기업과 소비자간 일대일 상호작용을 가능하게 하는 전자상거래의 기술적 발달을 통해 소비자에게 더 나은 웹 경험을 제공하기 위해 개인화 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 개인화 추천을 수행하기 위해서는 추천을 받을 사용자와 유사한 다른 사용자들의 선호도를 반영하는 협업 필터링 기법이 많이 활용되고 있으며, 많은 사이트들이 추천을 받은 사용자에게 유사한 사용자들을 보여주어 사회망 연결을 위한 기회를 제공하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 웹 기반 개인화 추천 시스템을 이용하여 사용자에게 효과적으로 제품을 추천하기 위해서, 사회적 실재감(Social Presence)이 추천시스템의 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관하여 연구하고자 한다. 또한, 사회적 실재감을 높이기 위한 방안으로 사회망(Social Network) 데이터의 제시를 통해 다양한 차원의 사회적 실재감과 추천시스템에 대한 만족도 및 신뢰간의 영향관계를 분석한다. 이를 위해 실험집단을 나누어 세 가지 차원의 사회적 실재감을 부여하고, 집단간의 추천 시스템에 대한 신뢰와 만족도간에 차이가 있는지를 분석하였다.

This study is to examine the cooperation plan of participating bodies in the area on social welfare system that is appropriate in the localization era. In order words, in order to develop the local social welfare system by approaching on the cooperation within the participating bodies within the area in the local governance level, the purpose of this study is to find out the problems that the existing local community welfare system has, and seek the responsive development cooperation plan. Furthermore, through this study, it is expected to present desirable cooperation model of local social welfare, and the reasonable welfare plan on the locality would be available.

As we enter a super-aged society, senior citizens' health issues are affecting a variety of fields, including medicine, economics, society, and culture. In this study, we intend to draw implications from unstructured data analysis such as text mining and social network analysis in order to apply digital health care service design for improving the cognitive ability of senior citizens. The research procedure of this study improved the service design methodology into a process suited to the analysis of unstructured data, and six steps were applied. Related keywords that exist on social media, focusing on cognitive improvement and healthcare for senior citizens, were collected and analyzed, and based on these results, the direction of healthcare service design for improving on the cognitive abilities of senior citizens was derived. The results of this study are expected to have academic and practical implications for expanding the scope of the use of big data analysis methods and improving existing healthcare service development methodologies.

In this study, we use the data collected from Twitter, as an SNS(Social Networking Service), for service innovation. This data was collected and processed by Flume. The data set in May 2016 was 4,766 and 15,543 from company S and company X, respectively. We were able to figure out the emotional atmosphere of the two companies through the sentiment analysis(SA) and to find out about the vertical relationship through the bibliometric analysis(BA). Furthermore, we were able to grasp the horizontal relationship through the social network analysis(SNA). It was concluded that SNS was worth while to derive an innovative item.

Web technology has allowed the rise of services such as blogs or YouTube that make possible the sharing of opinions, perspectives, and experiences with other users through contents. Online services that promote such sharing of information and communication are known as social media. Recently, the explosive growth of these services displays the carry-over of the natural sociality that all humans possess as social creatures. This study took an exploratory approach in investigating what influential relationships are involved in forming new relationships through sharing and participation, as sharing and participation are core keywords of social media. In order to do this, relationship formations were observed in actual usage environments with the use of the diary study method and in-depth interviews. This study sought to deduce necessary elements in relationship formations and examine the influences of weak ties on participation and sharing.

This article analyses frame transition of personal information leakage in Korea from 1984 to 2014. In order to investigate the transition, we have collected newspaper article's titles. This study adopts classification, text network analysis(by co-occurrence symmetric matrix), and clustering techniques as part of social network analysis. Moreover, we apply definition of centrality in network in order to reveal the main frame formed in each of four periods. As a result, accessibility of personal information is extended from public sector to private sector. The boundary of personal information leakage is expanded to overseas. Therefore it is urgent to institutionalize the protection of personal information from a global perspective.

