Purpose: This study was performed to investigate nurses' experience of bullying in clinical fields. Methods: Participants were 309 nurses working in general hospitals. Data were collected using self- report questionnaires which were evaluated in terms of workplace bullying, burnout, organizational commitment, turnover intention and nursing productivity. Results: Of the participants 17.2% reported being victims of workplace bullying of nurses in general hospital, based on the operational definition of bullying. Coping response to workplace bullying was mainly passive such as enduring, ignoring, and evading. Experience of workplace bullying was positively correlated with burnout and turnover intention and negatively correlated with organizational commitment and productivity. Conclusion: The findings suggest that there is a need for assessment of the reality of workplace bullying of nurses in clinical areas as well carefully reviewing the problem and impact. A supportive system, education programs and improved workplace climate are recommended to reduce workplace bullying in clinical fields.

In recent days, efforts have been made voraciously to create urban spaces where everyone can enjoy an equal life by integrating the socially underprivileged groups including women, children, the elderly, etc. In order to create a inclusive city that accepts everyone regardless of social hierarchy, it is necessary to plan the city by incorporating the marginalized. The purpose of this study is to establish the strategy of inclusive city in each region. To accomplish the goal, we analyze and compile each of the studies that were scattered and make an integrated evaluation index, and evaluate the inclusivity for each region by these indicators.

In the modern society, people can easily reach destination by using the rapidly developed public transportation services. Recently, location information is provided through the network, but this is useless to the weak people on transportation like the handicapped. This paper proposes a bus alert terminal system equipped with the arrival information of public buses based on location information and distance measurement sensor. By using this system, we look forward to providing more convenient and accessible services for the weak people on transportation.

In this paper, we mainly describe the development of exclusive u-device essentially required to implement new ITS services (taxi call service, service for transportation vulnerable, transport information service, walker's navigator, electronic payment service, call information service etc.). To design this device, Samsung main CPU S3C2440A was selected and large memories (ROM and RAM) which are required for new ITS services are applied. In addition, all of GPS, RFID module, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functions are included to develop an exclusive device indispensable in the ubiquitous society. For this, in this paper, we first examined detailed design of an exclusive u-device development, and based on the designed contents, the performance of a realized u-device was evaluated. If services are created by linking new ITS services with relevant public institutions or companies, based on application of the exclusive u-device developed as above, they would be expanded to a new blue ocean, expectedly resulting in a big spillover effect in local societies.

Inequality of environmental impact is forecast to deepen due to the damage of environmental risk by the interaction between environmental and social inequalities causing more harms to environmentally vulnerable population. This study assessed the integrated cumulative impact of Seoul using Environmental Health Screening Tool developed by Environmental Protection Agency of California. In order to screen vulnerable area to environmental health, 10 indexes have been selected according to the environmental burden of exposure to environment and public health effects, population characteristics of sensitive populations and socio-economic factors. As a result of assessment conducted on cumulative impact of Seoul for years 2009~2011 through Environmental Health Screening Tool, risk factor for districts of Gangseo and Gangnam of Seoul showed high - Gangseo area indicated high risk factor both in environmental burden and population characteristics, while Gangnam area appeared high in environmental burden. The result of survey will be able to suggest scientific basis to push through fair and effective environmental policy in consideration of environment vulnerable population.

As the elderly and the disabled populations increase, the importance of the universal design is more highlighted to form equal and secured environment. Particularly, as the desire for the cultural experience has grown, investment and construction of the cultural space are actively carried forward at the state level, but there are a lot of restrictive elements for the disadvantaged to have the cultural experience in the public facilities. To analyze these elements, investigation into the present conditions and analysis of use evaluation were conducted over the construction environment of museums, the public cultural space, in terms of the visually handicapped and non-handicapped people. Through the literature review, this study understood the concept and principle of the universal design, analyzed and reclassified the existing evaluation elements. As a result of evaluating museums in the country based on the analyzed evaluation elements, the information, environment and supplement points in service were investigated for the visually handicapped to tour museums and remedies were drawn. This study tries to consider these disadvantaged and to suggest evaluation elements and remedies for environment construction, so that everyone can do pleasant activities.

