본 연구는 기존에 운영 중인 항만건설통합정보시스템의 활용성과 시스템 운영관리의 효율성을 높이기 위해 시스템을 통합화하였다. 도로와 항만 건설사업관리는 대상목적물만 다르고 기본적인 업무프로세스는 유사하다. 따라서 통합 개발기간을 단축하고 안정적으로 통합화하기 위해 항만건설통합정보시스템을 기존에 운영하고 있는 도로건설사업관리시스템으로 통합하는 방식으로 추진하였다. 도로건설사업관리시스템은 항만건설통합정보시스템보다 시스템 사용이 쉽고 편리하며 건설사업관리 업무프로세스 지원 및 관리기능이 안정적으로 설계되었다. 본 연구는 시스템 통합화 과정에서 겪었던 애로사항과 이를 해결하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 타 시스템을 통합화할 경우에 본 연구 결과를 활용한다면 반복적인 시행착오를 미연에 예방할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

This paper strives to shed a new light on current academic resource sharing initiatives of both Korea Research Foundation(KRF) and Korea Science and Engineering Foundation(KOSEF), and seeks the measure to administer information resource effectively for a unified organization, which will launch soon, through the comparison and scrutiny, and analyses of strength and weakness on current projects. It first of all attempts to draw outcomes and suggestions on the basis of issues and implications identified through the exhaustive as-is analyses in the aspects of management, service, and infrastructure of academic resource sharing initiatives carried out by each foundations. The unification of projects and information systems are discussed in two aspects, as viewed each significant measures, that is, 1) an organizational aspect in terms to develop a new academic and research information service through the unification of operation systems related to information service project of each foundation; 2) An Initiative toward the integrated service via the unification of scattered individual unit systems in each foundation.

In Korea, there is a high demand for the operation of differentiated programs in basic research considering the characteristics of academic fields. The results of this study shows that the higher the level of research competence, the higher the quality of research outputs. The results also tell us that the quality level of the research outputs is different according to the field of study. Based on the results, we propose a method to differentiate the selection rate of each discipline in the system that operates the individual basic research projects by the level of research capacity.

(주)한진중공업 컨소시엄 인천공항사업소는 인천국제공항 여객터미널, 탑승동 신축공사에 참여해 사업을 성공적으로 마무리한 데 이어 개항 후에는 공항시설의 유지관리 업무를 맡아 공항의 안정적인 운영에 기여를 하고 있다. 인천국제공항에서 이곳 사업소가 차지하고 있는 비중은 상당하다. 주요 시설물의 관리운영 및 유지보수를 철저히 시행하여 각 시설물들이 완벽한 성능과 기능을 유지토록 하고 있는 것. 사실상 공항 관련기관 관계자 및 상주직원, 공항 이용객 등이 사업소 덕분에 공항을 안전하고 편안하게 이용하고 있다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 빈틈없는 안전관리로 공항을 찾는 사람들에게 행복과 기쁨을 선사하고 있는 이곳 사업소의 안전관리자 박영재 대리를 만나봤다.

오늘날 건축분야는 현대 산업사회의 복잡다양화된 구조내에서 여타 전문분야들과 함께 경제적으로나 사회적으로 그 역할과 책임이 날로 더해만 가고 있다. 그러나 건축분야의 경우, 하자에 대한 보상문제 등 건축활동에 따른 건축사들의 책임이 점차 증대되고 있는데 반해 이를 뒷받침해 줄 수 있는 제도적 장치가 미약한 실정이어서 이에 대한 법률적인 공동대처와 배상처리에 관한 전문적 연구가 있어야 한다는 지적과 함께 공제사업의 필요성이 대두되어 왔다. 이와 관련하여 본지에서는 '공제사업의 필요성'이라는 주제를 가지고 공제사업제도 도입에 따른 재원마련 방안과 운영방향 등에 대해 논의해 보고 아울러 국내 유사단체의 운영시스템과 현황, 선진외국의 사례 등을 비교ㆍ분석해 보고자 한다.

어업인들이 대부분 정부에서 수산자원 회복을 위하여 시급하게 하여야 할 사업으로 침체어망 인양사업 등을 요구하고 있으며 수거에 따른 경제성을 고려해 볼 때 침체어망 인양사업과 해양폐기물 수거사업을 확대 운영하여야 한다.

This study will estimate the fair return on private participants' investments on BTO type PPI (Private Public Infrastructure) projects using the data from past BTO projects in Korea. In the past, the real returns of $6%\sim9%$ were provided to private participants. The results of this study show that those returns were too high compared with the estimated fair returns, especially for projects with the minimum revenue guarantee (MRG) by the government. Moreover, the excess portion of the return over the fair return becomes even larger when there is a demand forecast bias. In reality, most of the BTO projects have far lower actual revenues than the initial forecasted revenue in concession agreements. This phenomenon implies that BTO projects have a tendency of overly forecasting revenues. If so, the value of the minimum revenue guarantee becomes larger, and therefore, the fair return to private participants should decrease. It is hoped that this study helps future BTO projects' concession agreements between the government and private participants to become more fair from the perspectives of risk and return profiles.

Franchise Industry has a big portion in national economy, and contributes to protecting self-employments and making jobs. One of good way to increase the success of franchise business is operating some franchisor's company owned outlets before franchising. The purpose of this research is to understand the effects of the company owned outlets on franchisor's current performance. According to the result, the operation term, scale, and location of company owned outlet increase the legitimacy of franchisor. The operation term, and scale of company owned outlet increase the efficiency of franchisor, And both legitimacy and efficiency increase of franchisor's current achievement.

본 논문에서는 배전 공가설비인 통신케이블 및 기타 통신설비의 관리에 있어 종합적인 정보를 제공할 수 있도록 하는 Web GIS시스템을 구현하였다. 현재 우리나라의 통신망은 세계적으로 관련 컨텐츠 사업의 시험무대라고 일컬어질 정도로 광범위하고 빠른 네트워크를 구성하고 있다. 이러한 빠른 통신망의 확장은 에너지의 근간인 전력망을 활용하고 있기에 가능하였다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 바로 기존 전력설비에 수많은 통신 회선이 공가 되어 운영되어 질 수 있었기 때문이다. 이는 공익성을 우선시하여 운영되어지고 있는 전력사업과 그동안 정보통신사업 육성이라는 정부시책이 맞물려 통신사업자의 빈번한 공가설비 신설 요청이 있었기 때문에 가능하였다. 무엇보다 통신사업자들의 무분별한 경쟁으로 최근 무단 공가설비가 늘어남으로써 전력회사는 통신공가설비관리에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해소하기 위해 본 논문에서는 GE에너지사의 SIAS(Samllworld Internet Application)를 이용하여 기존에 한국전력에서 운영하고 있는 NDIS(New Distribution Information System)공가 관리 시스템과 상호연동 될 수 있도록 해주는 Web GIS 기반의 배전 공가설비 정보관리 시스템 개발에 관하여 연구 하게 되었으며 이를 운영함으로써 각 통신 사업자들 간의 정보공유와 무단 통신 공가 설비의 근절 및 보다 효율적인 공가설비 운영이 가능 할 것이다.

This study tried to examine the transfiguration process of cable broadcasting business in the early 1960s of Korea. Especially, on the basis of a critical mind of examining autonomy of cable broadcasting operator as agent, this paper examined not only the technical and financial business management, and the drawing up of a program, but also business plans of the National Cable Broadcasting Association in initial establishment time of 1960s.
