감정분석은 텍스트에서 나타난 저자 혹은 발화자의 태도, 의견 등과 같은 주관적인 정보를 추출하는 기술이며, 여론 분석, 시장 동향 분석 등 다양한 분야에 두루 사용된다. 감정분석 방법은 사전 기반 방법, 기계학습 기반 방법 등이 있다. 본 논문은 사전 기반 감정분석에 필요한 한국어 감정사전 자동 구축 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문은 영어 감정사전으로부터 한국어 감정사전을 자동으로 구축하는 방법이며, 크게 세 단계로 구성된다. 첫 번째는 한영 병렬 말뭉치를 이용한 한영 이중언어 사전을 구축하는 단계이고, 두 번째는 한영 이중언어 사전을 통한 한영 이중언어 그래프를 생성하는 단계이며, 세 번째는 영어 단어의 감정값을 한국어 BPE의 감정값으로 전파하는 단계이다. 본 논문에서는 제안된 방법의 유효성을 보이기 위해 사전 기반 한국어 감정분석 시스템을 구축하여 평가하였으며, 그 결과 제안된 방법이 합리적인 방법임을 확인할 수 있었으며 향후 연구를 통해 개선한다면 질 좋은 한국어 감정사전을 효과적인 방법으로 구축할 수 있을 것이다.

미래 발생 가능한 수문 및 기상현상의 예측과정은 지식의 부족과 자연현상의 다양성으로 인해 불확실성을 포함하게 된다. 하지만 많은 예측들은 아직까지 확정적으로 제공되고 있으며, 결과적으로 예측결과의 불확실성 정도를 제공하지 못하고 있다. 앙상블 유량예측(ESP, Ensemble Streamflow Prediction)은 이러한 불확실성을 고려하여 수자원시스템의 의사결정에 있어 중요한 요소 중 하나인 유량예측을 수행할 수 있는 방법이다. 하지만 ESP의 결과는 기상자료, 유역 초기조건, 수문모형의 매개변수, 단순화된 수문모형에 의해 비교적 큰 불확실성을 포함하게 되며, 따라서 실제적인 현업에서의 사용을 위해서는 불확실성 정도를 줄이기 위한 사전 및 사후처리 과정이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 국내에서 활용 가능한 기후 예보자료를 사용하여 앙상블 유량예측에 적용할 수 있는 사전처리 방안들을 검토하고, 국내에서 사후처리를 위해 적용되었던 최적선형 보정기법에 더해 다양한 기법들을 강우유출모형인 TANK모형의 모의결과 보정에 적용하였다. 사전 및 사후처리를 적용한 결과 기상자료와 유량예측과정에 존재하는 불확실성을 저감시키는 것이 가능하였다. 특히 사전 및 사후 처리가 동시에 적용되었을 경우 그 향상 정도가 단순히 각각의 방법에 의한 향상 정도를 합한 것보다 높게 나타날 수 있음이 확인되었다. 사전 및 사후처리를 동시에 적용한 경우 이수기에는 RPS(Ranked Probability Score) 평가방법 내에서 54%를, 홍수기에는 8%를 향상시키는 것이 가능하였다.

This study was a quasi-experimental study to test a research question: Is the school library-assisted instruction effective in enhancing students' academic achievement? To solve the research question, 14 hours of school library-assisted instruction and traditional lecture were carried out to 164 9th grade middle school female students(82 of experimental group, 82 of control group). SPSS 12.0 was used for statistical analysis of frequency analysis, $x^2$-test, and t-test. The results showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the pre-test and the post-test in the total academic achievement scores of both experiment group and comparison group. There was a statistically significant difference between the pre-test and the post-test in paper and pencil test scores for comparison group. There were statistically significant differences between the pre-test and the post-test both in paper and pencil test scores and performance assessment for two groups. But there were no statistically significant differences between the experiment group and the comparison group in post-test pre-test gap of total academic achievement, paper and pencil test, and performance assessment scores.

도시지역의 토지이용의 고도화로 도시재해가 증가하고 있으며 향후에도 증가될 가능성이 매우 높은 실정이다 따라서 본 연구에서는 건물들의 재해특성을 분석하고 위험도를 평가하여 재해가 일어나기 전에 발생 위험성을 사전에 분석하여 위험도를 평가하고 평가 결과를 이용해 재해정보지도를 제작하는 것을 목표로 하여 연구를 수행하였다. 그 결과 위험도항목을 자연조건, 토지이용 및 건축물, 인구, 교통, 위험물취급시설로 구분하여 자료를 구축하고, 항목별 위험도를 설정하여 등급화 하였으며, 침수위험도, 화재위험도, 대피위험도, 건물붕괴 위험도로 구분하여 재해지도를 제작함으로서 해당지역의 지구단위계획을 수립 시 재해요소를 적용할 수 있고, 재해발생시 사전대응 및 대피를 위한 정보를 효과적으로 제공할 수 있었다.

