Welfare countries are making various attempts to actively use science and technology for social welfare, in this context, welfare technology can be used to improve the quality of life for not only the elderly and the disabled. The purpose of this study is to examine how social workers perceive welfare technology, how welfare technology can be applied to the social welfare field, and what future prospects are. In January, 2018, a focus group interview was conducted on 13 social workers of social welfare centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi provincial. Data were collected and thematic analysis was conducted. As a result of this study, four categories and twelve sub-categories and 24 concepts were derived, namely, 'concept of welfare technology', 'necessity of welfare technology', 'utilization of welfare technology' and 'future prospect of welfare technology'. Based on the results of this study, I discussed and suggested for the development and activation of welfare technology in social welfare field.

This study aims to make continuedly the community culture and art development to promote the use of a cultural facility through the art program of an art museum. This increases the satisfaction of the citizens' life by it and excavates the faithful users' culture and art. It contributes the culture and art development of Pusan in the future. We analyzed the data of the social index related Pusan's culture and leisure to investigate the basic concept of art museum education based on previous research. We reviewed the degree of use of facility for culture and art based on it. We present a community culture and art development plan through connection program displayed art museum. We expect the basis to increase the community culture level in Pusan.

This study organizes how managerial women in the public sector in Korea challenge feminism, policy, leadership, and managerial women's the public administration in Korea by themselves. Although Confucian values are still evident in the Korean organizational culture, this article challenges the notion of public sector organizations being strongly to the capacity of managerial women in the public sector in Korea. A lot of studies contribute to the research literature by clarifying the perceptions of managerial roles and behaviors of managers, and by describing the feminism, policy, women's leadership capacity in the public organizations in Korea where very few studies have been conducted. This study also should provide a foundation for future empirical research of women's leadership capacity to further understanding of managerial women's development in the public sector in Korea

2009년 7월 23일-24일 양일간의 APEC MTF 컨퍼런스는 APEC 회원 경제가 아시아-태평양지역에서 광업부문의 지속가능한 발전의 주제를 토의할 기회를 제공했다. 본 컨퍼런스는 APEC의 광업부문의 지속가능한 발전이라는 프로젝트의 중요 부분이며 컨퍼런스의 활발한 참여는 프로젝트의 성공을 증진시켰다. 지속가능한 발전에 대한 안건이 수년간 APEC의 핵심부분이었으며, 특히 광업장관(MRM)회의에 상정되어 왔다. 2004년 6월 칠레 안토파가스타의 제1차 회의에서, 광업장관들은 APEC 지역에서 광업 및 금속산업의 지속가능한 발전은 부를 창출하고, 환경사업을 창출하며, 사회적으로 책임있는 발전을 도모하며 사회를 위한 향상된 가치를 만들어낸다는데 동의했다. 초기의 action item들 중에서 지속가능한 발전에 있어서 광물 및 금속의 기여를 규명하는 것도 있었다. 광업에 있어서 지속가능한 발전에 대한 안건의 토의는 2005년 10월 한국의 경주 제2차 APEC MRM 회의에서 속계되었다. 관련된 action task는 채광 후 토지운영 뿐만 아니라 에너지 효율기술, 광업 오염 통제 기술과 같은 환경친화적인 채광기술에 대한 정보교환 및 협조를 독려하는 것이었다. 2007년 호주 퍼스의 제3차 회의에서 APEC MRM 회의는 특히 지구화의 시대에 APEC 지역 광물자원의 지속가능한 발전에 대한 긴밀한 지역적 협조에 대한 필요성을 인지하고 있다. 장관들은 역시 광업부문에서 지속가능한 발전에 대한 APEC 위상을 정립하기 위한 작업을 주도하기로 했으며 APEC 경제의 공통관심사를 UNCSD에 반영키 위한 자료제공을 하기로 결정했다. APEC 광업분야의 지속 가능한 개발에 관한 APEC MTF회의는 호주, 캐나다, 칠레, 중국, 인도네시아, 일본, 말레이시아, 파푸아 뉴기니, 페루, 필리핀, 한국, 러시아, 싱가포르, 타이완, 태국, 미국, 베트남에서 자신들의 지속 가능한 개발을 위한 활동에 관한 발표나 의견을 제시하였다. 세계 은행이나 AIM에서도 발표를 하였다. 중요한 소주제들은 다음과 같다. $\cdot$ APEC MTF가 APEC 광업분야의 지속 가능한 발전을 추구하는데 있어 적절한 포럼이라는 것 $\cdot$ 기업들이 사회적 책임(CSR)을 성실히 이행할 필요가 있다는 것 $\cdot$ 수자원과 인적자원의 부족을 다룰 필요가 있다는 것 $\cdot$ 적절한 광산 복구가 필요하다는 것이다. 한국은 "광업분야의 지속가능한 발전을 위한 환경과 광업간의 균형"이라는 프로젝트 아이디어를 제안했다. 인도네시아와 말레이시아는 한국측 프로젝트 수행의 중요성을 강조했다. 러시아 연방은 "광업에 있어 투자 활성화"라는 프로젝트 아이디어를 제안했다. 이 관점에서 MTF는 APEC 투자전문가 그룹과의 협력을 지지했으며 이 포럼간 활동을 활성화시키기 위하여 APEC 사무국에 요청했다. 이 프로젝트는 세계 광업분야의 투자를 증진시키는 최적관행 분석에 따라 제안될 것이고 수행될 것이다. 말레이시아는 광업 및 광업 산업의 지속가능한 발전지시자를 위한 역량구축 프로젝트를 제안했다. 태국은 말레이시아의 제안을 지지했으며 공동프로젝트를 제안했다.

