Analysis of Relevance between Career Orientations and Job Characteristics of AIS User (AIS 사용자의 경력지향과 직무특성간의 관련성 분석)

  • To achieve this study, this study divide career orientations of AIS user into technology and management and group job characteristics into variety and autonomy and is to verify an effect of two factors on system performance (AIS satisfaction and use). The results of this study are as follows. First, there is a positive effect of the relevance between technology orientation and autonomy on AIS satisfaction. Second, there is a positive effect of the relevance between management orientation and job variety on AIS satisfaction. Third, there is a positive effect of the relevance between technology orientation and autonomy on AIS use, and finally, there is no positive effect of the relevance between management orientation and job variety on AIS use.

The Effects of Job Characteristics and Empowerment on Job satisfaction of ERP System Users of Small/Medium Businesses (중소기업의 ERP시스템 사용자의 직무특성과 임파워먼트가 직무만족에 미치는 영향)

  • This study analyzed the effects of job characteristics and empowerment on job satisfaction of ERP system users of small/medium manufacturing & service businesses. In the results of analysis, the detailed factors of job characteristics such as efficiency, authority delegation, and complexity were significant influence factors on ERP users' job satisfaction while the factors of empowerment such as task impact, self-determination, and task meaning had positive effects on users' job satisfaction. However, competence did not have positive effects on job satisfaction. The results of this study showed that most of the ERP system users of small/medium businesses were satisfied with their own jobs.

  • 기존의 접근 제어 메커니즘인 강제적 접근 제어와 임의적 접근 제어는 무결성을 요구하는 상용 환경의 정보 보안에는 부족하여 이의 대안으로 직무 기반 접근 제어 (RBAC:Role Based Access Control)가 주목 받고 있으며, 직무를 수행하는 사용자의 의무 분리(Separation of Duty)에 대한 연구가 최근 이루어지고 있다. RBAC에서 사용자는 직무에 배정된 접근권한(Privilege) 만을 수행하여야 하는데 상호 배타적(Mutual exclusive)특성을 갖는 직무는 표현 및 접근 권한의 직무 배정과 수행에 있어서 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 RBAC의 기본 특성을 분석하여 직무에 접근권한을 부여하고 사용자를 직무에 배정하는데 따른 안전한 접근 제어를 위하여 반순서 관계를 갖는 직무의 승계 속성에 따라 직무의 계층 형태를 분류하고, 직무에 배정되는 접근권한의 표현과 관리를 용이하게 하기 위하여 객체에 부여된 객체 접근권한을 분석하여 방향성 그래프를 이용하여 기본 접근권한으로 모델링한다. 접근권한 그래프(Privilege Graph)로 표현된 기본 접근권한에 직무를 배정하면 상호 배타적 직무의 접근권한과 의무 분리의 표현 및 관리를 용이하게 할 수 있다. 이를 기반으로 의무 분리를 포함한 RBAC의 안정성 특성과 접근권한 그래프를 이용한 직무의 의무 분리를 위한 직무 관리 알고리즘을 제시한다.

  • Due to people's internet use growth and proliferation of ubiquitous technology, the internet addiction is becoming a social issue. However, the current adults' self-diagnosis measure about internet addiction, the K-scale, is a normal diagnostic method, which it does not consider user characteristics. In this research, we will propose a new internet addiction diagnostic method based on users' non-duty internet activities by using some questionnaire items to collect users' basic internet patterns used on duty related or non-duty related web sites. Since we simply ask for the basic internet usage pattern to each user who does not like to check frankly questionnaire items in the K-scale, the proposed method can find some hidden internet addicts compared to the K-scale with the SPSS statistical analysis tool.

  • 많은 기업에서는 ERP시스템을 도입함으로서 기업의 경쟁력을 강화하려고 노력하고 있다. 그러나 ERP시스템을 도입 후 사용자가 원하는 시스템으로 운영 유지보수 되어지지 못하는 경우가 많은 것으로 나타나고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ERP시스템을 운영 유지 보수 함에 있어서 ERP시스템의 서비스품질과 시스템품질이 사용자에게 미치는 영향 및 사용자 만족에 따라 직무만족과 직무성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 분석해 어떠한 방향으로 나아가야 할지를 제안한다.

  • Today, management object using SNMP is not only covered network but also more privacy object like personal or billing data. To enforce security management, view-based access control model is introduced in SNMPv3. However, they are not designed to enforce more privacy object such as purpose and increase complexity of user management. Task-based access control can provide enhanced security service using purpose binding and leverage the complexity of user management using purpose of task.

  • This study investigates the influential factors for the user's satisfaction in usage of PDA in Korea Postal Services. This is the case of user's acceptance of information technology that organization mandatorily implements for the sake of employee's productivity. The factors examined in this study include system quality, information quality, perceived usefulness, user satisfaction, and compatibility with work. All these factors were found significant for users satisfaction. Especially, we notice the close relationship between compatibility with work, perceived usefulness, and user satisfaction in case of nonvolitional IT usage.

  • Online game has been made of total products which user was given the experimental properties of a variety such as fun and the total of hardware and software products. Through this processes, The company earned a profitable benefits, in addition to the user was given satisfactory service. In this sense the parts of the game production process, the service earlier in the game testing a variety of ways needs to the user through the game as a condition for providing the content can be. Contact a professional game testing job is done systematically through the game's completion of a game developed by companies to see that service to complement previous significant. In this study, search for independent testing cases and the systematical cases as experts needs a range of the testing services.
