The development of internet technology and communication is a great influenced on trends of our society in culture, economy, and policy. The informationized society related internet brought the change into the designer's attitude. Namely, designers who have a concern about internet web knew that the quality of design is more important in the web site to seek the new approach to the design in relation to internet market of an imaginary cyberspace. But we have not a good tool to evaluate the web design in the internet graphic interface especially by visual perception. Now, the major concern for this research is to study the evaluation criteria of the web design interface and offer some solutions to bring the objectivity of the evaluation method model in other to make the base of a new Internet culture in Korea.

웹 기반 소프트웨어 시스템은 다른 일반 소프트웨어와는 여러 가지 다른 특성을 가지고 있다. 컴포넌트가 다양하며 절차적인 요소 보다는 선언적인 마크업 언어라는 특성, 그리고 변경이 많다는 특성으로 테스트가 쉽지 않다. 이 논문에서는 웹 기반 소프트웨어의 사용자 인터페이스를 자동화할 수 있는 방안을 연구하였다. 마크업 언어로 표현된 웹 페이지에서 사용자 인터액션이 일어날 수 있는 요소들을 파악하여 이를 구동시킬 수 있는 테스트 스크립트를 작성할 수 방안을 제안하였다. 웹기반 프로그램은 동적인 요소가 많아지면서 사용자 인터페이스가 중요하며 이 연구에서 제안된 자동화 방법이 웹 사이트 테스트의 부담을 덜 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Recently, an introduction of the cloud computing causes rapid changes in every aspect of the internet environments including hardware, operating systems, applications, and their services. As the cloud computing environment based on SaaS are being developed to a form in which web platform technology and web cloud services are converged. The digital library system also has been being developed to a service model optimized to SaaS based cloud computing environment, which are different from ASP technology. From the web interface point of view, user customization of the SaaS based cloud computing environment is the most important fact. Therefore, this research work suggests a customized web interface considering usability and accessibility so that enterprises and individual users can be able to do an effortless internet browsing under the cloud computing environment. For this purpose, usability tests were carried out as the user customized web interface design were developed and applied to the LinkSaaS website. This paper work lastly presents an UI environment on which customized interface design for individual users can be formulated.

In this study, national web archiving cases were reviewed and interface types and characteristics were examined. Five interface categories and fourteen evaluation criteria were selected. As for the OASIS, Korean national web archiving project, functions of retrieval interface and user support interface were insufficient and need to be reinforced. Other recommended improvement plans were; diversifications of the subject area of web contents, sharing the web acquisition, make up the special collection, visualization of archiving time and trends, systematic performance of the archiving strategy, and active collaboration with international organization.

복합 웹 서비스에 대한 요청이 증가하고 있지만 유비쿼터스 환경에서 일반 사용자들이 쉽게 복합 웹 서비스를 사용할 수 있는 환경은 마련되지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 자연어 기반의 사용자 친화적인 인터페이스를 개발하여 이를 통해 웹 서비스나 해당 서비스 도메인 영역에 대해 지식이 전혀 없는 일반 사용자가 쉽게 자신의 요구사항을 표현하고, 사용자의 표현을 효율적으로 분석하여 복합 웹 서비스를 자동 구성하는 시스템을 제안한다. 특히 복수 문장으로 구성된 복잡한 자연어 요청으로부터 정교한 수준의 추상 워크플로우를 추출하는 방법을 제안한다.

본 논문은 웹 상에서 음악을 듣는 사용자의 음악 취향을 평가 한 후, 취향에 맞는 인터페이스를 추천하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 초기 음악 취향 평가 단계에서는 평가 요소인 장르, 가수, 최신곡에 대한 사용자 데이터와 평가 요소에 대한 실험을 통해 얻은 중요도를 이용하여 퍼지측도.적분을 수행한다. 수행 결과 값이 높은 음악의 평가 요소에 의해 인터페이스를 추천하고, 추천된 인터페이스에 대한 선택 곡 수와 들은 시간으로 퍼지 추론을 통해 인터페이스에 대한 만족도를 평가한다. 평가된 만족도에 의해 중요도를 변경시킴으로써 사용자의 취향에 맞는 인터페이스를 제공하는 시스템 을 제안한다.

