키보드는 전통적인 입력 장치로서 사용자가 입력하는 값을 컴퓨터 내부로 전달한다. 공격자들은 인터넷뱅킹 사용자들이 입력하는 키보드 값을 알아냄으로써 사용자의 비밀번호와 중요정보를 얻어낼 수 있는데, 이를 방어하기 위해서 다양한 키보드보안 기술이 제안되었으며 일부는 실제로 구현되어 사용되고 있다. 하지만 키보드보안 기술의 복잡도가 높아지면 보안성은 강화되더라도 사용자의 편의성을 저하시킬 수 있으며, 이러한 기술들은 현실 세계에서 활용되지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷뱅킹 키보드보안을 강화하기 위해서 제안된 다양한 기술들을 정리해보고, 키보드보안 기술의 편의성과 안전성에 대해서 살펴본다.

This paper is purpose to research system use, ubiquitous convenience considering ubiquitous system and system use, ubiquitous convenience considering user satisfaction. In this study system use was signification influenced by system quality, instantly connectivity, and user satisfaction use was signification influenced by system quality, information quality. But system use was not signification influenced by information quality, service quality and ubiquitous convenience was not signification influenced by service quality, instantly connectivity.

IT 기술이 점점 발전함에 따라 이동식 저장매체는 가격대비 고용량 및 높은 휴대성을 제공하고 다양한 방식으로 접근하여 많은 사용자 계층을 확보하고 있다. 이러한 이동식 저장매체의 분실 및 도난을 통하여 각종 개인 정보 유출 사건사고와 같은 2차 피해가 빈번하게 발생됨에 따라 보안 솔루션이 개발되어 사용자들에게 제공되고 있다. 하지만 기존에 개발되어 제공되는 이동식 저장매체 보안 솔루션은 보안 취약점이 발견되고, 부족한 사용자 편의성으로 인해 더욱 안전하고 사용자 편의를 제공하는 보안 솔루션의 필요성이 증가되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 이동식 저장매체 보안 솔루션과 차별화되어 2차 피해 발생을 예방하고, 더욱 안전한 보안성 및 사용자 편의성을 제공하는 이동식 저장 매체 보안 솔루션을 설계하고 구현한다.

With the service suggesting additional extended or related query, search engines aim to provide their users more convenience. The extended or related query suggestion service based on popularity, or by how many people have searched on web using the query, has limitations to elevate users' satisfaction, because each user's preference and interests differ. This paper will demonstrate the design and realization of the system that suggests extended query appropriate for users' demands, and also an improvement in the computing process between entering the first search word and the subsequent extension to the related themes. According to the evaluation the proposed system suggested 41% more extended or related query than when searching on Google, and 48% more than on Yahoo. Also by improving the shortcomings of the extended or related query system based on general popularity rather than each user's preference, the new system enhanced users' convenience further.

In the home gateway environment, several characteristics for the user authentication mechanism should be reflected separately from the existing distributed service environment. First, the platform of a home gateway is a component based system that its services are installed dynamically. Second, the convenience that user can use several services by authentication of once should be offered. Finally, the system resources of a home gateway are restricted. However, a user authentication mechanism that reflected these characteristics is not shown at the user admin service specification of the OSGi service platform.(OSGi is the representative standardization organization of hone gateway.) Also, there is no existing authentication protocol that satisfies these qualities at the same time. In this paper, we propose a new user authentication mechanism considering those characteristics for the home gateway environment. We also design and implement an independent authentication service bundle based on the OSGi service platform so that it can perform user authentication operations for each bundle service. We supplement and extend the Kerberos Protocol that can apply.

현대 사회의 소프트웨어 사용편의성 평가는 기존의 사용편의성 평가 방법론들보다 더 효율적이고 체계적인 방법론들이 나와야 한다. 이 논문에서는 정성적이고 정량적인 두 가지 측면을 모두 고려한 체계적인 컴포넌트 기반의 소프트웨어 사용편의성 평가 방법론을 제시하고 있다. 소프트웨어의 사용편의성을 평가하기 위하여 정량적인 측면인 수행도와 정성적인 측면인 사용자 만족도를 모두 고려하게 된다. 사용자 만족도에는 감성, 학습성, 가시성으로 구성되고 수행도는 효율성과 효과성으로 구성된다.

