  • The peformance and quality of Web sites are often being estimated by the frequency that the users approach its site. This paper suggest how a link-editing method can automatically fix a poor organization by calculating each page's relative popularity, and how improve fix poor pages. Page's relative popularity depended on only cases where the objective Is to make it easier for a user to find the requested data; the faster the access, the better the organization of the Web sites according to tree depth.

  • This paper is aimed to exam factors in the perceived service quality of web portal site and to analyze their effects on customer satisfaction. And this paper analysis satisfaction effects on revisit intention. To accomplish this purpose, this study examined previous studies and summarized core factors of service quality. Form literature survey, we drawn core factors. They are convenience, technologies, valuable of contents and service, communication, positioning. These core factors will affect on customer trust, satisfaction and satisfaction will affect on revisit intention. This study examined previous studies and summarized core factor in perceived service quality of web portal site. Fourteenth hypothesis were developed. Data for empirical testing were collected through survey to portal sites user. The results of this study are as follows; First, we find that service, communication and positioning have positive influence on the trust. Second, convenience, valuable of contents and postioning factors have a positive influence on the satisfaction. Third, it is shown that satisfaction have a positive influence on the revisit intention.

  • This paper aimed to exam core factors of the service quality and analyze their effects on trust, satisfaction. And this paper analysis trust and satisfaction effects on revisti intention. To accomplish this purpose, this study examined previous studies and summarized core factors of service quality. Form previous studies, we drawed core factor.   • 웹은 디지털 정보화 시대에 정보를 제공하는 가장 보편적인 매체이며 이를 통한 정보 습득이 보편화 되어가고 있다. 대학기록관의 웹 기록은 대학이 소장하고 있는 기록물을 이용자가 웹을 통하여 보다 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 한다. 본 연구는 국내 대학기록관 웹 사이트의 현황을 보다 정확하게 파악하기 위하여 자동화 평가 도구 K-WHA 3.0을 사용한 접근성 평가와 WebQual 4.0을 이용한 사용성 및 정보품질평가를 수행함으로써 객관성과 주관성 각각의 측면을 모두 고려하여 평가결과를 도출하였다. 또한 웹 기록에 대한 관심을 높이고 활용방안을 모색하기 위해 잠재적 이용자들을 대상으로 선정하여 사용자 경험에 기반한 설문조사를 실시하여 각 대학 별 대학기록관의 웹 기록 구축 현황에 대해 평가였으며 이러한 사용성 평가에 대한 분석을 통해 향후 대학기록관 웹 기록 관리의 발전방향을 제안하고자 한다.

  • In this paper, we introduce a mathematical model to analyze pricing/quality and service mix strategies for Internet Portal site. This model includes utilities and costs of each participants, i.e., user, third party provider, and portal sites. Especially, we consider portal sites that initiate their businesses by providing free services like free e-mail service or search service and providing several charged services. As the results, we can find that Portal sites should make the target of customers and focus them to maximize their profit. Portal sites should pay their marketing effort not for all customers but pertinent portions of customers. And Portal sites should make more efforts to efficiently develop and provision their services.

  • Due to the development of Internet and networking technologies, it is much more easier to get in touch with public service through the web services such as tax, travel information, getting a job, etc. In order to measure the quality of official government web sites, we are to test the difference between the web quality of the government sites and the offline feature of the same official service by means of customer perspectives. The resulting of this study show that the quality of official web site has been improved so far though such areas as privacy, security needed to be updated. Especially the web interface or contact point of the digital media should be reflected customer's need so that the online materials may be quickly updated according to the request of client's.

  • This paper examines the major determinants affecting the user satisfaction on e-Trade portal sites in small and medium-sized exporters. The development of our research model is based on the empirical studies on the service quality of information system, web sites or Internet shopping mall, and on the factors influencing the user satisfaction. With the help of a regression analysis and factor analysis, five hypotheses are derived and tested. The results from regression analysis suggest that the user satisfaction of e-Trade portal sites is affected by information characteristics and ease of use of e-Trade portal sites. In addition, the user satisfaction of e-Trade portal sites is enhanced by support for international trade. Our findings will be useful, especially for those who are planning to build user-oriented e-Trade portal sites.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the impacts of e-service quality factors on customer satisfaction and behavior intention. Difference and moderating effect resulting from the type of web site users about an association with reaction of satisfaction and those component concepts are also one of the aims in the study. As the results, the study found that factors of web site service quality variables has a positive impact on customer satisfaction. And customer satisfaction also has a positive impact on relationship intention and word of mouth intention. According to those results, marketing managers should develop different service strategies.

  • 정보기술과 인터넷의 발전과 함께 학술적 정보 서비스도 서지 정보 위주에서 디지털화를 통해 단순 문자 서비스에서 여러 전자적 형태로 서비스되고 있다. 최근에는 학술정보 서비스의 다양화 및 정보 전달 제고와 이용자의 가독성을 높이기 위해 학술정보 시각화 서비스에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 또한 학술지 정보가 XML로 출판되면서 XML 데이터 가공을 통해 시각화 서비스가 한층 수월하게 되었다. 국내 XML 기반 학술지 원문을 서비스하는 KPubS 사이트에 대한 학술정보 시각화 기법을 적용한 사례 연구를 통해 학술정보 서비스의 다양성 및 품질 제고뿐만 아니라 향후 XML 데이터 기반 시각화 서비스 활성화 및 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 최근 VOD(Video On Demand) 사이트의 이용시간이 급격이 늘어나면서 온라인 멀티미디어 서비스의 요구가 늘어나고 있다. 하지만, 하드웨어 자원이 빈약한 가전 기기 (CE: Consumer Electronics)에서 이러한 서비스를 제공하기에는 잦은 버퍼링으로 인한 서비스 품질 저하, 애플리케이션 업데이트의 불편함 및 안정성 문제 등 많은 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 동적 버퍼 사이즈 결정 기법을 통하여 버퍼 언더런을 최소화 함으로써 동영상 시청 환경을 최적화 한다. 또한 Ajax 기술 기반의 Web OS 플랫폼을 적용하여 모듈 별 업데이트가 가능하고 시스템 안정성을 향상시키도록 플랫폼을 설계 및 구현하고 그 성능을 확인한다.
