Artificial intelligence(AI) and blockchain are developing as the core technology leading the Fourth Industrial Revolution. However, AI is still showing limitations in securing and verifying data and explaining the evidence for the results, and blockchain also has some drawbacks such as excessive energy consumption and lack of flexibility in data management. This study analyzed technological limitations of AI and blockchain and convergence trends to overcome them, and finally suggested ways to improve Korea's related policies. Specifically, in terms of R&D reinforcement, we proposed 1) mid- and long-term AI /blockchain convergence research at the national level and 2) blockchain-based AI data platform development. In terms of creating an innovative ecosystem, we also suggested 3) development of AI/blockchain convergence applications by industry, and 4) Start-up support for developing AI/blockchain convergence business models. Lastly, in terms of improving the legal system, we insisted that 5) widening the application of regulatory sandboxes and 6) improving regulations related to privacy protection is necessary.

With the analysis result about previous curative effect researchs, It has been reported that game play therapy is effective for enhancing social intelligence of handicappted children who have ADHD, tic disorder, communication disorder, or autism. This study was designed to develop a digilog game play therapy contents that was combined analog and digital. We infer that this contents is effective game play therapy not only for ordinary people but also for dementia old man, or intellectual disorder man. Also We are going to develop a new digilog play game system for preventing children's smartphone addiction.

This article aims to analyze <Into the Mirror> and its remake version <Mirros>. Both feature the discrepancy between one and reflected image on mirror, which was a trend in the early 21th century. Although their backdrops and plots are similar, there are significant differences in motivation and others. Following the tradition of grievance redressing tale, it combines social criticism with the concept of encouraging good and punishing evil. Foregrounding the evil force of ghost through mirrors, <Mirrors> follows the Western tradition of horror movies. This remake exemplifies a way of reinterpreting and recreating an East-based narrative from a Western viewpoint where Christianity predominates.

This research analyzed that what factors affect to the change of social positioning of 'multi-cultural family(MCF)' centered on 'multi-cultural family in Jecheon City using Social Construction. The purpose of this research analyze the social positioning of MCF in Jecheon City, policy design depending on that social positioning and the effect of social perception. Therefore, this research carried out qualitative analysis method that analyzed news articles, legislations and interviews from 1990 to 2013 based on social construction theory. For the purpose, first, the time scope could be divided into four periods such as 'the quickening period in 1990s', 'quantitative growth period from 2000 to 2005', 'qualitative growth period from 2006 to 2011', 'the period of antagonism after 2012' of MCF.

The progress of digital revolution leads to technology and industry infusion which make new products and new commodity markets in the existing industries. Under the circumstance of new innovation patterns in industries and globalization of the world, innovation firms adapt different evolution processes for different business situations. Technological innovation enhances the competitiveness of fins in the business world. This paper shows the researches on technological innovation which make constant economy growth in the knowledge based economy. And this paper also suggests the policy on technological innovation for the future growth of society. Main focus of this paper are as follows. First, the theoretical survey on technological innovation is reviewed. Second, the program and the supporting system for technological innovation in the USA and Europe are investigated. Third, the situation and problems of Korea is analysed. Fourth, strategy and suggestions on the development of technological innovation in the 21st century knowledge based economy is suggested through the window of cluster and regional economy development.

In the training field where literature is used as a tool, some excerpts from its text are used, instead of its full text. Therefore, it is necessary to have empirical guidelines for which part of the text should be used as Memory-Hint, a part that reminds its reader of certain memory, and for how the text can be introduced effectively. For the study, Hesse's whole life and his literary characters were examined from a therapeutic perspective. First, while Hesse's life was reviewed and his characters were analyzed, Hesse was recognized for Self-therapeutic Life. He also lived a life of multimedia in which he practiced writing, painting, playing musical instruments, meditation, walking, etc. Second, Contents of Literature Therapy using Hesse's works were applied to the schizophrenic patients. Media used for the clinical study were mostly extracted from Hesse's works. They began to show interest in others and express their empathy on others, in addition to expressing their sentimental empathy on Hesse's texts. How effectively Hesse utilized multimedia during his lifetime will be good literary resources in helping improving modern-day people's mental health and curing their pathological problems.

As the sound art field is keep growing and expanding, we shall contemplate from the sociology of the arts and cognitive science point of views to wisely accept and properly appreciate various artistic works and practices. It is because the value evaluation of new arts shall substantially involve analysis and inspections with considerations of today's complex environments, the creative productions, and the consumptions; because, such critiques are necessity for the advancement of new arts. This paper briefly introduces reasoning of including sociological analysis and criticism in evaluating sound arts beyond dichotomy of the fine arts and music fields. It also looks into changes and conditions of cultural arts grants and allowances of the interdisciplinary art genre in South Korea as it has been almost alone a playground for its domestic creative practices of the sound art. This paper is written in a hope to suggest some possible directions for future developments of these contemporary borderless and/or experimental arts.

The advent of the pandemic era due to COVID-19 is causing new changes in all areas of individuals, organizations, society and the country. The art market also faced a crisis due to restrictions on individual movement between regions and countries and social distancing, and even the contents of the work, the way the work is traded, and the propensity and characteristics of the buyer are changing. These demands for change in the art market are accelerating new opportunities for change by converting digital, expanding the online art market, expanding virtual space using VR(Virtual Reality) and AR(Augmented Reality) technology, and expanding the trading area of digital works NFT based on blockchain technology. In this study, the flow of change in the art market brought about by the Pandemic era is analyzed from the perspective of digital transformation. The contents of digital acceptance of the art market are identified through a summary of various types of digital transformation in the art market and a survey of perceptions following the introduction of digital transformation and NFT. Discuss major legal, economic, social, and transactional issues and countermeasures following the introduction of NFT based on blockchain technology in the art market.

This study analyzed the contents of articles on GMO in Chosun Ilbo and Hankyoreh from 1994 through 2015 to check the trend of reporting on GMO as a science and technology risk issue. As a result, 'risk' and 'anxiety/concern' were continuously treated as important subjects, and there was a lack of depth and journalist's professionalism in all three periods: 'Introduction of GMO technology (1994-2000)', 'Development of GMO technology (2001-2010)' and 'Social acceptance of GMO (2011-2015).' In a comparison between the media with different ideological goals, the Chosun Ilbo had a stronger new-technological inclination to GMO than the Hankyoreh in reporting topics and tones of arguments. As a result of checking the relation of the tones in reporting with the 'risk-benefit' of GMO, reports in negative tones underlined 'risk' while those in positive tones, 'benefit.' This study could suggest improvements of subject bias and unprofessionalism in the domestic science journalism, the barometer of public awareness of disputes over science and technology risk.
