Study of Minimum Inter-event Time of no rain in Han River Basin (한강수계 강우사상간 최소 무강우 시간에 대한 고찰)

  • 연속된 강우 관측 자료로부터 강우사상을 분리하는 것은 수문 분석에서 매우 기초적인 부분이다. 하지만 이를 분리하는 표준적인 방법은 아직 정해진 것이 없다. 보편적으로 강우사상의 분리에 강우사상간 (무강우)시간정의(IETD; Inter-event Time Definition)을 사용하고 있으며, 이는 강우사상간 최소 (무강우)시간(MIT; Minimum Inter-event Time, 이하 '강우사상간 최소 무강우 시간' 이라고 함.)이라고도 한다. 강우사상간 최소 무강우 시간을 결정하기 위해 사용되는 방법으로는 자기 상관계수를 이용하는 방법과 순위상관계수를 이용하는 방법, 강우사상간 무강우시간에 대한 변동계수를 이용하는 방법, 연간 호우 발생수를 이용하는 방법 등이 있다. 본 연구에서는 한강수계 강우의 강우사상간 최소 무강우 시간을 고찰하기 위해 한강수계 국토해양부에서 운영 중인 한강수계 강우관측소의 자료를 대상으로 앞서 제시한 4가지 방법을 적용하여 각 방법 간의 차이를 비교하여 보았으며, 더불어 개별 강우관측소의 자료와 티센망을 이용한 유역평균강우량을 사용했을 때 강우사상간 최소 무강우 시간의 차이를 비교하여 보았다.

Critical Review on Modern Change of Ecological Thought in Oriental Tradition (동양 전통 생태사상의 현대적 전환을위한 비판적 고찰 - 유학의 생태사상을 중심으로 -)

  • People say that dichotomous way of thought in the Occident separating human from nature resulted in ecological crisis. Furthermore, it is said that surmounting Occidental way of thought is necessary to heal ecological crisis, and ecological elements in Oriental traditional philosophy could be the alternative for changing anti-ecological disposition inherent in Occidental thought. Although so-called ecology did not exist in Oriental traditional philosophy, there is room for reviewing Oriental traditional philosophy in terms of ecological elements or ecological orientation. In modern society, however, the vitality and significance of ecological elements in Oriental traditional philosophy cannot be conclusively verified. On the other hand, Occidental thought regarded as the main culprit of environmental destruction may not contain anti-ecological contents. Therefore, this study critically reviews the possibility and significance of modern change of ecological thought in Oriental tradition by raising two questions, "Is Occidental view of nature anti-ecological?" and "Is Oriental view of nature ecological?"

Examining Present Korean Social Welfare Education through the Perspective of Social Welfare Ideology & Social Welfare Education Practice Theory of Deok Joon Kim (김덕준(金德俊)의 사회복지 사상과 사회복지 교육 실천원리를 통해 본 현재의 한국 사회복지 교육)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the social welfare ideology and social welfare education practice theory of Deok Joon Kim(1919-1992) who was a pioneer in Korean social welfare education and a founder of Korea's very first independent department of social welfare. Through examining his life, and social welfare related works, ideology and education practice theory following conclusions were derived. Relationship involving first, spirit of shalom, second, human dignity, third, love of the cross, fourth, social justice, fifth, worshiping God and loving human being, and sixth, love of neighbors were found. These social welfare ideology and social welfare education practice theory of Deok Joon Kim are values that can resolve today's Korean social welfare education problems and insights which would reestablish essential goals and objectives in cultivating social workers with principles. These could be applied to Korean social welfare education in forms involving social worker's justice, stance, role, and function.
