제가 자주 대두되고 있는 실정이다.