방송 환경과 인터넷 환경이 융합되고 스마트 TV의 등장에 따라, 사용자는 복잡한 미디어 서비스 환경에 노출되었다. 이로 인해 사용자가 접하는 미디어 콘텐츠의 종류와 데이터의 양은 기하급수 적으로 증가 하고 있다. 웹과 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 정보기술은 모바일 전자 기술의 발달에 따라 데스크탑 이라는 공간적인 한계를 벗어나 유기적인 유비쿼터스 환경으로 변화하고 있으며, 정보 및 콘텐츠의 개념은 웹문서와 텍스트를 넘어서 UCC, 음악, 영화 등의 모바일 멀티미디어 콘텐츠들로까지 빠르게 확장되고 있다. 또한, N-스크린과 IPTV 서비스의 등장은 사용자로 하여금 장소와 시간에 관계없이 미디어를 취득할 수 있는 이득을 제공할 수 있으나 사용자가 선택은 더욱 힘들어 졌다. 방송 통신 융합 단말에서 콘텐츠에 대한 정보를 제공 받기 위해서는 TV-Anytime 인터페이스, MPEG Query Format 인터페이스, OPEN API 등이 사용 가능하다. TV-Anytime 인터페이스는 대용량 저장 장치를 갖는 방송 단말기에서 메타데이터를 제공 및 검색하기 위한 인터페이스를 제공하며, MPEG Query Format 인터페이스는 MPEG-7을 기반으로 하는 메타데이터를 검색하기 위한 인터페이스를 제공한다. 또한, OPEN API는 업체들을 중심으로 공개적으로 제공 되어지는 API로 개방과 참여를 목적으로 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 사용자의 콘텐츠 사용 정보를 바탕으로 선호 정보를 생성하고, 이를 바탕으로 콘텐츠에 대해서 강화된 정보를 생성하기 위한 서비스를 설계 및 개발한다.

여러 과학 기술들이 발전함에 따라 여러 지역에 산재해 있는 고성능의 컴퓨팅 자원을 한 데 묶어 그 자원들을 이용할 수 있게 해 주는 그리드 기술에 대한 많은 연구가 수행되고 있다. 그리드 환경을 사용자가 쉽게 이용하기 위해서는 작업의 제출 및 진행 상황, 자원 상태에 대한 모니터링 기능을 제공해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 사용자들이 그리드 자원을 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 Globus 툴킷 [1]을 기반의 웹 인터페이스를 제안하고 설계하였으며, 사용자 인증 방법과 작업 제출 및 자원 상태의 모니터링 구조에 대하여 기술한다.

개인자료교환의 방법 중 가장 보편화된 것이 이메일임에도 불구하고, 기존의 웹메일이나 클라이언트 프로그램 등의 UA(UserAgent)는 운영자 임의의 고정적인 인터페이스, 서버접속에 의한 메일 데이터 조작 등으로 활용범위를 좁혀놓았다. 이메일 사용에서 한층 더 나아가 사용자가 보다 효과적으로 이메일 정보를 활용하고 재사용이 가능하도록 하는 시스템을 개발하는 것이 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 이메일정보를 SMTP/MIME표준을 XML표준형식으로 변환/저장하여 사용자가 이메일정보를 다양한 어플리케이션에서 황용하고 재 사용한 수 있도록 하였다. 최근 발전하고 있는 XML기술과 ASP기반의 웹 메일을 통하여 기존에 웹메일 사용자들에게 친숙한 인터페이스를 제공하고, 이메일을 XML로 변환하고 변환된 XML문서를 XML을 이용하여 사용자 취향에 맞게 재구성한 수 있게 하였다. DOM API를 사용하여 변환된 XML파일을 조합하고, DB가 없이 파일로 관리하여 개인사용자가 이메일정보를 소장할 수 있게 하는 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

This study focuses on the user centered interface design of an information retrieval system. Users do not tend to take advantage of powerful retrieval functions of an information retrieval system unless its interface is user friendly and easy to use. The actual interface design case of the ELSA information retrieval system is reviewed in terms of design concepts and its applicable concrete designs for constructing an user centered interface.
