소통과팔회혈적고찰(素通過八會穴的考察), 득도료여하적결론(得到了如下的結論). 기일시(其一是), ${\lceil}$령추(靈樞) 사해(四海)${\rfloor}$ 편적사해(篇的四海), 유관여(有關與) ${\lceil}$난경(難經)${\rfloor}$적팔회(的八會), 사해가분위팔회(四海可分爲八會), 양자적관계가이인위여하(兩者的關係可以認爲如下). 수곡지해부회(水穀之海府會) 장회(藏會), 혈해(血海)-혈회(血會) 맥회(脈會), 수해(髓海)-수회(髓會) 골회(骨會) 근회(筋會), 기해(氣海)-기회(氣會). 기이시(其二是), 기해여기회(氣海與氣會), 내경여난경동작단중, 이차기병증역유공통점(而且其病症亦有共通點). 기삼시(其三是), 혈회여맥회시혈해분출적(血會與脈會是血海分出的). 격유혈취시혈회, 기혈속우배유혈(其穴屬于背兪穴), 여심간비폐유관(與心肝脾肺有關). 태연혈취시맥회(太淵穴就是脈會), 기부위시촌구맥(其部位是寸口脈), 소이유관여혈(所以有關與血), 기사시(其四是), 부회중완혈시위적모혈(府會中脘穴是胃的募穴), 장회장문혈시비적모혈(藏會章門穴是脾的募穴), 소이근수곡지해적위유관. 기오시(其五是), 관찰수해적병증(觀察髓海的病症), 가이추론수해분수회골회근회(可以推論髓海分髓會骨會筋會). 관어수회적혈(關於髓會的穴), 의서불일치(醫書不一致), 단옥침혈시여뇌부위상근(但玉枕穴是與腦部位相近), 기주치증야유사(其主治證也有似), 소이이옥침혈인위수회(所以以玉枕穴認爲髓會). 관어골회혈역유양개주장(關於骨會穴亦有兩個主張), 수요갱다적연구(需要更多的硏究).

According to the traditional precedent, if a beneficiary who completed a provisional registration as a result of reservation of trade which is a fraudulent act, then assigned the right acquired by the provisional registration to the third party who has no information of the process, and let the third party complete an additional registration transfer the provisional registration, and if the third party completed the main registration on the foundation of the provisional registration, the beneficiary cannot be the other party of the litigation requesting for the cancellation of registration of the provisional registration. As the result, an apprehension that the duty to recovery of the beneficiary could easily be acquitted of a charge has existed. But, it is considered as desirable that the judicial decision judged that the court recognized the qualification of the defendant as appropriate at this case, with a different view from the precedent, and then the defendant can file the litigation against the beneficiary, requesting for cancellation of the reservation of trade which is a fraudulent act.

Hae Ron(海論) was recorded to Tae So(太素)‘s volume 5 Sa-hae-hap(四海合), Gap Eul(甲乙)’s volume 1 chapter 8 Sahae(四海) and You Gyeong(類經)‘s volume 9 Gyung-lak-ryu-sam-sib-yi(經絡類三十二) Yin-ji-sa-hae(人之四海). Human body has the Sahae(四海; Gi hae, Heul hae, Sugok hae, Su hae) as like as Earth has Sahae(四海; East sea, West sea, South sea, North sea). Person's Sahae corresponds with Earth's Sahae. This chapter is explaining about Acupoint's position that Sahae's Gi-hyeol 氣血) comes in and go out, symptoms of disease, that can appear When Sahae lost homeostasis and the treatment principle, Yeong-wi-gi-hyeo(營衛氣血) enables complex vital phenomenon of human body. This Yeong-wi-gi-hyeo(營衛氣血) can not move if there is no systematic O-jang yuk-bu(五臟六腑), Sip-yi-gyeong-maek (十二經脈)) and Gi-gyeong-pal-maek (奇經八脈). For these system batch, it is Sahae do most important part. Sahae is synthetic and systematic concept. This chapter is explaining the position and function. Together, This chapter is presenting symptoms and treatment principle that can appear when Sahae overbalanced. This is offering important clue in Korean medicine physiology and pathology phenomeno study. Therefore, I gathers and compares and analyzed commentese of several doctors to grasp difinitely this chapter's contents, and also investigated and translated.

소금을 만드는 염전 결정지의 염도는 사해의 염분 농도와 비슷한데 이 염전에서 다양한 미생물이 발견되었다. 서해안에 위치한 한 염전의 결정지에서 박테리아는 1cc당 최고 2억 7천마리가 관찰되어 염전은 해양 미생물을 확보할 수 있는 좋은 환경임이 입증되었다.

A Newton-Raphson Method for table driven algorithm is presented in this paper. We concentrate the approximation of square root by using Newton-Raphson method. We confirm that this method has advantages of accurate and fast processing with optimized initial point. Hence the selection of the fitted initial points used in approximation of Newton-Raphson algorithm is important issue. This paper proposes that log scale based on geometric wean is most profitable initial point. It shows that the proposed method givemore accurate results with faster processing speed.

Objectives : To study the shu points selection of the Four Seas in the 「Hailun」 chapter of 『Lingshu』. Methods : The effects and main indications of each shu point, their anatomical position, characteristics along with similarities of disease patterns according to excessiveness and deficiency of the Four Seas were examined. Results : The selection of shu points of the Four Seas were deeply related to the effects and main indications, and the common similarity among conditions due to excessiveness and deficiency was the presence of psychological aspects. Also, when the Four Seas are connected to the Jing-Qi-Shen and Blood, marrow sea[髓海] is connected to Jing & Shen, qi sea[氣海] is connected to Qi, blood sea[血海] is connected to Blood, and sea of water and grain[水穀之海] replenishes Jing-Qi-Shen and Blood. When connected to the Four Qi Intersections, the marrow sea is connected to 'head qi with intersection', qi sea is connected to 'chest qi with intersection', sea of water and grain or blood sea is connected to 'stomach qi with intersection', otherwise sea of water and grain is connected to 'shin qi with intersection'. Conclusions : The Four Seas are designated to the shu points due to their accumulation of Qi when the main elements of Jing-Qi-Shen and Blood are deficient or excessive, allowing for the most convenient management and manipulation of the condition of these main elements. In clinical practice, the shu points of the Four Seas will likely increase treatment efficacy for conditions that include psychological aspects.

본 연구의 목적은 소비자인 각 가구의 주거 서어비스에 대한 다양한 수요가 나타난 주거 이동 주기를 규명하므로 수요자의 다양성에 의한 주택공급 정책의 접근시 기본 자료로 활용될 수 있도록 체계적 근거를 마련하고자 하는데 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 연구의 틀을 형성하여 국토개발 연구원의 자료를 이용하여 실증 분석 하였다. 본 연구의 자료는 서울의 1620가구를 대상으로 하였고 SPSS와 LIMDEP을 이용하여 기초분석외의 판별분석, 로짓분석등을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 사회계층과 가족 생활 주기에 따라 주거 이동 동기와 주거 이동 형태가 달랐다. 하류계층은 강요된 이동동기가 많았고 수평 또는 하향 이동의 형태로 이동하였다. 중류 계층은 조정적 이동동기가 많았고 다른 계층에 비해 상향 이동이 많았다. 상류계층은 다양한 이동 형태를 가지고 있으며 특히 주거 시설 수준 면에서 상향이동을 하였다. 주거이동주기 유형을 파악하기 위하여 모델이 개발되었고, 모델에 의해 사회계층에 따라 상이한 유형이 나타났으므로 수요자의 다양성에 의한 주택 공급 정책이 필요함을 제시사해준다.
