우리 나라에서도 세계적 추세에 따라 세계공통으로 사용되는 $\ulcorner$세계측지계$\lrcorner$ 에 의거한 신국가기준좌표계를 결정하고, 대한민국경위도원점을 고정도로 유지 관리하기 위해 국립 지리원이 주관해서 측지 VLBI 사업을 추진하고 있다. 국내에서는 처음으로 추진되는 측지 VLBI 사업이기 때문에 사업을 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 면밀한 사전조사 연구와 추진전략이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 국가측지 VLBI 사업을 효율적으로 수행하기 위한 추진전략에 대해서 논하였다.

Muan Enterprise City is a mega-project that has an investment worth up to $3 billion only in the construction of infrastructure. The project's success will largely depend on the success of its construction management. This study sets out to establish a construction management plan for Muan Enterprise City by defining the core objectives and organizational structure and its supporting system. Project outline and core objectives were analyzed, and necessity of construction management and processes evaluated. Based on this analysis, implementation strategy for the achievement of project goals was defined and developed, and organizational structure and its support system to execute established. This study strives to support the project's construction management being carried out under proper planning and possibly set an example for construct ion management of mega-structures in the future. In the past, executive managers made a decision based on personal experience and knowledge due to lack of the appropriate and timely information. With the development of information systems and technologies, efficiency and productivity of business operation has been enhanced. In this study, we propose a system design and architecture blue-print related to strategic decision making support system. The proposed system consists of 3 key parts; individual business feasibility test, business portfolio feasibility test, business portfolio management. The three key parts are comprised of 11 components to generate information and knowledge based on various data input from inside and outside of firm. This system is expected to provide objective and reliable output to users. In addition, the proposed strategic decision support system would help respond to a rapidly changing business environment.

건설산업의 경쟁력 제고를 위해 건설산업에서 기획${\cdot}$설계${\cdot}$시공${\cdot}$사후관리단계에서 엔지니어링분야에 대한 고도의 기술력과 함께 이들을 총체적으로 관리할 수 있는 사업관리능력의 향상이 매우 중요하다. 최근 SOC사업이 대형화, 복잡화됨에 따라 전문 기술과 경험을 보유한 전문 건설사업관리 인력이 필요하고, 대형 사업의 사업관리수행방법의 형태가 발주 직영에서 사업관리 대리인인 CMr 체계로 바뀌어 가고 있다. 이와 같은 배경아래 대형 민자유치사업의 성공적인 수행을 위해서는 통합 CM/PM능력을 구비한 전략적 건설수행체제 구축이 필요하며, 이를 통해 사업비의 감소와 공기단축을 이루어 궁극적으로는 국내 건설업체의 경쟁력강화와 전문화/특화화를 이룰 수 있을 것이다. 이를 위해 본고에서는 민자사업에서의 CM의 역활을 중점적으로 논하고져 한다.

최근 세계경제의 중장기적 불황과 성장률의 하락을 경험하고 있는 가운데, 새로운 상품이나 서비스를 탄생시키고 생산방식의 변화와 혁신을 통해 경제적 효율성을 높이는 창업에의 관심이 날로 높아지고 있다. 이러한 분위기에서 중소기업 및 소상공인의 창업은 한 국가경제에 미치는 영향이 매우 크다는 것을 모두 공감하고 있으며, 이러한 중소기업 및 소상공인들이 생계형 창업을 넘어 기업의 성과를 높일 수 있도록 하기 위한 다양한 노력들이 지속되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적 역시 창업가들의 경험적 특성과 사업성과간의 상관관계를 조사하여 중소기업들의 성과에 미치는 영향변수를 분석 하는데 있다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 창업자의 개인적인 특성 중 사업성공에 필요한 경험적 특성을 중점적으로 고려하여 연구를 진행하였다. 창업자가 사업성공을 위해 가져야 할 특성에는 창업자의 배경적 특성(학력, 창업관련 강좌 수강, 가족이나 지인의 주변창업, 창업자의 과거 창업경험 등) 창업자의 심리적 특성(성취욕구, 위험감수성향, 모호함에 대한 인내력), 창업자의 관리적 역량(창업자의 관리적 능력, 기업가적 능력, 기술적-기능적 능력) 창업자의 전략적 성향(제품-서비스 혁신 차별화 전략 성향, 마케팅 차별화 전략 성향, 비용 우위 전략 성향)이 있다. 이러한 다양한 변수들 중 창업가의 배경적 특성에 속하고 있는 개인의 경험적 특성이 사업성과에 미치는 영향을 중점적으로 연구를 진행하였다.
