Objective of this study is to be utilized as foundational data of expression methods and to increase children's dream and imagination by researching and analyzing differences of imaginative reaction from patterns of imaginative activities and verbal response for the expressive methods of illustrations. Study subjects are 253 children aged from six to seven years old, and four different types of research tool of which are screens with simple pattern, realistic pattern, omitted pattern and indirect pattern has been used in the empirical survey conducted over two times. Result from provided research tools has shown that difference of diversity can be observed from patterns of imaginative activities and verbal reaction patterns. Especially, in terms of imaginative activities, structural and creative imagination responses can be observed from screens with simple, omitted patterns and indirect and metaphorical patterns compares to screens with simple patterns and direct, realistic patterns, and positive affection to children's dream and creativity and imagination can be found from the result of high imaginative response observed from patterns of verbal reaction.

Recently realistic descriptions have been frequently used in anti-smoking campaigns. The same trend can also be seen with regard to posters as a medium of visual communication. It was intended to examine how different types of visual images in anti-smoking campaign posters produced and distributed by the WHO can improve the effectiveness of health communication. This article aims to determine how each of abstract/stylized illustrations and realistic images might affect the three key variables of the Theory of Planned Behavior, which are Attitudes toward the Behavior, Subjective Norms and Perceived Behavioral Control, in relation to quitting smoking. Results showed that realistic images are different in improving the attitudes toward the behavior and subjective norms. However, there are no significant difference between abstract/stylized illustrations and realistic images in Perceived Behavioral Control. The findings of this study suggest that the above-mentioned types of visual information achieve different levels of effectiveness in health communication. It is desirable that more effort be devoted to the interdisciplinary study across the areas of visual design and social psychology, for example, with a view to developing better health communication strategies.

본 작품은 사실적 표현, 즉 실사에 근거한 분위기의 애니메이션에 관한 관점에서 시작한다. 물론 애니메이션에서는 생략과 과장이 자유로우며 풍자적이고 은유적인 분위기를 연출하는 것이 특징이다. 즉 사실성보다는 허구적이며 과장된 표현으로 왜곡을 가함으로써 관객들에게 극적 효과를 유발한다. 하지만 관객은 사실적이지 않은 허구인 것을 알면서도 자유로운 상상력의 오락적 분위기에 흥미를 갖는다. 아울러 본 작품은 애니메이션의 동인(動因)과 감성과의 관계를 전제로 한 애니메이션의 분석모형 작품이다. 이러한 모델 설계를 통해 대상물의 본질적인 면, 즉 사실성에 근거한 표현정도에 따라 인간의 감성이 달라질 수 있다는 가정 하에 애니메이션에 있어서 프레임 수와 대상물의 단순화 정도에 따라 감성이 어떻게 반응하고 변화하는가를 웹사이트 상에서 조사할 수 있도록 분석모형을 제작하였다. 연구작품을 위해 애니메이션의 동인이라고 할 수 있는 시간, 운동, 공간 중에서 움직임 지각에 영향을 줄 수 있는 타이밍, 즉 속도문제에 대해 프레임 수와 단순화 단계를 애니메이션의 Movement 동인에 대한 조작적 정의에 독립변수로 보았다. 분석모형의 설계는 객관적인 시각에서 대상물의 움직임을 파악할 수 있는 Duration이 짧은 유형의 대상물(말)과 중간정도의 대상물(사람), 그리고 긴 유형의 대상물(거북이)을 표본으로 선정하여 각 대상물마다 4단계의 프레임으로 나누어 좌표상의 Y축에 제작 배열하였다. 한편 단순화 단계는 대상물의 사실성에 선 드로잉에 이르기까지 4단계로 구분${\cdot}$제작하여 X축에 배열하여 각 클립별 감성언어 조사를 인터넷상에서 할 수 있도록 디자인하였다. 한편 각 클립에서 보여지는 표현향식에 대해 느끼는 감성조사는 디자인 관련 감성 형용사 중에서 본 연구에 적합한 감성언어들을 골라 조사 실시하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 물감의 유체성, 확산성, 흡착성, 흡수성 및 응고성과 같은 물감의 물리적 특성을 활용하여 사실적인 페인트 시뮬레이션할 수 있는 입자 기반 프레임워크를 제안한다. 현실에서는 물감이 흐르고, 확산하는 것뿐만 아니라 흡착하거나 시간에 지남에 따라 응고되는 현상을 쉽게 관찰할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이런 현상을 사실적으로 표현하기 위하여 SPH(Smoothed-particle hydrodynamics) 방식을 시뮬레이션 하였으며 Isotropic kernel이 아닌 Anisotropic kernel을 사용하여 확산 과정을 표현하는 방식을 소개한다. 우리의 방법은 Fick's law를 바탕으로 물질 전달 방식을 이용한 확산 과정을 표현하였으며, 시간이 지남에 따라 굳어가는 응고성, 그리고 Van der waals 힘을 기반으로 한 흡착 과정을 동시적으로 표현하여 사실적인 페인트를 구현하였다.

