This study aims to provide a basis for preparing specific welfare measures for healthy lives of those who have lost vitality due to COVID-19 by identifying the Korean people's level of fear of COVID-19 and vaccine acceptability, and by examining people's life satisfaction. . The research results are as follows. First, the fear of coronavirus perceived by the survey subjects was found to be very high. Second, when compared to other vaccines against coronavirus, fear or fear of the vaccine was significantly higher. Third, the vaccine acceptance of adults perceived by the survey subjects was positive. Fourth, the reliability of the government policy on the coronavirus prevention vaccine was found to be relatively high. Fifth, in the evaluation of quality of life, economic satisfaction was lower than in other areas, and emotional satisfaction was found to be relatively high compared to other areas.

This paper analyzes the firms value and the business performance before and after Chinese firms got listed in the U.S. First of all, it was separated into term before U.S listed and after listed, and looked whether there was any change in the Tobin'Q. After listed, as time went on Tobin'Q decreased more. In terms of net sales growth rate, it dropped significantly after U.S IPO. Operating profits and net profits rate increased more after being listed in large corporation, but in small corporation cases, it produced an opposite effect on debt ratio and net interest cost. Interest burden continued to fall after being listed in small corporation, and it couldn't find the investment profitability, nor could it utilize ROE, ROI variable. ROE, ROI continued to fall after being listed, but current ratio and quick ratio increased significantly in small corporation. From this results, we can infer that the financial liquidity showed signs of improvement after being listed.

최근 COVID-19(코로나 바이러스 감염증) 확산에 따라 다양한 분야에서 힘든 상황이 이어지고 있다. 중앙 재난 안전 대책본부에 따르면 지난 2월 한 달간 코로나 안전신고는 약 2만 5천 건의 방역수칙 위반 신고가 들어온 것으로 집계됐다. 이에 따라 음식점 및 매장은 QR코드. 수기 작성을 통한 동선 체크, 온도 검사 등 코로나 확산을 방지하기 위한 방법을 시행하고 있지만 이는 단지 코로나 확산 방지를 위한 대책 일뿐 소상공인의 매장 운영이나 안정적인 영업 유지 등 직접적인 영향을 줄 수 없다. 이에 본 논문은 OpenCV를 활용한 고객 출입 관리 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 OpenCV 영상처리기술을 활용하여 매장을 방문하는 고객의 나이, 성별을 수집하여 주요 고객층 분석, 출입 현황 및 이용 시간을 파악한다. 본 시스템은 코로나 확진자 동선 파악을 위한 역학조사와 소상공인의 효율적인 매장 운영 시간을 분석하여 '코로나 확산 방지', '소상공인 매출 증가'의 기대 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 향후, 제안하는 기법의 실질적인 검증을 위해 실제 매장 환경에서의 테스트가 필요하다.

The key success factors for Franchise Enterprise as a virtual company which is established based on franchise system are the competitiveness of sub-systems in franchise system such as franchisor, franchisee, vendor(supplier), and customer, and to sustain the symbiotic relationship among sub-systems. In this regard, evaluating franchise system is considered to be implemented in different contexts and methods comparing with extant evaluation system in franchise business which is more focused on the relationship between franchisor and franchisee. The flagship role of establishing franchise system is to be franchisor system, however, the symbiotic relationship among other sub-system including franchisee, vendor, and customer leads to successful Franchise Enterprise. The purpose of this study is to research existing evaluation systems for franchise business and to explore the model of evaluating franchise system, what is called, "Symbiosis Index".

This practical study is to propose a model for efficiently implementing franchise management by Franchise Enterprise in franchise industry. Franchise system is established and mutual relationship is also fulfilled based on bilateral contract between franchisor and franchisee. After contract and opening the franchisee store, franchisees are continually supervised and administered according to mutually agreed process and procedures. In this regard, franchisor should have well-managed system for supervising and assisting franchisee efficiently and effectively. The purpose of this study is to set-up the concept of enterprise contract management(ECM) in Franchise Enterprise and to promote the systemization of franchise management, and also to present and propose the development tool for franchise-specific IT program which is called " Franchise Contract Management'Supervising System".

Korean society has experienced so-called 'societal crisis' in many aspects of society for a couple of decades and those crises include both natural disasters and tragic catastrophes. Given that, this study purports to investigate, first of all, what is the definition of crisis in general and societal crisis in specific. Next question is what are the major types of societal crises and what are the indicators for those crises. As a result, many areas of societal crisis and corresponding indicators in each area will be introduced. Finally, this study tries to establish a new definition of societal crises based upon a more sociological, more specifically a more phenomenological point of view. For these research purpose, in-depth review for previous research on the subject will be done including psychological and sociological materials. Final outcome of this study will be a new and experimental definition of societal crisis, which will provide the principle base for actual numeric indicators of societal crisis in both macro and micro level.

Recently, in order to build a cyber physical system(CPS) that is a technology related to the 4th industry, the construction of the virtual control system for physical model and control circuit simulation is increasingly required in various industries. It takes a lot of time and money to convert documents that are not electronically documented through direct input. For this, it is very important to digitize a large number of drawings that have already been printed through object recognition using artificial intelligence. In this paper, in order to accurately recognize objects in drawings and to utilize them in various applications, a recognition technique using artificial intelligence by analyzing the characteristics of objects in drawing was proposed. In order to improve the performance of object recognition, each object was recognized and then an intermediate file storing the information was created. And the recognition rate of the next recognition target was improved by deleting the recognition result from the drawing. In addition, the recognition result was stored as a standardized format document so that it could be utilized in various fields of the control system. The excellent performance of the technique proposed in this paper was confirmed through the experiments.

As the expansion of digital transformation, we are more exposed to the threat of cyber attacks, and many institution or company is operating a signature-based intrusion prevention system at the forefront of the network to prevent the inflow of attacks. However, in order to provide appropriate services to the related ICT system, strict blocking rules cannot be applied, causing many false events and lowering operational efficiency. Therefore, many research projects using artificial intelligence are being performed to improve attack detection accuracy. Most researches were performed using a specific research data set which cannot be seen in real network, so it was impossible to use in the actual system. In this paper, we propose a technique for classifying major attack keywords in the security event log collected from the actual system, assigning a weight to each key keyword, and then performing a similarity check using TF-IDF to determine whether an actual attack has occurred.

Due to the spread of mobile devices, the use of mobile electronic notification services is increasing. For the mobile electronic notification service, the connecting information is required to identify the owner of the mobile device and the recipient of the notification. The connecting information is an online resident registration number, and safe management is essential. Therefore, in this paper, the processing flow, interconnecting standard, and management plan are proposed when a mobile electronic notification requesting agency requests the identity verification agency to convert the resident registration number of the recipient of the electronic notification to connecting information. In the proposed method, it is suggested that a safe mobile electronic notification service is possible by defining the process of collective conversion of connecting information between private organizations and personal identity proofing agency, information transmission and reception methods, and interworking standards.

Convergeance in the military operations can be attained by simultaneously integrating effects based on sensor, C2, shooter asset in multi-domain and there is no exception to special operations. However, because of challenges from enemy, terrain, geopraphy, and weather, it's not easy to intertwine effects created from ground, sea, air, cyber and electromagnetic spectrum, and space in special operations conducted in deep area. This study presented how to intertwine high-tech such as long-rane reconnaissance·strike drone, cutting-edge sensor, jamming pod, and modular repeater in order to offset aforementioned challenges. Several new high-tech are able to strengthen convergeance of special operations in accordance with the development of the 4th industrial revolution. Therefore, follow-up studies need to be continued making an efforts to search for them.
