"조선시대 초기 이후 각 시기마다 제작된 서울의 지도는, 선인들이 서울을 어떻게 대하고 있었는지 그 세계관을 엿볼 수 있는 문화유산으로서의 중요성도 함께 아우르고 있다"는 허영환 교수. 그의 말이 없더라도 "정부 600년 서울지도"는, 과거의 거리를 현대에 이끌고 와 서울의 과거 모습과 사람들의 발자취를 찾아주고 있어 더욱 주목을 끈다.

살다보면 누구나 화가 나고 분노가 치미는 상황에 직면한다. 이때 지나친 욕설이나 폭력 등 극단적인 방법으로 분노를 표출하는 사람도 있고, 분노를 안으로 삭이고 참으며 순간을 넘기는 사람도 있다. 대부분 전자보다는 후자가 낫다고 생각할 수도 있으나 사실, 전자도 후자도 그다지 현명한 방법이 아니다. 분노를 폭력적으로 표출하는 것도 문제지지만 분노를 참고 삭이는 것도 능사가 아니기 때문이다. 가장 중요한 것은 올바른 대상에게 적당하게, 적절한 시기에 올바른 목적으로 올바른 방법으로 화를 내야 한다는 점이다. 바로 지혜롭게 분노를 다스릴 수 있어야 한다.

세계 최강의 체스기사인 게리 카스파로프가 1997년 5월 3일~11일 뉴욕에서 컴퓨터기사 딥 블루와 가진 대국에서 1승3무2패로 져서 결국 기계 앞에 무릎을 꿇고 말았다. 카스파로프를 포함한 많은 사람들이 언젠가는 컴퓨터가 인간 체스챔피언을 이길 것이나 그 시기를 2010년경 이후로 보았기 때문에 이번 딥 블루의 승리가 체스계에 준 충격이 매우 컸을 뿐 아니라 일부의 사람들에게는 기계가 인간을 지배하는 시대가 뜻밖에 일찍 다가올지 모른다는 두려움을 안겨 주기도 했다.

구강은 다양한 기능을 가지고 있다. 즉, 소화, 호흡 및 발음의 기능을 주로 하며, 심미적으로 매우 중요하다. 그러므로 토진 및 구개열과 같은 기형은 위에 열거한 작용을 훼손시켜, 환자 본인은 물론, 주위 사람들에게 커다란 불행이라 할 수 있다. 그리하여 토진 및 구개파열을 수정하려는 노력은 고대로부터 출발된다. Boo-Chai는 A.D390년경에 중국에서 토진수술이 있었다고 1966년에 보고한 바 있다. 이후에는 수많은 사람들이 토진 및 구개파열에 대한 수술방법을 제시하여 왔으며 현재에도 여러 가지 다양한 수술방법이 이용되고 있다. 그러므로 토진 및 구개파열을 전반적으로 다루는 것은 매우 방대한 것이기 때문에, 먼저 발생빈도, 원인 및 분류에 대하여 간단히 이야기하고 수술시기와 장 많이 쓰이고 있는 수술방법을 다루기로 한다.

21세기는 첨단 기술과 문명의 발달로 새로운 시대를 맞이하고 있다. 물질적 욕구를 넘어 사람의 존재 의의에 대한 영적 욕구에 대한 충족이 필요한 시기를 맞아 기업 또한 생계 수단을 넘어 개인의 영적 가치를 실현하는 공간으로 탈바꿈하여야 한다. 논문에서는 이러한 기업을 씨써클 기업으로, 산업군을 골드 밸리라고 명명하였다. 본 연구는 기존의 산업군과 골드 밸리와의 차이점을 알아보고, 기업 성장의 이론적 토대 및 이를 실천하기 위한 사례를 소개하며, 새로운 기업의 기업가 정신에 대해서 살펴보고자 한다.

If we can forecast the replacement time of engine oil, we extend the life-time of our engine and increase the continued ratio. But, the replacement times of engine oil is influenced by the following elements: the distance that cars or vehicles travel, vehicles that run a short range, types of engine oil etc. that run a long distance. In this paper, We forecast engine oil replacement times by using fuzzy neural network algorithm. This algerian uses the data of distance covered, color of engine oil etc. Through a sequence of simulation, the exchange system of intelligence style engine oil decides on the replacement times of engine oil quite accurately. Therefore, We expect vehicles to become more convenient if the above algorithm is a lied to the present types of cars.

Flood damage is occurring all over the world, and the number of people living in flood-prone areas reached 86 million, a 25% increase compared to 2000. These floods cause enormous damage to life and property, and it is essential to decide on an appropriate evacuation in order to reduce the damage. Evacuation in anticipation of a flood also incurs a lot of cost, and if an evacuation is not performed due to an error in the flood prediction, a greater cost is incurred. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a flood risk determination model using the CNN model to enable evacuation at an appropriate time by using the time series data of precipitation and water level. Through this, it is thought that it can be utilized as an initial study to determine the time of flood evacuation to prevent unnecessary evacuation and to ensure that evacuation can be carried out at an appropriate time.

무덥던 여름이 지나가고 조금씩 선선한 바람이 부는 계절이 돌아오고 있다. 더위에 지친 사람들과 동물들에게는 반가운 가을이지만, 조류인플루엔자(AI; Avian Influenza)라고 하는 질병 때문에라도 양계농가에서는 마냥 느긋하게 즐길 수만은 없는 계절이기도 하다. 우리나라는 2008년 5월 발생을 마지막으로 H5N1형의 고병원성 조류인플루엔자(HPAI)가 종식되어 현재는 HPAI 청정국 상태를 유지하고 있다. 하지만 세계적으로 HPAI 발생이 지속되고 있어 재유입의 가능성이 상존하고 있고, 이전 우리나라에서의 발생이 모두 봄 가을 철새 이동시기에 있었던 점, 그리고 인플루엔자 바이러스의 특성상 저온 환경에서 오래 생존할 수 있는 점 등을 생각하면 환경 온도가 낮은 가을에서 다음해 봄까지 기간이 아무래도 문제가 될 수 있는 시기라 하겠다. 따라서 본 원고에서는 우리나라 주변국을 중심으로 세계의 AI 발생현황을 알아보고 다가오는 계절에 대비하여 농가에서 지켜야 할 예방수칙에 대해 간략히 소개해 보고자 한다.

Recognizing the importance of reading, and with one motivation being to encourage an upright reading culture, 138 Wise Sayings related to reading by Western leaders were investigated and analyzed according to their country of origin and content as well as the nationalities and occupations, achievements and activities, and the periods of activity of he people who said them. In Wise Sayings related to reading, there are connotations of reading's significance$(30\%)$, methods$(44\%)$, Usefulness$(13\%)$, values$(12\%)$, joys$(1\%)$ and so on, and the expressions vary according to the speakers' occupations. Many of the speakers of wise sayings related to reading were from the powerful and culturally-developed countries of England(36), France(17) and the United states(15), and among 168 occupations, many were engaged in literature(97), philosophy(20), and politics(13) In the field of literature in particular, poets(24), writers(24), and novelists(19) comprised about $70\%$ of the total. In terms of the periods of activity, the 19th-20th century with $33\%$ and the 19th century with $27\%$ made up $60\%$ of the total.
