It was active comparative studies to search effectively patent information online before and after 1990. There was a few studies about user interface of internet based patent information in the end of 1990's. Since 1990's, there is no user interface studies on patent information. Nowadays, patent informations are served very differently according to service providers. This paper focuses on search interface of web-based patent information service and compares about each component.

본 논문은 Client & Server 모델을 기반으로 선로 이용률과 응답시간을 분석, 조합하여 웹 상에서 해당 목적지 경로 사이에 있을 수 있는 bottleneck 구간을 탐지하기 위한 시스템을 설계하였다. 이를 위해 traceroute를 이용하여 사용자와 해당 목적지 경로 사이의 인터페이스들을 추적하였다. 추적된 인터페이스들의 IP로 TCP/IP 표준 네트워크 망 관리 프로토콜인 SNMP Polling을 하여 인터페이스로부터 각종 MIB 정보들을 가져와 각 인터페이스간의 선로 이용률을 분석해냈으며, 또한 정확한 bottleneck 구간을 알아내고자 각 라우터로 ping을 실행시켜 응답시간을 계산하였다. 이렇게 얻은 선로 이용률과 응답시간으로 보다 정확한 트래픽 정보와 bottleneck 구간을 분석해낼 수 있었다. 이러한 분석 시스템으로 인해 사용자들은 전문적인 지식 없이 단지 자신의 컴퓨터의 웹브라우저를 통한 서버 분석 시스템 접속만으로도 해당 구간의 어떤 부분이 bottleneck 구간인지를 탐지, 분석할 수 있을 것이다.

웹상의 가상 놀이 공간은 사용자에게 2차원 인터페이스를 통해 즐거움을 전달하는 것이 대부분이다. 본 논문은 사용자가 주도적으로 가상공간을 항해하고 놀이기구를 체험하도록 하며 상호작용을 지원하는 실시간 웹3D 가상테마파크를 제안한다. 웹3D의 상호작용성의 장점과 사실감전달을 고려하여 개발하였다. 2단계 모델링의 최적화로 웹상에서 실시간 렌더링 및 네비게이션이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 양질의 콘텐츠가 되도록 구현하였다.

As web services have become an important architecture solution, web service composition applications are developed actively. A mobile application supporting multiple services requires a complex user interface so that the interface needs to consist of more than one view and to provide a way to navigate between views. In this paper, we presented a formal way to analyze a set of views for a given service specification, and a relation model between views and methods. We then provided an algorithm to generate codes for service method calls and navigation between views. Therefore, with an optional user configuration input, we could automatically generated XForms codes from the web service specifications. Finally, we developed a proof of concept implementation of XForms browser to show that the generated codes works well as an interface for web service compositions.

Existing usability testing method, particularly lab-based usability testing, has been widely implemented for development of user interface. However, the method has critical disadvantages such as high cost, time and effort, unnatural testing environment, and lack of user's direct participation in information architecture. With these backgrounds, this paper aims to develop the web-based participatory tool with particular focus on card sorting. Our tool was developed for allowing user to participate in card sorting with his own computer through web. All the data generated while user is participating in the test are automatically sent to the server, which makes it very easy to collect card sorting data. Users can drag cards of interface elements directly and build the interface structure in their own from their computer-screen so that they can represent their mental models on interface structure of testing website. These functions of our tool can help designers to implement card sorting without tedious and time consuming procedures and improve the method of usability testing by reinforcing user's active participation in building an information architecture.

최근 GIS는 털러 분야에서 다양하게 운용되고 있다 최근에는 인터넷을 통한 정보 시스템의 요구가 급증하고 있으며, 웹 환경에서의 지리정보의 공유로 활용방안에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 특히, 지리정보의 활용을 위해 웹 지도 서비스의 요구가 증대되고 있다. 이를 위해 OGC(Open GIS Consortium)에서는 WMS(Web Map Service) 명세를 제시하고 있다. 그러나, 현재 제시되고 있는 WMS 명세만으로는 최근 발전하고 있는 모바일 환경에서의 적용이 어렵기 때문에 WMS의 인터페이스의 확장이 필요하다. WMS 확장을 위해 본 논문에서는 기존의 WMS를 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 모바일 환경에 적합한 WMS 확장 인터페이스의 방안을 제시한다. 또한, 확장 인터페이스를 바탕으로 모바일 환경을 위한 WMS 구조를 설계하고 개발한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 WMS의 확장 인터페이스 및 이를 기반으로 하는 WMS 구조는 사용자들의 요구에 적합한 WMS 개발에 기초 자료로 사용될 것으로 기대된다.

RIA(Rich Internet Application)는 기존의 웹 애플리케이션 기술이 가진 평면적인 표현과 순차적인 프로세스를 다이나믹한 사용자 인터페이스와 데이터베이스의 연동을 통해 저렴한 비용으로 하나의 인터페이스에서 모든 프로세스가 처리 가능하도록 해주는 기술을 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 웹 표준(HTML/CSS)을 RIA로 확장한 문법을 해석 할 수 있는 RIA Generator를 제안한다. RIA Generator는 크게 두 부분으로 나뉘는데, 한 부분은 기존 HTML 및 CSS 소스와 확장된 RIA 문법을 파싱하는 부분이고, 나머지 한 부분은 파싱한 것을 의미에 따라 화면에 적절히 출력하는 부분이다.

최근 국내외 소프트웨어 개발 특성의 변화인 잦은 요구사항의 변경, 단축된 비즈니스 라이프사이클, 비용절감의 압력등과 맞물려 생산성을 높이기 위한 개발 접근방식이 요구되었으며, 소프트웨어의 재사용 및 높은 생산성을 제공할 수 있는 대표적인 방법이 디자인 패턴이다. 본 연구는 웹 어플리케이션 시스템 개발에 실제 적용가능한 UI디자인 패턴모델을 개발하기 위해 20개의 웹 어플리케이션 시스템을 표본으로 추출하여 1000여개의 단위업무화면을 분석하였다. 개발한 어플리케이션 UI 디자인 패턴 모델을 실무 전문가(UI디자이너, 개발자)들에게 이해도, 사용적합성, 생산성측면에서 검증하여 실무에 적용가능한 모델임을 객관적으로 증명하였다.

최근 매우 빠른 속도로 축적되는 생물학적 데이터를 효과적으로 제공하기 위한 연구들이 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 하지만 기존 연구들은 단순하게 데이터를 수집하고 향후 연구에 활용하기 위한 데이터베이스 구축을 중심으로 진행됐다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 분자마커 등에 대한 데이터베이스의 구축으로 생성한 원천 정보에 대한 효과적인 검색 및 데이터 분석을 제공하기 위해, 고추 분자 마커분석을 위한 웹 서비스를 설계하고 구현한다. 고추 분자 마커 분석을 위한 웹 서비스는 웹 기반 사용자 인터페이스를 이용하여 고추분자 마커에 대해 손쉽게 접근할 수 있는 인터페이스를 제공하며, 사용자에게 분석된 분자 마커에 대한 상세 정보를 제공한다.

This paper describes how to implement reporting system for web-based information system. Reporting system is the S/W module that user is able to produce output of data in formal format. In Client/Server system, remote user can make formal output with client-side reporting component module. This client reporting component is usually system dependent. With web based information system, intranet, evolving, this client/server system need to he migrated to web-based reporting system. Reporting system component support multi-processing and real-time text/graphic output of server data. Ant Client can save or pint web page of client module. Especially, for real test its function and user interface, this reporting component is adopted in real network management system. The result shows that this reporting system component is very smart and excellent for real time web based monitoring system.
