Performance requirements of a system are usually closely related to the quality of service provided by the system. The call success rate of a mobile communication system is, for example, directly linked with the quality of call service. Therefore, meeting the performance requirements is one of the critical issues during the operation of services as well as in system development. In this paper, we present a testing method for evaluating the call success rate of a mobile communication system by using interval estimation. Also we analyze the criterion used in the evaluation of the quality of 3G mobile communication services which was recently performed by Korea Communications Commission and then discuss the problems.

This paper presents on design factor considered in an altitude test cell facility to determine the best sizing to optimize exhaust diffuser pressure recovery and the exact cooling load required to be supplied under transient operation. Engine simulation was performed to analyse the exhaust gas temperature, exit mass flow rate, specific fuel consumption and exhaust velocity helpful in determining secondary mass air flow and the mixed air temperature entering the ejector. based on this, the amount of cooling load was deduced. It was found that improved pressure recovery reduces operational cost(air supply facility, cooling water).

A software engineering process has been developed for the design of safety critical software for Wolsong 2/3/4 project to satisfy the requirement of the regulatory body. Among the process, this paper described the detail process of validation testing peformed to ensure that the software with its hardware, developed by the design group, satisfies the requirements of the functional specification prepared by the independent functional group. To perform the test, test facility and test software ore developed and actual safety system computer was connected. Three kinds of test cases, i.e., functional test performance test and self-check test were programmed and run to verify each functional specifications. Test failures ore fedback to the design group to revise the software and test result were analyzed and documented in the report to submit to the regulatory body. The test methodology and procedure were very efficient and satisfactory to perform the systematic and automatic test. The test results were also acceptable and successful to verify the software acts as specified in the program functional specification. This methodology can be applied to the validation of other safety-critical software.

지난해 12월 농약관리법, 지난 10월의 동법 시행령 개정공포에 이어 시행규칙개정령이 12월 7일 공포됐다. 이 시행규칙에서는 영업 및 농약의 등록관련절차 등 동법 및 동법시행령에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 관하여 필요한 사항을 정하는 등 현행제도의 운영상 나타난 일부 미비점을 개선$\cdot$보완했다. 주요 내용을 간추려 보면, $\blacktriangle$농약제조업 등의 등록신청, 제조업자 등의 지위승계신고, 영업시설 등의 변경신고와 등록증의 재교부 등 영업의 등록관련 절차를 정하고 $\blacktriangle$ 농약의 등록제를 도입함에 따라 농약의 품목 및 원제의 등록신청, 등록 신청 서류의 보완, 지위 승계신고와 변경등록 및 등록취소 등 농약의 등록관련 절차를 정했다. 또한 $\blacktriangle$ 시험성적서의 제출면제품목에 대하여 제출이 면제되는 시험성적서를 정하는 한편 $\blacktriangle$ 사람 및 가축 등에 위험하다고 인정되어 농촌진흥청장의 승인을 받아 수출해야 하는 농약의 품목 및 원제의 범위를 정하고 농촌진흥청장이 수출승인에 관해 필요한 사항을 고시하도록 했다. 이밖에 $\blacktriangle$ 가정원예용 농약을 판매하고자 하는 지에 대해서는 등록기준을 완화했다.

본 논문은 연합 작전을 위한 군 자동화 시스템에서의 기계번역에 대하여 설명한다. 연합작전은 단일한 임무의 수행을 위하여 공동 행동을 취하는 둘 이상의 연합국 부대에 의하여 실시되는 작전이며, 작전 구성원들이 사용하는 언어는 한국어와 영어 등 2개 국어 이상을 동시에 사용하고 있으므로, 상호간의 의사소통을 원활히 하기 위해서는 정확한 번역시스템이 필요하다. 현재 사용중인 군 자동화 시스템에서 기계번역의 개발과 시험 내용을 사용자의 요구사항, 시험 항목 및 현 기능을 중심으로 설명한다. 또한, 번역 결과의 평가에 대해 설명하고 향후의 기능 향상 요구사항 및 예정사항을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study is to determine how to apply ISO/IEC/IEEE 29119 software test procedures and ISO/IEC 25023 software test evaluation items to software-accredited testing laboratories based on the ISO/IEC 17025 international standard requirements. As a method, the overall requirements for their application to a test laboratory were analyzed by mapping ISO/IEC/IEEE 29119 and ISO/IEC 25023 based on ISO/IEC 17025. According to the mapping analysis, a total of 29 documents were created, including quality manuals, procedures, and test guidelines for the operation of the test laboratory. As a result of the study, a test laboratory management system was developed using Confluence 6.15 software by applying the analyzed results of the overall requirements. The test procedures, documents, and records were stored in, and operated from, this system. Verification of suitability for operation of the test laboratory was conducted by KOLAS evaluators through a document review and an on-site audit at the LG Electronics SW Accredited Test Laboratory in Seoul. In conclusion, it was confirmed through the KOLAS evaluation that the test laboratory management system and the operation of the test laboratory are appropriate and, compared with previous cases, the test laboratory operates effectively, and the overall schedule of accreditation could be shortened.