This study attempts to analyze the critical issues of globalization and present an alternative framework that places ICT in the function of development in comparative perspective. To adjudicate the controversies concerning the effect of developmental factors, it examines the determinants of global trend that leads to the comprehensive mechanism of ICT and cultural residues. The advent of the global community in cyber space requires a new balancing point by the mode of communication and culture among all societies and operation with decentralized authority. This interdependence, by providing diverse network structures and participating in cyberspace, includes the power shift from the dynamics of international relations with voluntary collaboration and brings some important implications for a global empathetic society.

This paper is to conceptualize 'new urbanization' on the basis of a certain possibility of 'sustainable urbanization' in the capitalist society, while admitting some criticism on its possibility. For this purpose, first of all, this paper points out some economic and environmental difficulties in the Fordist regime of accumulation and the developmentalist strategies which have promoted the modem urbanization in the industrial society. Then, this paper examines the concept of 'sustainable development' which has been suggested to manage such problems in modem industrial cities, and explores its limitation that the application of this concept has been usually confined to some ex post facto - that is, weak sustainable development - strategies to resolve urban environmental problems. Finally, in order to overcome these problems both of developmentalism and of weak sustainable development, this paper conceptualize strong sustainable development for new urbanization and suggest urban environmental strategies for strong sustainable cities.

우리나라는 그동안 세계가 놀랄만큼 빠른 경제발전을 이룩하였는데 그렇게 된데에는 무엇보다도 교육을 통해서 싸고 질좋은 노동력을 확보할 수 있었기 때문이라고 보아진다. 그런데 다가오는 21C의 변화는 인류사회의 관심이 산업 사회적특징에서 정보 사회적특징으로 전환되고, 가치관과 지식관도 근대 사회적 기준에서 초근대 사회적 기준으로 바뀌면서 새로운 전환기를 맞이하는 디자인 교육에도 많은 영향을 주고 있다.(중략)

최근 사회적 소프트웨어(Social Software)의 급격한 발전은 미래의 지식근로자가 될 넷제너레이션의 학습 방법에 큰 영향을 줄 것임에 틀림없다. 이러한 변화에 맞추어 대학 교육에서도 오늘날의 학생들이 지식을 창출하고 공유하는 경험을 하게 하는 사회적 소프트웨어를 교육에 활용하는 교수법이 확산 ㄷ히고 있다. 구체적으로 블로그(Blog)와 위키(Wiki)와 같은 사회적 소프트웨어를 사용하는 교육 방법에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 위키(Wiki), 블로그(Blog)와 같은 사회적 소프트웨어를 사용하여 실시하는 협업 학습(Collaborative Learning)의 이론적 배경과 운영 경험을 소개한다.

편집자 주 : 오늘날과 같이 고도로 전문화 되어가는 사회에 있어서 모든 생활정보의 유통질서를 확립하고 원활히 활용하여야 할 필요성은 그 변화의 속도가 빠르고 내용이 전문화 될수록 더욱 시급하고 절실한 것이다. 현대 사회에는 인체조직내의 세포조직과 같이 사회발전에 필요한 모든 정보가 유통될 수 있는 정보망이 형성되고 그 조직의 중심적인 역할을 해야 할 기관이 도서관이다. 그러나 우리의 현실은 이에 도달하기 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본회에서는 제8회 도서관주간에 즈음하여 새로운 진로를 마련하기 위해 좌담회를 마련하고 여기에 게재합니다.
