1960년대의 급격한 수용증가로 이전전압으로는 수요를 감당키 어려운 실정으로 배전전압의 상승이 불가피하게 되었으며 더우기 1965. 12. 20 농어촌 전화촉진법의 공포로 1966년부터는 정부의 지원으로 비전화 농어촌 지역에 대한 전화사업이 활발히 진행되었으며 이로 인하여 미전화호수 2532천호(전화불능 호수 제외)중 1,300천호가 전화되어 1973년말 현재 51.1%의 전화율을 나타내고 있으며 1977년말까지 완전 농어촌전화를 앞두고 그간의 농어촌전화사업의 발자취를 살펴보고 농어촌 완전 전화사업을 위한 개선방안과 아울러 한전광주지점 관내의 농어촌 전화사업의 추진과 운전 및 보수상의 문제점을 검토 보고 코저함.

광역사업은 지역 간 협력 및 연계를 통해 산업 경쟁력을 높이는 것을 정책 목표로 권역 내의 협력뿐만 아니라 권역 간 협력을 권장하고 있다. 본 연구는 충청광역경제권 선도산업 중 'New IT' 분야의 R&D 과제 참여기업들을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 원부자재 공급지역과 제품 판매지역을 파악하여 네트워크를 구성하였고, 이를 분석하여 R&D 프로그램을 효율적으로 지원하기 위한 방안을 제시한다.

1980년 영등포구에서 분리된 구로구는 종전 제조업 위주의 구로공단의 칙칙한 이미지로 각인되었다. 하지만 이제 구로는 첨단 벤처단지로 거듭나면서, 디지털 단지를 중심으로 우리나라의 첨단산업을 이끄는 메카로 부상하고 있다. 4대 권역별 균형개발이란 청사진이 완료되면서, 가리봉동 일대 균형발전 촉진지구는 디지털 단지의 배후 기능도시로, 신도림동 일대는 상업복합화를 통해 상권 중심지로, 개봉역 일대는 영등포 교정시설 이전과 주거.문화가 어우러진 복합단지 건설로 생활중심권으로, 서남권 시계지역(오류동, 수궁동 지역)은 수목원과 도시자연공원이 어우러진 전원형 신도시로 변신중이다. 이같은 변화의 주체이며 조력자인 구로구청을 찾아 구로구 소재 중소.벤처기업의 포괄적 마케팅 지원 사업과 해외시장개척단 운영사업, 디지털산업 지원시책을 듣는다.

일반적인 연구개발투자 사업은 기술개발 단계에 머물러 현실 적용을 통한 부가가치 창출에 어려움을 겪어왔다. 기술개발이 단순히 연구에서 그칠 것이 아니라 보다 현실적인 결과 도출을 유도하기 위해서 상용화 및 해당 수요 산업에 대한 체계적인 접근이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 현재 진행중인 국가 지원 R&D 사업을 대상으로 해당 대상의 구체적인 수요산업을 파악하고 기술제품산업연관분석이라는 개념에서의 접근을 통해 기술개발지원의 체계적 사용화 전략에 대한 기초 정보를 제공한다.(중략)

정부가 광주 지역에 광산업을 육성하겠다는 방침을 밝힘에 따라 작년 말부터 진행돼오던 ‘광산업 육성 및 집적화계획’이 수면 위로 떠올랐다. 광주광역시는 첨단과학산업단지 내에 광산업 집적화단지를 조성해서 저가로 임대해 주고, 제품 개발, 평가, 생산을 지원하는 시스템을 갖출 예정이다. 지금까지 진행돼 온 과정과 중점 내용, 관계자 인터뷰를 통해서 자세한 내용을 소개한다.

These days, the environment surrounding university has been changing rapidly and largely. Especially, the academic entrepreneurship for university spin-offs and wealth creation is being emphasized. And therefore, the importance of industry-academy-research institute cooperation for technology transfer and commercialization is increasing more and more. According to that, government have made various legal system and support the university activities for their autonomous and practical technology use, and one of that core means is to make university establish the special organization for technology transfer and commercialization, and support its activities systematically. This paper aims to study legal system on the special organization for university technology transfer and commercialization in korea. Especially, it is layed emphasis to search the problems and find out the improvement ways about the special organization. For this purpose, the legal system and necessity of special organization in university and other research institute are reviewed in domestic and abroad, the type and operation methodology of special organization in the existing laws are investigated in korea, the operation effects of several organization are analyzed, and lastly the improvement methods for activating the organization are studied and suggested.

This study investigated the success factors of technology transfer and commercialization in the high-technology industries. We specifically analyzed the case of technology transfer between KETI and probe card company. The main purpose of this research is to seek and analyze the most influential factors which can lead to successful technology transfer and technology commercialization both in terms of government policy and corporation strategy. This research oversees the previous research works. framework setting and case study analysis to derive implications in the following points of views: technology receiver, technology provider, technology's characteristics, technology transfer's process. The important findings of this study are as follows. In the terms of technology receiver, the experience in technology transfer and commercialization, will to support for R&BD and rich technology pool are also important. In terms of technology provider, acquisition strategy, will to push, complementary assets and absorptive capacity are very crucial. In terms of technology's characteristics, R&D stage, technology category and connectivity of existing technology are closely related with successful transfer and commercialization. Finally, Support of TLO and active participation of transfer process are important factors in terms of technology transfer's process.