Following the extension of human life expectancy, the number of elderly traffic accidents that have been increasing at a rapid pace since 2018 has also emerged as a social problem. The traffic accident rate among those aged 65 and older is increasing, but traffic safety policies are insufficient. Based on the analysis of traffic accident status for senior citizens and traffic accident for the past five years from 2014, the reduction plan is to be presented in three main aspects. First, the system needs systematic management by strengthening the system of senior citizens' transport policy departments and driver's license for senior citizens in government agencies, such as the United States, Britain and Japan, from an institutional perspective, so that the walking time and crosswalk traffic environment for the vulnerable should be improved from an environmental perspective. In addition, in human terms, the ability to cope with real-time changes in traffic conditions should be enhanced by training transportation safety experts to secure the effectiveness of education for elderly drivers and by strengthening safety education for those with driver's license and expanding experienced traffic safety facilities to enhance the ability of senior citizens to cope with the changing traffic conditions in real time.

This study, after analyzing 2019 Cannes Lion winners, suggests five creative trends. It was found that these global five creative trends are multi-sensory experience, integration between data and creativity, real humanism, brand activist, and consideration for socially disadvantaged. Not only visual impact or stimulus, but audio or scent could be utilized in an effort to stimulate consumers and promote brands. In 2019 Cannes Lions advertising campaigns which sought to find consumer insight through data and apply it to creativity received applause from Cannes Lions judges. In addition, advertising campaigns based on real humanism suggest that attitudes are best changed through positive experiences. Nike's 'Dream Crazy' campaign is a good example which shows a company's philosophy and brand purposes. Brands are becoming activists and are being encouraged to take real action, and for good reason. Lastly, projects such as Ikea's 'ThisAbles' and Microsoft's 'Xbox Adaptive Controller' are contrived for the socially disadvantaged.

The purpose of this study is to examine the socal policy of the Yoon Seok-Yeol government from the perspective of both policy and theory. Theoretically, the analysis reveals that the Yoon government attempts to build and implement a welfare system model that was distinctly different from the previous Moon government. The newly elected government adopted a welfare model known as 'welfare for the vulnerable.' This model inherits the welfare ideology of the conservative parties in Korea, which is the self-reliance welfare. The Yoon government continues to expand welfare and family support, which were promoted by the Moon government. However, in most other areas, the Yoon government pursues different policies than the previous government. In terms of policy, this study demonstrates that the social security policies of the Yoon government is insufficient to solve the welfare blind spot problem that is widespread in the Korean welfare system. Among the Yoon government's policies, there are only a few policies that can eliminate welfare blind spots, such as improving social assistance systems, introducing parental allowance, and promoting sickness allowances.

최근 학교폭력 및 묻지마 범죄가 꾸준히 증가추세에 있다. 2011년 12월 학교폭력에 의한 대구중학생 자살사건, 2010년 2월 김길태 사건과 6월 김수철 사건, 2016년 5월 강남역 노래방 살인사건과 6월 섬마을 여교사 사건 등 사회적 약자인 소년, 여성 대상범죄 및 묻지마 범죄가 사회문제로 대두되고 있다. 이에 따라 범죄예방 도구이자 전략으로써 CPTED가 하나의 대안으로 부각되고 있다. 국토교통부는 건축물, 건축설비 및 대지에 관한 범죄예방 기준인 '범죄예방 건축기준 고시'를 2015년부터 시행하고 있는데 적용대상 건물 등은 이 기준에 따라 설계하고 건축해야 한다. 현대 위험사회에서 강력범죄 및 경범죄의 사전예방을 위해서는 사회 안전시스템 구축이 요구되며 그 대안으로 환경설계를 통해 범행기회를 심리적, 물리적으로 차단하는 정책을 모색함으로써 환경범죄학 입장에서 범죄예방에 접근할 필요가 있다.