In Korea, starting with the Government 3.0 Policy, the utilization of public data as an important driving force to promote economic growth has been highlighted as a major issue. However Korea is currently only able to open and provide accumulated data stored in the public domain. To resolve this issue, we need to not only open and provide public information, but also to create new information by linking the data and developing related services. Thus, this study analyzes the linkability of public information and provides lists of the linkable public data. In order to do this, we first have performed preconditioning processes on the accessibility and workability of the data. Next, we have deduced the major keywords in public data through analyzing the morphemes, and then the core keywords (Top 10) and their linkable keyword lists through an analysis of social networks. Based on the outcome of this study, a subsequent study will deduce new information by linking the public data and creating various services and information contents. Furthermore, not only conceptual but also practical linking measures need to be created, and a related law must be prepared.

NGN은 기존의 회선교환망이 가지는 높은 신뢰성과 IP 망의 유연성을 양립시킨다는 기본 이념을 바탕으로 IP 기술을 활용한 통신망이다. 상호접속은 서로 다른 통신망의 가입자간 통신을 가능하도록 통신설비를 물리적으로 연결하여 사업자간 경쟁환경을 조성하고 사회 후생을 극대화를 위한 중요한 정책수단이다. NGN에서는 사용대역차이와 QoS의 유무 및 수준 등 성격이나 품질이 다양한 서비스가 종합적으로 제공되는 네트워크로 기존 상호접속체계에 비해 복잡할 수 밖에 없다. 일본에서는 NGN 기반 서비스가 상용화 됨에 따라 구체적으로 상호접속체계를 정립하였다. 본 논문에서 NGN 상호접속체계를 정립하기 위한 NGN 서비스 및 설비 기능 세분화, 설비 비용 산정방법, 서비스 비용 산정기준에 관하여 살펴보고 상호접속체계 검토시 고려사항을 제시하고자 한다.

With repid development of optical networking technology, Software-Defined Network (SDN) and Network Function Virtualization (NFV), high performance networking service, collaboration platform that enables collaborative research globally, drastically National Research Network (NRN) including Internet Service has changed. Therefore we compared and analyzed several world-class NRNs and took a view of future development strategy of the NRN. Also we suggest high speed security environment in super high bandwidth network with 40Gbps and 100Gbps optical transmission technology, network separation of NRN with Science DMZ to support high performance network transmission for science big data, building security environment for last-mile in campus network that supports programmability of IDS using BRO framework.

IT 산업의 발전과 국가의 부 창출을 위하여 정부는 'IT 839 전략'에 따라 2010년까지 BcNㆍUSNㆍIPv6 3대 IT 통신 인프라의 전국 상용망 구축을 추진하고 있다. u-센서 네트워크(USN)는 모든 사물에 전자태그(RFID)를 부착, 인터넷에 연결하여 정보를 인식 및 관리하는 네트워크를 말한다. USN 서비스는 RFID, 텔레메틱스, 그리고 지능형홈 분야 등에서 유통, 물류를 비롯하여 교통, 농축산물관리, 조달, 환경, 의료 등 다양한 산업 전반에서 창출될 것으로 보인다 RFID 태그는 전자칩을 부차하고 무선통신 기술을 이용하여 리더와 통신한다 본 고에서는 정보보호 관점에서 RFID/USN네트워크가 인터넷 수준의 보안 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 어떠한 점이 고려되어야하는지를 정리하였다. 현재 사회적으로 이슈가 되고 있는 RFID 정보보호 문제는 주로 프라이버시 측면에서 논의되어 왔다. 그러나 RFID/USN은 대규모의 RFID 태그(사물)들이 단말이 되고, IPV6, BcN 망과 연동되며, 새로이 구축되어야하는 네트워크임에도 불구하고, 아직 네트워크/서비스 정보보호 관점에서 고려해야할 것들이 무엇인가에 대한 논의가 활발하지 못했던 것으로 보인다 이러한 논지를 가지고 본 고에서는 현재 논의되고 있는 RFID 정보보호 기술의 동향을 분석하고, 네트워크 정보보호 관점에서 RFID/USN 환경에 추가되어야 할 기술적 요구사항들을 정리해 보았다.
