국제 공통평가기준(CC)은 정보보호제품의 개발·평가·사용을 위한 ISO 15048 국제 표준이다. 국제 공통평가기준의 제 2부 보안기능 요구사항은 정보보호제품의 보안 기능을 11개 클래스로 분류하였고 13개국 인증제품 상호승인 협정(MRA)에 의하여 교차 사용이 가능한 평가된 보안제품을 해설할 수 있는 공통언어로써 사용할 수 있다 보호프로파일(PP)은 특정형태의 제품군의 지녀야 할 보안 목적을 사용자 그룹에서 요구한 명세서이다. 보호프로파일은 제품군의 운영환영, 위협요소를 분석하고 보안기능 요구사항의 부분 집합들을 모아서 제품군이 목표로 하는 보안 목적들을 주장할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the features of the standards of observation and measurement in foreign national science curriculums. For the purpose of this study, we analyzed the science standards of the USA (National Science Education Standards, the Science Standards of the State of California, Massachusetts, Colorado, Nebraska, Virginia and Florida), the United Kingdom (England), Singapore, Canada (the State of Alberta), Australia (the State of Victoria) and New Zealand. The results of the study indicated that foreign national science curriculums put an emphasis on accurate and systematical observation, usage of the five senses, usage of observation tools, and an understanding of observation. Regarding the 'measurement' factors, foreign national science curriculums emphasized systematic and accurate measurement. Measurement targets and tools were presented for each grade. The usage of appropriate units was also included in the foreign national curriculums which we examined.

Home appliances, like air-conditionals, washers, refrigerators, etc., can cause voltage fluctuations and light flicker. A standardized flicker test has been established in Europe(IEC 61000-3-3, IEC 61000-3-11). The supply impedance of power supply system varies from plate to place, and for the flicker test in KOREA, the appliance manufacturers do need standardized impedance like the one indicated in IEC 61000-3-3 for 230[V]/50[Hz]. Without it, the same appliance will have different flicker level at different places. For appliance manufacturers, the flicker limit should be related to the reference impedance. However, the European flicker test is designed for 230[V]/50[Hz] power and needs to be modified for a 1P2W(220[V]/60[Hz]) supply system in KOREA. In this paper, the reference impedance for KOREA(220[V]/60[Hz]) systems is proposed. The measured result provided in this paper was served as a proposal for establishing KOREA reference impedance for 220[V]/60[Hz] and has been published in IEC 60725.

This paper is to provide the allowable limit blasting-induced vibration for road structures and facilities. For this purpose, first of all, this study examined various allowable limits of different structures from domestic and foreign countries, investigated related problems of the limits used in the country, and suggested the measures to minimize the related problems. Furthermore, this study proposed the blasting-induced vibration limit of road structures and facilities that could be used in the country from comparing and analyzing the various limits from foreign countries. To verify the proposed limit for a practical use in the field, field cases that had both a vibration magnitude and a damage level were collected and they were compared with the proposed limit. In addition, the proposed limit was also compared with the results of analytical and numerical analyses. The comparison and analysis indicated that the proposed limit of different road structures and facilities is valid for the practical use in the field. From this study, the proposed limit is expected to be used as the limit to estimate the damage levels of road structures and facilities due to blasting-induced vibrations in the field.

도시가스안전관리기준통합고시 중 일부가 산업자원부고시 제2002-31호가 지난 3월 9일 개정되었다. 이 고시에는 그 동안 우리 협회 가스시공위원회(위원장 이영일)가 PE관 버트 융착 시공기준에 따른 문제점을 건의한 것이 받아들여져 2002년 3월 1일부터 착공되는 공사부터 PE관은 동일한 호수의 관종류를 사용토록 개정되었다.

본 연구는 미국과 유럽에서 각각 제정한 실차시험에 의한 측면충돌시 승객보호 기준에 대한 성 능요건, 기준설정 배경, 시험법, 사용되는 인체모형 등을 연구하고, 국내의 측면충돌 사고율, 사 고유형별 인명 및 재산피해 등을 분석해 보았으며, 자동차 사고의 조사 내용 및 항목을 알아 보았다.

동굴의 규모나 동굴이 길이, 그 밖에 생성 연대가 언제인가 하는 문제는 동굴이 발견될 때마다 제기되는 의문점이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 지금까지도 이들 동굴에 대한 규모, 길이, 생성 연대등의 측정 기준은 획일적이고, 정확한 기준이 마련되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 그리하여 여기서는 현재까지 사용되어 온 일반적인 관례에 따라 그 몇가지 기준을 소개하고 이에 대한 많은 관심을 제의하는 바이다.(중략)

여러 스트립으로 취득되는 라이다 데이터는 정확한 스트립 조정후에 이용되어야 한다. 스트립 조정을 위해 상대 또는 절대 기준 데이터를 설정하며, 기준 데이터의 특성에 따라 서로 다른 조정 방법을 사용한다. 본 연구에서는 기준 데이터와 라이다 데이터의 특성에 따라 기존 조정 알고리즘을 분석하여, 향후 정확한 조정 알고리즘 개발의 토대를 마련하고자 한다.
