Source and use of investment money in the content business has been subject to closer attention, This study attempts to identify the information asymmetry problem in the performing art are, focusing on the Korean musical play. Despite the various discussions in the venture capital practice in the performing art area, there has been few studies analyzing the investors' perspective. While juggling with the 'artistic value' and 'rate of return', the investors are concerned about the 'transparency' of the performing art practice. When coupled with the subjective judgment of 'artistic value', the information asymmetry between the investor and the performing art manager becomes more delicate. In the performing art business, 'SPC(Special Purpose Company)' is considered a possible solution to organize the deal structure in this field. This study analyzes the role of SPC regarding the information asymmetry problem.

1970년이래 외국어학습 및 교수법에 있어서 어휘에 관련된 문제들에 많은 관심과 그 중요성이 인식되고있다. 특히 Fleischer/Buz (1992)등에 의한 당해 영역의 연구물 뿐 아니라, 전문서적 및 어학 자료(교재)등에서도 이러한 중요성이 강조되어 왔음을 알 수 있다. Fleischer등은 조어규칙의 개념과 조어모델을 규정하는 근거들로 생산성 Produktivitat, 용인성 Akzeptabilitat, 조어참여성 Aktivitat등 중요한 매개요인으로 간주하고 있으며 $G\"{o}tze/ Hess-Luttich$ (1999)등의 학자들은 어휘체계에서 두 개 이상의 구성성분들이 결합하여 당해 시대의 시대정신이나 시대상에 부합되는 신조 어휘들을 생성하며, 또한 그 사회의 정보화와 기술화에 이바지하며, 이를 통해서 전문어의 생산력을 한층 높혀 주는 통로로 작용함을 주장한바 있다. 본고에서는 조어론의 이러한 기본원리나 개념들에 입각하여 독일어 수업에서 목표어의 습득에 관여적인 역할을 수행하는 조어모델, 즉 합성어와 파생어를 형용사와 명사의 층위에서 구체적으로 분석하고 기술했다. 예컨데, 합성어에 있어서 접두사와 접미사, 조어의 유형 가운데 축약어, 그리고 외래어 기저와 고유어 접미사 및 접두사, 고유어기저와 외래어접미사(접두사) 뿐만 아니라, 의미론적 관점에서 본 합성어의 형태, 합성 연결소의 형태와 기호의 사용, 명사적 파생어에서 고유어접미사(접두사), 축약조어와 축약어 단어형성, 형용사조어의 특성, 명시적파생 가운데 고유어(외래어) 접미사(접두사) 등이 어휘생성과 어휘신장의 관점에서 교수법의 적용가능성이 논의되었다. 결론부에서는 외국어를 습득하고자하는 학습자에게 일방적이고 획일적인 암기식 위주의 어휘학습방법에서 벗어나, 목표어가 요구하는 새로운 어휘를 획득하는데 비교적 용이하며 또한 체계적으로 습득 할 수 있도록 인지론에 기대어 텍스트, 문장, 어휘영역 등이 투입되어 적용되었으며, 이에 상응되게 구체적인 몇몇 방안들이 제시되었다. 학습자들이 텍스트를 읽고 중심내용을 찾아내며, 단락을 구획하고 또한 체계를 파악하는데 있어서 어휘연습은 외국어 교수법 측면에서도 매우 관여적이며 시의적절한 과제라 생각된다.

Southern Louisiana has one of the largest Vitnamese refrgee neighborhoods after the mid-1970s. It is impressive that one of their adaptive strategies comes from their religious lives which are centered on either Catholicism or Buddhism. The Buddhism community, especially, exhibits an exotic symbolic system of value and attitude, and thus contributes to cultural diversity in the adopted country. The landscape of the Buddhist temple is a visible symbol to them that the host socirty accepts their maintenance of their own cultural identity and that they are also an integral part of American society. Their making-place and being-in-place procedures, although their culture is being transformed in the original shape, put an emphasis on interaction with the host xociety. These procedures have been facilitated by consolidating their identity as a minority group as well as by interacting with the host society. The on-going influx of foreign immigrant groups seems not to drive them to assimilate into the melting-pot society, but to contribute to contribute to the increase in the cultural diversity of the United States.

This paper discusses English Hedges or Hedging Expressions on the basis of their morphosyntactic-pragramatic properties within the perspective of sociolinguistics. The term, 'Hedges' for the past decades since Lakoff(1973), has received little attention from the English grammar circles such as morphosyntax and the generative grammar theories. This paper presents a more comprehensive approach to the identification, distributions, functions, and the morphosyntactic properties of English Hedges. The earlier research on English Hedges in the 70's show that hedges are metalinguistic or mitadiscourse expressions which constitute a means for executing Politeness strategy in pragmatics. Nonetheless, research from the interface of syntactic-pragmatics has been scarce. This article suggests a more complex body of English hedges that have not been extensively discussed in the literature. Additionally, their configurational domain is to be proposed as part of the PolP with [±hedged] above CP⁺ (or CP beyond). The ramifications of the current study are suggested in terms of comparative linguistics, EFL/ESL studies of English for global communication, and pragmatics-sensitive machine translation studies in the forseeable future.