과학기술위성 3호는 2007년 6월에 사업착수를 시작하여, 동년 8월 시스템요구사항검토회의(SRR)를 통해 임무 요구사항을 도출하였고, 동년 12월에 시스템기본설계검토회의(SDR)과 2008년 9월 시스템예비설계검토회의(PDR)를 개최하여 시험인증모델(EQM, Engineering& Qualification Model) 제작을 시작하여, 납품을 완료하고 ETB(Engineering Test Bed)상에서 유닛의 기능 시험 및 접속시험, 그리고 환경시험을 수행을 완료하였다. 또한 열구조모델 (STM, Structure and Thermal Model)도 제작을 완료하고 발사환경시험과 열평형 환경시험을 완료하였다. 이와같이 시험인증모델 및 열구조모델에 대한 지상에서의 시험과 검증이 완료된 시험결과를 바탕으로 2009년 9월 상세설계를 완료하고 비행모델 제작에 착수할 예정이다. 이 논문에서는 과학기술위성 3호의 시험인증모델에 대한 시험의 목적, 종류 그리고 검증에 대한 결과 그리고 향후 계획에 대해 발표하고자 한다. 참고로 과학기술위성 3호는 주탑재체인 다목적적외선영상시스템(MIRIS)은 우리 은하계의 근적외선 관측, 우주 배경복사 관측 및 지구 지표면의 적외선 영상 획득을 임무로 하고 있고, 부탑재체인 초소형 영상 분광기(COMIS)는 한반도 지역의 다중 스펙트럼 영상을 획득함으로써 대기관측 및 환경감시의 임무를 가지고 있다.

Architecture base mechanism centers to construct software system. There is construction of successful software system how firmly define software. Reason that architecture base software is important is used and expresses early design decision item of system and is because reusability is possible by means of communication between comprehension person concerned. Analyzed special quality of pattern and importance of architecture and general requirement and portability and consider ISO/IEC 9126 and ISO/IEC 14598 and propose system and Metrik in this research. Also, do defect particulars and efficiency test that test according to examination formality of architecture base software and analyzed result.

국내의 초고속인터넷 기반 성숙과 디지털 정보가전 기술의 발전은 가정에서의 홈네트워킹 도입 필요성을 증가시키고 있다. 홈네트워킹 분야에서는 시장에서 보편적으로 사용되어지고 있고 기술발전이 유망한 다수의 유·무선 네트워킹 기술들이 혼재되어 복합적으로 사용될 것으로 예상되고 있다. 기존의 네트워킹 장비는 개별 인터페이스와 서비스 위주로 시험되었으나 홈네트워킹 분야의 장비는 복수의 인터페이스 기술간의 상호 운용성과 VOD, VoIP 등의 다매체, 다기능 서비스에 대한 시험이 함께 고려되어야 한다. 본 고에서는 홈네트워킹 시장에서 주도적으로 사용되는 대표적인 네트워킹 기술과 서비스 위주로 홈네트워킹 분야의 기술 요구사항과 시험 방안에 대해 고찰하였으며 아울러, TTA에서 제공중인 홈네트워킹 분야의 인증시험 기술을 소개하였다.

사이버 패러다임으로 의하여 지식기반사회에서 요구되는 신뢰성과 안전성을 실현하기 위하여 정보보호 기능 이용 이 대중화됨에 따라 이러한 기능을 구현한 제품의 제조와 활용이 보편화되고 있다. 이에 따라 정보보호 제품에 대하 여서도 이를 이용하는 사용자들은 일반적인 개방형 시스템의 적합성 시험과 유사한 수준의 시험을 통과한 제품을 구매하여 자신에게 적절한 안전한 시스템을 구축하여 운용하기를 원하게 된다. 이를 위하여 본 고에서는 정보보호제품 의 표준적합성 시험과 관련된 국내외 동향을 살펴보고 국내 환경에 적용가능한 정보보호 제품의 적합성시험 및 인증 체계의 수립시의 고려사항들을 제안하고자 한다.
