최근 많은 미국 주정부에서는 재생 전기를 지원할 클린에너지기금을 조성하였다. 이 기금을 현재까지 조성했던 15개 주정부에서는 재생에너지 투자에 대해 1998년에서 2012년까지 35억달러를 조성할 예정이다. 이와 같은 현상은 재생에너지를 위한 진취적인 주정부에게는 새로운 경향이지만, 이 기금들의 초기경험을 보고하고, 공유하려는 노력은 거의 없었다. 클린에너지그룹과 제휴하고 있는 Berkeley 연구실은 이러한 클린에너지 기금의 사용에 대해 보고할 사례 연구를 시작했다. 이 연구의 주요한 목적은 정보의 추가적인 원천을 강조하고, 연락처를 확인하기 위해 주정부의(그리고 몇몇의 국제적인 사례) 클린에너지기름의 혁신적인 프로그램과 관리적인 실제에 대해 간단히 보고한다. 우리의 바람은 이 사례 연구가 새로이 확립된 클린에너지기금의 관리자들에게 유용하고, 신규로 클론에너지기금의 조성하려는 선봉적인 재생에너지 노력에 대한 학습에 관심을 가진 기금관리인에게 도움이 될 것이다라는 것이다. 새로운 몇 개의 사례 연구가 매년 추진될 것이다. 이번에 소개하는 사례는 매사추세츠 주정부의 그린빌딩프로그램으로 그린학교와 그린빌딩을 지원하기 위한 것이다(미 에너지부의 선도적인 클린에너지 기금 연구 보고서 중에서 발췌)

우리나라는 외국과 비교해 국가검진의 역사가 짧은 편이지만 건강검진을 위한 제도적 기반이나 건강검진프로그램은 선진국과 비교해도 전혀 손색이 없다는 평가를 받고 있다. 그렇다면 선진국의 건강검진 프로그램은 어떨까. 일본과 미국, 호주의 사례를 중심으로 국외의 건강검진 현실을 살펴본다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Medicaid case management (CM) performed by Medicaid case managers on health management and to examine the overall health care utilization with high risk Medicaid beneficiaries. The subjects involved in this research were 113 Medicaid beneficiaries who were recipients CM in Y-gu between October 1st, 2012 and March 31th, 2013. The results show that there were significant differences in 'recognition of own disease', 'understanding of Medicaid policy', 'medication' and 'healthy lifestyle'. Also there were significant differences in 'appropriateness of health utilization', 'number of medical institutions', 'level of social isolation' and 'general health status'. In addition, significant differences were found in Medicaid days, outpatient days, medication days and Medicaid costs. It was found that the Medicaid CM had a positive effect on health care utilization. The study suggests the need of strengthening and diversifying Medicaid CM as well as supporting the management and monitoring after the termination of Medicaid CM.

수자원은 다수의 이해관계자들이 관리 또는 이용하는 과정에 있어 분쟁이 발생할 가능성이 매우 높다. 물분쟁의 해결방안으로 분쟁의 이해관계자의 참여와 합의의 형성을 추진할 수 있는 거버넌스에 대한 관심이 최근 들어 증대되고 있다. 거버넌스를 통한 물분쟁 해결을 위해서는 거버넌스 구성원인 정부, 시민, 전문가 집단의 문제해결 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육프로그램과 전문 연구 및 교육기관의 설립이 필요하다. 본 연구는 갈등관련 제도, 국내외의 갈등 관련 연구 현황, 물분쟁 관련 이해관계자 참여 사례, 물 관련 교육프로그램 사례 등에서 시사점을 도출하여 물분쟁의 다양한 주체와 원인을 고려한 교육내용을 바탕으로 거버넌스에서 이해관계자의 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육프로그램을 개발하고, 다양한 이해관계자들의 적극적인 참여를 유도하는 활성화 방안을 제시하여 거버넌스 과정에 참여시키는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 26개 거버넌스 위원회 및 단체와 국내 물 분쟁에 대한 7가지 교육프로그램의 조사 내용을 바탕으로 교육프로그램이 나아갈 방향과 교육프로그램 개발(안)을 제시하고, 교육센터 설립방안과 교육의 활성화 방안을 제안하였다.