This study aims to analyze and compare the difference of preference to realistic and fantastic expressions presented in the illustrations of children's picture books. The subject of this study is set for 52 seven-year-old kindergarten students, including 26 boys and 26 girls, in Cheonan. Two times of researches on their preferences were made on the basis of data collection through individual interviews and self-regulatory questionnaires. A children's picture book, which best demonstrates both realistic and fantastic expressions, was selected as a research tool for such questionnaire from the ones produced and printed within Korea, which either are listed in the Recommended Book List of Children's Book Research Association or received any international award. The result shows that both boys and girls prefer fantastic expressions to realistic ones. It was also found that girls tend to prefer realistic expressions that the boys do. Nevertheless, there definitely was a limitation in thorough analysis by region or age, as they tended to show different responses when they were provided with a picture book with similar theme and story, but different form of expression.

Korean fashion designs became important items in Korea in the middle of the 1980s, and it has advanced into the world market in the early part of the 1990s. To achieve success in global fashion world, it is necessary to analyze Korean fashion design thoroughly and prepare strategies to develop designs with mainstream acceptance in the global fashion world. The purpose of this study is to analyze the aesthetic characteristics and Korean beauties of Korean fashion designs. Fashion photos of Korean fashion designs from 2006 S/S to 2012 F/W were analyzed. 357 designs from 608 designs of 4 representative Korean designers were examined and design characteristics, expression styles were studied. The major conclusions of the study are as follows : 1. H Line, slim, fitted silhouette and loose look were applied. 2. 5 major traditional colors, red, blue, yellow, white and black colors were used. Brown color, neutral color, golden color and beige color of the textile material's original color were used. Traditional textile materials like ramie fabric, satin and cotton, wool and metallic fabric were used. 3. Patterns of flower, traditional pattern and Korean letters were applied. Embroidery, patchwork and mother-of-pearl were decorated. 4. The three types of beauty were natural beauty, moderate beauty and decorative beauty. The types that were analyzed were realistic expression type, moderate expression type, image expression type and mixed expression type. To be accepted in global fashion world, Korean traditional design elements should be modified, broken down and reorganized so that Korean fashion design can be recreated.

자료분석 결과 발견된 사실들을 정리해 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직장에서 발생하는 성적 성가심에 대해 상대적으로 적극적으로 대응하는 여성들은 약 50.6%정도로 나타났다. 이 중에서도 성적 성가심에 대해서 불쾌하게 인식하는 정도도 상대적으로 높고, 불쾌감을 상대에게 표현하며 대응하는 정도도 상대적으로 높은 여성들은 전체 응답자(736명)중에서 약 40%(294명)정도 였다. 성적 성가심에 대하여 불쾌함을 인식하는 정도는 상대적으로 낮으나 상대에게 불쾌함을 표현하며 대응하는 수준은 상대적으로 높은 여성들이 약 10.7%(79명)로 나타났다. 반면에 성적 성가심에 대하여 불쾌하게 인식하는 정도도 상대적으로 낮고 불쾌함을 상대에게 표현하는 정도도 낮은 여성들이 약 32.8%(242명)나 되었다. 약 16.4%(121명)의 여성들은 성적 성가심 상황에서 불쾌하게 인식하는 정도가 상대적으로 높으면서도 상대에게 불쾌감을 표현하며 대응하는 정도는 상대적으로 낮았다. <표 4> 둘째, 직장에서 발생하는 성적 성가심 상황에서 여성이 상대에게 성적 성가심에 대한 자신의 불쾌함을 표현하며 대응하는 능력은 여성의 심리적 특성인 대인의존성과 밀접한 관계가 있다는 사실을 명백하게 확인하였다. 성적 성가심 상황에서 성적 성가심에 대해 상대적으로 불쾌하다고 인식하는 정도가 높으면서 불쾌감을 표현하고 대응하는 수준은 상대적으로 낮은 여성들은 대인 의존도가 상대적으로 높았고, 반대로 성적성가심에 대해 상대적으로 불쾌하게 인식하는 정도가 상대적으로 낮으면서 불쾌감을 표현하며 대응하는 수준은 상대적으로 높은 여성들은 대인 의존도가 상대적으로 높게 나타났는데 이는 주목할만한 사실이다. 세째, 성장시 부모의 상호작용 유형이 성적 성가심과 같은 이성과의 상황에서의 여성들의 대응 반응과 밀접한 관련성이 있음을 발견하였다. 성장시 아버지가 지배적이고 어머니가 순종적인 특성이 뚜렷한 가정에서 성장한 여성들은 부모의 상호작용 유형이 동등한 가정 분위기에서 양육된 여성들에 비해 성적 성가심 상황에서 불쾌함을 표현하며 상대에게 대응하는 수준(강도)자체가 훨씬 낮았고, 성적 성가심에 대해 자신이 불쾌하게 생각하는 정도보다 상대적으로 훨씬 약한 소극적인 대응반응을 보이는 사실도 확인되었다. 성적 성가심 상황에서 상대 남성에 대한 여성들의 대응 반응은 성장시 남성인 아버지에 대한 여성인 어머니의 태도 및 행동의 재현(reenactment)현상으로 나타났다고 해석할 수 있다. 이러한 발견은 특히 동성인 부모가 성역활 사회화의 가장 강력한 모델이라는 학습 이론가들의 주장을 거듭 뒷받침하여 준다.