This paper is a study to improve the usability due to the commercialization of open source-based knitting machines. Based on the analysis, FGD was conducted to derive considerations and to evaluate the evaluation factors based on the derived contents. Based on the evaluation principles derived, tasks were created for each UI (user interface) situation to measure execution time and error frequency. The analysis results show that model C has the highest user-friendliness in terms of learning, conciseness, cognitive fitness, convenience, state maintainability, and intuition. Ease of use will be improved.

기술발전에 따른 혁신제품 및 서비스에 대한 연구는 유용성과 편의성을 중심으로 그 수용 및 저항을 서로 다른 관점에서 보아왔다. 그러나 소비자 혹은 사용자들이 느끼는 혁신제품 및 서비스에 대한 태도와 평가는 수용하려는 측면과 저항하려는 측면이 동시에 작용하며 그 결과로서 사용의도 혹은 구매의도가 결정된다고 볼 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 혁신제품 혹은 서비스가 갖는 다양한 속성을 기술수용모형(TAM: Technology Acceptance Model) 에서의 지각된 유용성(Perceived Usefulness) 과 지각된 편의성 (Perceived Ease of Use) 개념을 사용자 지각에 기초하여 상대적 이점, 유용성, 편의성, 기술혁신성, 사용법의 변화 인식, 위험지각 등으로 구체화하고 각각의 개념이 수용적 태도와 저항에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 아울러 수용적 태도와 저항이 사용의도에 미치는 영향력을 동시에 분석 및 비교하였다. 연구에서 얻어진 결과를 중심으로 혁신제품에 대한 소비자 중심의 관리적 시사점도 제시하였다.

현존하는 국내외 인터넷 경매시스템은 경매하고자하는 상품을 게시하고 그 상품에 대해 경매 입찰자들이 입찰(bid)을 제시함으로 해서 최종적으로 경매 시간 내에 가장 높은 입찰가를 제시하는 경매 입찰자에게 거래가 낙찰되는 형식이 사용되고 있다. 하지만 인터페이스 부분에 있어서 사용자의 편의성을 고려하지 않을 뿐만 아니라 경매 참여자에게 지속적인 입찰제시와 확인 등의 여러 가지의 사용자 행위를 요구하므로 전자상거래의 고객 편의를 위한 One-step processing을 만족시키지 못하고 있으며 사용자의 행위를 대신하여주는 에이전트를 이용한 자동 처리 부분은 거의 고려하지 않은 시스템이므로 사용자의 편의성 면에서 단점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 자동적으로 사용자를 위해 입찰 행위를 대신하여 주는 사용자 입찰 가격 전략 알고리즘을 제안하여 기존에 사용되었던 일반적인 경매 시스템의 단점을 보완하여 효율적인 입찰 가격 정책을 이용하며 또한, 모든 일련의 경매에 대한 사용자 행위를 MIME(Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions) 프로토콜을 이용한 메일 양식에 응답만으로 모든 경매 서비스를 받을 수 있는 인터넷 경매 시\ulcorner템을 설계 및 구현하고자 한다.

This paper aims to find the optimal control gain for enhancing the convenience of electric walking frames and design a control algorithm. With the recent advances in medical technology, there has been a rapid increase in the aging population and a variety of mobile walking frames have been developed for improvement of the quality of life. However, the manual walking frames of such mobile aids don't have any electric motor which helps facilitate elderly users' walking and thus are not efficient enough for the old people of weak strength to use especially when moving on uneven surfaces such as slopes or thresholds. The types of electric walking frames have been developed to overcome such inefficiency. Electric walking frames require users' control operations for motor driving unlike manual frames. Therefore, when they are not properly handled, it causes considerable inconvenience to their users. The present study compared the electric walking frames with manual ones in terms of operational convenience and attempted to improve the user convenience of walking frames varying the control value for user convenience based on certain standards. This paper presented a haptic sensor designed to recognize the will to walk and measure the degree of convenience and proposed a control algorithm for improvement of convenience. For user convenience, this paper evaluated the relative convenience of walking frames in view of changing differences between the center of vehicle (COV) and the center of position (COP). With the employment of an electric walking frame and a new measuring method, all the processes were experimentally tested and validated.
