디지털 기술을 중심으로 한 급속한 기술혁신과 정보통신 시장의 대내 \ulcorner외적 개방으로 방송과 통신 등 미디어간의 융합화가 가속되고 미국, 영국, 일본 등 선진국들이 지상파 디지털TV 방송실시 계획을 발표 함으로서 방송의 디지털화는 기정 사실화 되었다. 또한 각국은 방송시장의 개방에 대응하여 방송산업의 경쟁력강화 및 이를 통한 문화적 정체성 확보에 고심하고 있다. 이러한 방송환경의 급속한 변화에 대응하여 21세기 멀티미디어/정보화 시대에 국내 방송산업의 활성화 및 국제경쟁력 강화를 위해서 국내 지상파 디지털TV 방송의 전환계획은 매우 중요하며 상당한 의미를 갖는다. 따라서 국내 지상파 방송의 디지털 전환계획을 수립하기 위해 기본적인 전환 일정, 디지털TV 방송 및 동시방송과 관련된 세부 전환 일정, 유료방송 관련 사항, 주파수 활용 계획, 전환비용, 산업체의 기술확보 계획, 디지털방송 관련 법/제도 등 주요 사항들을 여러 분야에서 연구하여 향후 추진방향을 제시하고자 각 관련기관들이 노력하고 있다. 본 고에서는 국내 지상파 방송의 디지털 전환과 관련된 주요 사항들에 대한 기본 배경 및 환경들을 중심으로 서술하고, 이를 기초로 관련 기관들로부터 의견을 수집하고, 외국의 사례를 참조하여 수행된 주요 사항들을 간략히 정리하였다.

Through a story, the audience moves between fiction and reality. A story is an emotional experience that appeals to human feeling. The rational function of a story is to convey knowledge and information, and its emotional function is to touch the audience. Moreover, these aspects of a story are linked to its language, text, and imagery. This paper focuses on the emotional function of a story. In a experiential story, the audience's emotional response is a result of maximum dramatic communication between them and the characters. Through psychological and mental communion with the characters, the audience becomes immersed in the story when they emotionally identify with the characters, and dramatic communication is achieved. However, dramatic communication is mostly achieved instantaneously. The elements of a film need to be realized to sustain dramatic communication such that the audience continues to be immersed in the story. The audience can identify with the characters who are placed in real-life situations by considering the characters' external and internal aspects. External search pertains to the tangible aspects of the character such as its background, life, and conversation. Through the audience's external search, the characters communicate with the audience. Internal search deals with aspects of the characters' personality such as their self-concept, desires, and internal conflicts. Through internal search, the audience understands the inner side of the characters. In this process, a film director should ensure that the acting depicts the inner side of the characters. In other words, the director should perfectly depict the internal and external elements of a human on screen. Appropriate visualization can lead to dramatic communication with the characters and thereby create the audience's emotional response. Considering these techniques, this paper focuses on the scenes of the film "Poetry" in which dramatic communication with the characters creates the audience's emotional response. Accordingly, the audience plays a role in sustaining dramatic communication for the physical screen time of a film.

앞으로도 배합사료의 수요량은 엄청나게 늘어날 것이 분명하다. 그러나 아직도 배합시설이 영세하고 사료가격이 통제되고 있다는 등의 이유로 배합사료의 품질은 우리가 바라고 있는 만큼 개선되어 있지 않은 것이 사실이다.

Recently, the comparative gap of technology and product has been decreased in the global market, and the globalization has been extended rapidly. Industries try to get de facto standard as the global standard. De facto standard has become a standard not because it has been approved by a standards organization but because it is widely used and recognized by the industry as being standard. Advanced countries already have their own organizations under the government, and they cooperate tightly with companies. As a result, we also try to have the organization and build the good relationship between companies and the government to get de facto standard in the global market.

자연 현상에서 나타나는 연기나 난류의 움직임을 사실적으로 시뮬레이션을 할 때 Navier-Stokes 방정식을 이용한다. 이 방정식을 이용한 구현은 방대한 연산량과 계산의 복잡성으로 인하여 실시간 시뮬레이션이 어렵다. 이 때문에 실시간 처리를 위하여 복잡한 수식을 근사화한다. 유체 시뮬레이션의 이류(advect) 과정에서 근사화를 위해 Semi-Lagrangian 방법을 이용할 때, 연기 시뮬레이션은 시간이 지남에 따라 밀도가 현저히 줄어들고 소규모의 소용돌이(small-scale vorticity) 현상이 급격히 감소하는 등의 수치적 소실이 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 이류항(advection term)을 계산할 때 새로운 수치적 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 이류항의 값을 구할 때, 현재 격자 주변의 값 중에서 다음 단계에 현재 격자의 위치로 오는 속도를 가진 격자를 찾아, 그 격자의 속도를 이류 속도 벡터로 활용한다. 이는 밀도와 소용돌이 현상의 수치적 소실을 줄여서 사실성을 높이고 실시간 처리도 가능하게 한다. 또한 본 논문에서는 GPU 구현을 통해 벡터 연산 등의 효율성을 높이며 시뮬레이션의 속도를 향상시킨다.

In this paper, the influence analysis of food on human body organs is proposed by applying speech signal processing techniques. Until these days, most of researches regarding the influence of food on body organs are such that "A" ingredient of food may produce a good effect on "B" organ. However, the numerical and quantified researches regarding these effects hardly have been performed. This paper therefore proposes a method to quantify the effects by using numerical data, so as to retrieve new facts and informations. Especially, this paper investigates the effect of tomatoes on human heart function. The experiment collects samples of voice signals, before and after 5 minutes, 30 minutes and 1 hour, from 15 males in their 20s who have not abnormal heart function; the voice signal components are applied to measure changes of heart conditions to digitize and quantify the effects of tomatoes on cardiac function.

지역 항공기의 세계가 소연한 양상을 보이고 있다. 그것은 주요한 항공기 제작사들이 일제히 새로운 제트 기종의 개발에 나서고 있기 때문이다. 사실 초음속여객기인 콩코드기가 미국과 유럽간의 부정기노선에 취항한지도 어언 30년 가까운 시기에 이르고 세계의 전 국제선과 장거리 국내선이 모두 제트화된 오늘까지도 각국의 지역항공만은 일부가 제트화 되었을뿐 터보 프롭이 대부분을 이루고 있었다.

산업체 등에서 사용되고 있는 가스들중에서 일반적인 가스들과는 달리 위험한 가스(heavy gas)들은 누출사고시에 이들 고유한 확산과 계층화(stratification)방식에 의해 높은 위험성을 유발시키고 있다. 이러한 가스의 누출확산사고들과 일반적인 가스누출사고들의 비교는 그 사실들을 증명해주고 있다. 이런 사실에 의해 위험한 가스확산에 대한 실험과 고유특성을 고려한 확산모델의 개발이 여러 관점에서 진행되고 있으며, 이들의 중요성은 이미 세계적으로 의미를 부여하고 있다.(중략)

안테나를 소형화하면 안테나의 복사효율이 저하되고, 대역폭이 좁아지며, 안테나 이득이 작아진다는 사실은 잘 알려져 있다. 그러나 이런 전기적 성능저하에도 불구하고 최근 무선통신 시스템의 소형화와 고성능화에 따라 안테나의 소형화 및 광대역화가 끊임없이 요구되고 있다. 여기서는 이런 요구에 부응하기 위하여 소형 안테나의 종류와 소형화시 나타나는 문제점을 확인하고 선형 안테나와 평판 안테나를 중심으로 소형화 및 광대역화 기법을 소개하고 고찰하였다.