본 연구는 모션 캡쳐 시스템의 향후 활용 가능성을 알아보고자 한다. 최근 3차원 인체 모델링의 사실적 표현에 대한 각 분야별 관심이 높아짐에 따라 몇 년 사이에 급속도로 발전하고 있는 모션 캡쳐 시스템을 가상현실의 기술적 동향에 따른 그 응용 분야와 모션 캡쳐의 역사적 발전 과정을 고찰하여 분야별 활용 가능성을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 모션 캡쳐 시스템은 캡쳐 받는 유형에 따라 음향식, 기계식, 전자기식, 광학식, 푸펫 등으로 나눌 수 있는데 이 중에 캡쳐 분야에서 주로 많이 사용되고 있는 광학식 시스템을 기반으로 연구를 진행한다.

The purpose of this study was to pay attention to the increase in the frequency of expression of butterflies and insects, whose decrease in the number of individuals is symbolized as a measure of environmental pollution, among the various motifs of nature as we go through the COVID-19, when we realized the importance of nature. The scope of this study was limited to fashion collection fashion show photos and interview articles of online for fashion collections from 2019 to 2023. As a result of the study, 185 butterfly motivation fashion design appeared, and digital printing techniques were the most used as a type of plane expression method. Along with this, techniques such as quilting, embroidery, and beading have appeared a lot as techniques to express the planar motif of butterflies. As for the three-dimensional expression types, 3D printing, laser cutting, corsage techniques, and draping techniques showed similar proportion. It can be seen that the expressed butterfly motif had more realistic description the shape of the butterfly as it was than abstract expressions. In conclusion, it can be seen that the butterfly motif fashion design over the past five years contains a stronger message about the environment than the butterfly motif fashion in the past. It was confirmed that it is a motif with a great symbolic meaning that can convey an eco-friendly message beyond just the morphological beauty and colorful design elements of the butterfly.

This report is aimed to be used as the basic research resource about the various form expression about the picture books, based upon the analysis whether male and female children are different from their preferences to illustrations and whether the expression form between male and female children are different from the other. The objects of study are one hundred and sixteen's of 6 to 7 years old children (male 58 vs. female 58) who are able to understand the illustration. The two times of response surveys were done with one hand is to interview an individual child and the other hand is to fill out by children. The methods used in this study are composed of the representable, simple, exaggerated, and distorted form of expression in order to draw the detail and precise reactions of male and female children In the case of preference analysis of male and female about the illustration, both male and female prefer the distorted form which express contradictively rather than the real, representable, simple, and exaggerate form of expression or which expresses the distorted and the changed by the binding of different things. In the respect of the responses, the various responses were seen to the simple and the exaggerated form in comparative with the representable form. In the respect of the analysis of language response, the individual response was highly marked to the representable form, and the informational response, the heuristic response, and the imaginative response.