This essay aims to examine Korean motion picture policy on the government censorship system from Jacques Derrida's thought associated with sense of ethics. Korean motion picture policy has focused on protection of domestic films to achieve a national goal from military dictatorship regime, so-called people unification or social stability. It also aimed to spread propaganda for despotic government. Thus, the government keeps tight control over all motion picture policy. It restricts not only freedom of choosing movies but also creativity from artist. Derrida used to talk about the justice and violence law. Derrida's thought is connected with the ethical consideration. This research concerned about the violence within film censorship policy of Korean government and explore possibilities of ethical censorship policy from Derrida's perspectives.

As global competition has become more intense in recent years, collaborative cooperation and shared growth between large and small enterprises for enhancing competitiveness of enterprises have become an important social concern. In the long run, collaborative cooperation between large and small enterprises is becoming more important not only in terms of enhancing corporate competitiveness but also in terms of CSR and CSV. In fact, many large companies are strengthening collaborative cooperation. This study compares and analyzes collaborative cooperation cases of major Chaebol companies including Samsung Electronics, and derive implications for collaborative cooperation plan of large companies.

The Carte do Cassini is the first accurate topographic map of an entire country and it influenced enormously in the development of cartography in other countries. The purpose of this paper is to examine the production process and characteristics of the Carte do Cassini, and to and the place of 'Carte de Cassini' in the development of cartography. For this, firstly, the background of French national topographic mapping is examined and scientific work of the Cassini family is resumed. Second, the map production process is considered; location and attribute data collection, copperplate printing, social and economic difficulties. Third, map characteristics such as map projection, sheet numbering system, positional accuracy, legend, typographies, and depiction of cartographic signs are explored. Finally, the influence of the Carte de Cassini on cartographic development and its historical meaning is discussed.

동서양을 막론하고 최근들어 수의침술의 관심이 높아지고 있다. 지금까지의 입장을 고수하려는 서양의 학자(school medicine)들 중에서 종양의학에 관심을 갖는 것 뿐만아니라, 환축을 갖고 있는 사람들로부터 부작용이 심한 약물치료로 부터 벗어나 좀더 자연적인 방법으로 환축을 최소의 부작용을 유발할 수 있는 치료법을 찾으려는 노력의 댓가인 것이다. 본 내용에서는 침술의 근본이론인 동양철학의 의미를 다시 한번 상기시키고 1991-1994년 사이에 Berlin소재 본인 근무하던 대학병원과 개인병원에서 직접 치료했던 말과 소동물(애완견)을 증례별로 정리하였다. 도표(Table 1-5)에서 알 수 있듯이 아직도 그 작용기전이 밝혀지지는 않았지만 실제임상에서 침술이 차지하는 비중이 점점 증가하고 있다. 약물의 투입만을 고수하려는 우리의 수의임상과는 대조적으로 이러한 상황으로부터 탈피하려는 서양의 움직임이 오히려 최근에 들어서는 수의침술을 배우기 위하여 유럽이나 구미지역으로 유학을 떠나야 하는 실정으로 전도되어 버렸다. 본 내용에서는 자세하게 다루지는 못하였지마는 모든 환자들을 음양오행으로 분석을 하여 질환의 원인을 구명하고 진단, 치료하였다. 그렇기 때문에 임상학적으로나 전통적인 서양의학적으로는 같은 질병이라도 동양의학적으로는 환축의 성격이나 감정표현방식의 차이에 따라서 전혀 다른 진단과 치료방법을 선택하여야 하는 경우가 종종 나타난다. 이러한 동양의학의 질서를 이해할 수 없는 서양의학자들에게 침술을 단지 하나의 효과만으로 파고드는 것은 어려운 일이 아닐 수 없다. 이러한 상황을 보다 효과적으로 극복할 수 있는 길은 우리 스스로 동양철학을 보다 더 많이 이해하고 침술이론의 허실을 분석하여 체계적이며 이론적인 수의침술발전의 기여하여야 할 것이다. 그리고 수의침술의 생리적인 기전을 현대의학적인 관점에서 해석하고 증명하는 노력이 좀더 많이 기울어져야 할 것이다.

This paper deals with 'men facing limits of lives' from a perspective of struggle for social recognition. Men facing limits of lives in this paper indicates activists who have dedicated to labor movements since 1970s, and struggle for social recognition means to fight to acquire recognition in terms of love, rights and values, from members of societies. This paper analyzes the process of their failure and frustration in pursuing passion for recognition. They formed democratic labor unions, as an effort for recognition, and this led to foundation of progressive parties. Nonetheless, they are standing on a crossroad between lethargic and depression, while they are pursuing reformation and revolution. Why is their passion cooled down and depression aggravated? This paper argues various rifts both in internal and external realms of labor activists as critical factor of the failure, and suggests communication to heal the rifts as an alternative.

This study examined how news has covered games since the decision to include gaming disorder in ICD-11. Data were 694 news article on games in five major newspapers. The results indicated the following: While the proportion of reports on game industry was high, those reports were mainly straight news announcing industry status and corporate management status. Reports on game policy focused on regulations, particularly game addiction or disorder. Reports on game uses and effects showed very low rates, but they have followed the existing practices of reporting games as the cause of extreme crimes and deviant behaviors.