We analyze BCM, COOP and other exotic advanced cases for making supporting programs relates with Disaster mitigation management in Public area. The outcome from this study explains what are requirements for proper activating the programs and what we need. In conclusion, we could understand importances of BIA, RA, Disaster mitigation activities, Contingency plan, Training, Correspond to disaster, Management of document except for system managing functions. It will be helpful to build supporting programs by meeting most of requirements of BCM at the same time.

The e-Learning program is a multimedia data program consisting of texts, images, animation, audio and video. The development of an e-Learning program requires time and is a complex process, requiring cooperation and open-communication between all parties involved, particularly in the event of a problem. This study will analyze the e-Learning contents development process from the Social Negotiation Perspective. An appropriate process for the development of the program and effective decision-making guidelines for those parties involved will be recommended. Participants' viewpoints regarding program development and guidelines were studied qualitatively, while the evaluation of developed content employed both qualitative and quantitative research. The study found the following results. First, the development of an e-Learning program requires a clear goal and purpose. Second, the target group must be clearly identified. Third, all parties involved must share in the development process and its outcomes. Fourth, the party requesting the program must allocate the appropriate time and budget for the development group. Finally, the project requires a strong, capable leadership for effective decision-making.

본 연구의 목적은 바이오뱅크(생명연구자원 소재은행)분야의 연구데이터 관리 및 서비스 동향을 고찰하고 시사점을 도출하는데 있다. 바이오뱅크 분야의 연구데이터 관리 및 서비스와 관련하여 해외 선진 사례를 프로그램과 서비스 모델측면에서 조사하였다. 조사된 프로그램과 서비스 모델은 ATCC(American Type Culture Collection), BIobank Data Sharing (MIABIS 2.0 Core), WDCM(World Data Center for Microorganism/Word Federation for Culture Collection)이다. 각각의 프로그램과 서비스 모델에서 시사점을 도출하였으며, 본 연구에서는 이를 기반으로 국내 생명연구자원 바이오뱅크 분야의 연구데이터 관리 및 서비스를 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of case management service for hypertensive elderly patients through the customized visiting home health care program. Method: Non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design was employed. Data were collected from April 2007 to January 2009. Among a total of fifty subjects, 25 subjects were belonged to the case management group and the others were belonged to the general management group. Results: 1) In experimental group, significant increasing rate of number of people within normal blood pressure by time, but no significant increasing rate of number of people within normal blood neutral fat, total cholesterol, HDL, & LDL. 2) In experimental group, the score of knowledge about disease and healthy life practice were increased on 8 week period but decreased on follow up period. Number of people within normal blood HDL and mean score of healthy life practice were significantly higher than control group on follow up period. Conclusion: Case management service was effective on controlling blood pressure but partly effective on blood lipid, knowledge about disease, and healthy life practice in hypertensive patients. Further study is needed to conduct a periodic re-evaluation of the effect of case management and to verify an optimal interval to provide the case management service.

본 연구에서는 지역사회의 생활문화공동체 만들기 사업의 한 사례로 경상남도 화동군 화개면 대성리 의신마을의 노인주민들을 중심으로 이루어지는 문화유산 개발과 자발적(생산적) 문화주체발굴 및 양성을 하고자 한 사례연구이다. 2017년부터 2019년의 3년차 사업으로 지역의 마을회(영농회, 부녀회, 청년회, 노인회)와 체험시설 관리운영, 체험행사 관리, 가공시설장 활용, 체험 프로그램 기획/운영, 마을기반조성사업 및 관광체험을 주요활동으로 하는 영농조합법인의 유기적 협력을 통하여 주변의 특산물, 자연환경, 산업환경 및 지리산을 중심으로 구성된 지역역사 문화환경이 연계되어 진행되는 생활문화공동체 만들기 사업이다. 특히 농악/낙차 동아리, 사진동아리, 그림동아리, 압화동와리와 같은 동아리 활동을 통하여 산골의 지역적인 약점을 보완할 수 있으며, 문화예술을 향유하려는 시대적인 욕구를 충족할 수 있는 실질적인 문화예술프로그램을 통한 공동체 발전을 지속하고자 함이 취지이다. 지역 노인들을 대상으로 노인들의 감성지능의 변화에 의한 지역공동체의식과 6차산업 기업가 정신 및 노인들의 사회참여에 대한 인식을 알아보고자 한다.