The purpose of this paper is to provide several considerations to be taken into account when institutionalizing the information security(Infosec) pre-assessment. Infosec pre-assessment is a necessary process to embed the security requirements into the information systems at the early stages in their development, resulting in more cost-effective infosec. In order to provide some institutional issues, domestic infosec assessment schemes and U.S. Infosec certification and accreditation schemes are reviewed. Also, the current status of infosec implementation in the public information systems projects is analyzed. Based on the analyses, the seven suggestions are proposed in developing and performing the infosec pre-assessment scheme.

연어는 둘 이상의 단어로 구성된 표현으로 연어에 속하는 개개의 단어의 의미로써 연어의 의미를 유추할 수 없다. 따라서 연어의 의미를 분석하거나 번역할 경우 개개의 단어보다는 연어 그 자체를 하나의 분석 단위로 간주하는 것이 훨씬 더 효과적이다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 통계기법을 활용하여 세종 말뭉치로 부터 용언연어의 추출 방법을 제시하고 그 성능을 평가한다. 연어 패턴과 통계 정보를 이용해서 연어를 추출한다. 평가를 위해서 연어 사전과 전문가의 주관적 평가를 동시에 수행했다.

The purpose of this research is to identify the major evaluation criteria of IT investment projects and establish the importance weights of criteria through AHP analysis. Seven evaluation criteria which have been drawn from prior studies and industry practices are direct costs, indirect costs, financial benefits, strategic value, risk, technical necessity, and political considerations. Data have been collected from 95 IT projects in 40 public organizations and private firms in Korea. After having applied the data reliability test, 79 projects have been selected. The results of AHP analysis show the importance weights and priorities of seven evaluation criteria as follows: financial benefits 25.2%, strategic value 22.36%, direct costs 14.34%, risk 12.10%, technical necessity 11.55%, political considerations 8.3%, and indirect costs 6.48%. And the weights of seven criteria shows considerable differences among three different IT project types such as transactional, informational, and infrastructural.

The purpose of this study was to develop a stuttering therapy device to aid in stutter therapy. The research method used for this study was as follows: First, the stuttering therapy device based on analysis of the prolonged speech method used at home and abroad was designed to achieve the goal of research. Second, the stuttering therapy device was to be developed to maintain a vocalization state, to use bio-feedback visualization, to have enough inspiration, to use Korean language in this device, and to use transfer and maintenance training in daily life. Third, the stuttering therapy device effectiveness was to be verified through use in clinical cases. The results of subjects receiving speech therapy and using the breathing control prolonged speech device and SI(stuttering Interview) evaluation programs for 3 months were as follows: For subject A, the stuttered word rate was reduced from 3.20 SW/M to 0.5 SW/M. For subject B, the stuttered word rate was reduced from 1.90 SW/M to 0.75 SW/M. For subject C, the stuttered word rate was reduced from 3.37 SW/M to 0.34 SW/M. For Subject D, the stuttered word rate was reduced from 0.51 SW/M to 0 SW/M. Follow-up evaluations verified the effectiveness of how the stuttering therapy device can reduce subjects' SW/M.

본 논문에서는 질의응답 시스템에서 질문의 주제와 개념적으로 일치하는 단락으로부터 정보를 추출할 경우에 보다 정확한 정답을 추출할 수 있다는 가정 하에 문장 주제를 활용한 의미적 단락 생성 및 검색 기법을 제안한다. 문장주제란 백과사전 문서 집합에서 공통으로 기술하는 내용이나 자주 언급하고 있는 사건 혹은 개념들의 집합을 의미하는 것으로, 주제별로 응집된 문장들로 재구성된 단락을 의미적 단락이라고 정의한다. 제안된 방법의 성능을 평가하기 위해 의미적 단락의 신뢰도를 파악하고, 백과사전 본문을 3문장 단위로 잘라서 고정길이 단락을 만든 후 의미적 단락의 검색결과와 비교하였다. 평가척도로는 TREC의 역순위평균(MRR : Mean Reciprocal Rank)과 상위 5개 단락 안에 정답유무를 측정하는 사용자 정답만족도를 사용하였다. ETRI 평가셋을 대상으로 한 실험 결과, 주제를 이용한 의미적 단락 검색 성능이 고정길이 단락 검색보다 우수함을 알 수 있었다.

IT Outsourcing has been take place for ages and its range has expanded. The cases are also often take place more but there are a few criteria for making decision of IT outsourcing project. Companies tend to take IT outsourcing as a trend or to follow competitor's IT outsourcing project. This study suggests the criteria for IT outsourcing project before going into the project. The criteria ate to describe what function of the companies need to take outsourcing. Research model is driven by Statistics and AHP method. Also, variables are presented for clear making decision. This model allows the companies find proper IT outsourcing type and conveniences.
