The purpose of this study is to investigate the antecedent variables of customer citizenship behavior selected by a social exchange point of view on the Boryeong Mud Festival. Of all the questionnaires collected, 239 were included in the analysis which was performed using SPSS. Date analysis method used to frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and canonical correlation analysis. As the results of the canonical correlation analysis between the customer citizenship behavior and the social exchange point of view, there was a significant relationship between the attributes of customer citizenship behavior - loyalty, cooperation, Participation and social exchange point of view - customer satisfaction, customer confidence, perceived support of customers, justice perception. Therefore, marketing practitioner should recognize the importance of customer's perception in the service circumstance and make a managerial effort to offer the best service to customer. The result of this paper may help local festival planner and marketers for festival marketing strategy.

In The Structure of Empire, Karatani Kojin discovers cosmopolitanism as an element of exchange mode D, and according to this, argues that the World Republic needs to sublate(aufheben) sovereign state and this sublation is to recover Empire at higher dimension from a different way of viewpoint. On the strength of this theoretical advance, Karatani Kojin's exchange mode D can embrace reciprocity of freedom, reciprocity of donation and cosmopolitanism as it's elements. But on the way to the World Republic which Karatani Kojin suggests, there still exists a theoretical missing link. This paper argues the missing link is no more than democracy.

인터넷의 급속한 확산으로 인해 인터넷을 통한 정보교환은 일상생활에서부터 군사 영역에 이르는 특수분야까지 광범위하게 사용되고 있다. 인터넷과 네트워크를 통한 정보의 교환이 일반화 됨과 동시에 정보보호와 정보보안이 큰 사회적 이슈로 대두되고 있다. 본 논문은 기업의 정보소통의 근간인 경영정보시스템(MIS)의 관점에서 정보보안을 바라본다. 인간과 기계를 통틀어 경영정보 시스템의 일부로 생각하며 정보유출의 관점뿐만 아니라 외부 공격으로 인해 전산자원이 낭비되거나 비정상적으로 작동되고 있는지를 파악하기 위한 시스템을 구축하는 방법에 대해 연구하고자 한다. 이에 패킷 스캐닝 방식의 방화벽과 어플리케이션 스캐닝 방식의 방화벽을 상호 비교하여 각각의 작동원리와 장단점을 파악하여 각 기업 고유의 환경에 적용하기 위해 어떤점들을 취사 선택할 것인지 연구한다.

While the importance of adopting cloud computing service has been emerged, comparatively little research has been conducted on examining factors of an individual user's intention to switch toward cloud computing service. Hereafter, this study presents and empirically tests users' intention to switch to cloud computing. Our model posits that the characteristics of cloud computing such as effectiveness, economics, accessability, switching cost, security concern, and satisfaction toward existing IT service to cloud service affect perceived value, which in turn, influences intention to switch. An experimental study using student subjects provided empirical validation for our proposed model. Survey data from 204 respondents was used to test the model using partial least square analysis. As the result of the analysis, five hypotheses out of seven hypotheses were supported. According to our results, among the characteristics of cloud computing, effectiveness, economics, switching cost, and security concern were found to have significant impact on users' intention to switch that mediated by perceived value. Based on our research findings, we hope that this research will stimulate researchers' interest in the emerging area of cloud computing adoption.

The purpose of this study was to explore the various perspectives to read micro-history of Korean housing after the period of Opening the Port for foreigners. This study were designed to adapt original theory for exploring the unique housing perspectives without using strict basic assumption which were already developed in the area of sociology, history, anthropology and philosophy. Research method applied was literature review. Each perspective might give useful insight to read the micro-history of Korean housing on the way of change after the Period of Opening the Port in Korea. Adapted perspectives to housing history were critical theory perspective, microsociological perspective, everyday life perspective(phenomenology tradition, symbolic interaction tradition, Marxist tradition), discourse perspective, exchange theory perspective, conflict theory perspective, and life course perspective. Conclusively, each perspective must be adapted multi-supportively to read the housing phenomena, because housing change derived from complex causes and factors. The fruit of this study was to ensure the adaptable viewpoint to housing were useful to read the micro-history of housing change.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the perceptions of local residents towards the impact of Geumsan ginseng festival. This study was trying to examine the perception differences between groups of resident by tourism relatedness. Self-administered questionnaire survey was administered for the Geumsan residents. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis, and t-test was administered for the perception differences. Using social exchange theory, it was revealed that tourism relatedness was relatively useful to test the perceptions differences of residents towards festival impacts. Tourism related residents perceived positive impacts more strongly and negative impacts Jess strongly compare to non related residents. The result suggested that residents' perception of festival impacts was dependent on the level of tourism relatedness and implications are drawn for community tourism policy and management.

Examination of the various impact factors on adoption sustainable IT can influence on the potential for creating sustainable businesses in today's society. However, the societal factor out of environmental factors, which stimulates customer intention to use sustainable IT, has seldom been investigated. In this paper, we examine the adoption of sustainable web technology from the pro-social behavior perspective. The concept of sustainable IT is theoretically examined based on social exchange theory. An empirical investigation is conducted into customer intention to use new sustainable IT. The results indicate that customers care about the social responsibility and usefulness of the sustainable IT-based services they choose. In this study, the social features of web technology and their influences on adoption are verified empirically for the first time. In addition, pro-sociality is identified as necessary to a perception of the socially responsible features of information technology. Furthermore, pro-social adoption behavior in the beginning stages of sustainable IT use is elucidated.

Construction projects have experienced many failures due to incomplete production environments. Thus, the purpose of this study is to use ICT resources leased during the construction period at the construction site and to introduce the Mobile Cloud Computing Service, which utilizes Cloud Computing Service and mobile devices such as smart phones, tablet PCs, and notebooks instead of physically wired communication networks. The characteristics of Mobile Cloud, such as rapid accuracy, shared collaboration, and ubiquity, will affect the social network among various construction site participants. we conducted empirical research on the introduction of Mobile Cloud to promote information exchange and convergence among the participants and mutual trust, ultimately improving the project performance.

Individual recognizes knowledge sharing as a transaction action. This transaction occurring in knowledge sharing is considered as a special and complicated transaction derived from employee's relationship rather than a economic transaction. In addition, It is important that knowledge sharing among individuals is established through a closed interrelationship with situation. In this point of view, knowledge sharing can be explained by a social exchange relationship. Therefore, there are two study's purpose as follows. First, The study draws factors affecting to knowledge sharing in the view of social exchange theory. The study reviews factors that are presented at previous social exchange theories and affecting to knowledge sharing focused on organization contingency traits, relationship traits, and individuals traits among individuals in an organization. Second, even though trust and organization involvement is resulted in above affecting factors, most previous studies are mainly examined as the same level to other factors affecting to knowledge sharing. Thus, this paper focused that the above factors affect to trust and organization involvement that affect to knowledge sharing intention. That is, this study presents that when affecting factors mediate trust and involvement, there is a knowledge sharing intention for creating organization knowledge. For the study, 160 government employees are administered for the survey so that the research model and hypothesis are developed. Empirical study shows that in public organizations knowledge sharing affects to relationship traits factors and individuals traits affects trust and organization involvement. Also, it is examined that trust and organization involvement affecting to knowledge sharing intention in such a sequence.
