올 4월까지의 강수량은 예년에 비해 적은 편 이었으나 모내는 시기에 비가 적당히 내렸고 못자리 초기 저온에도 불구하고 농민들이 모를 잘 길러 제때 모내기를 끝마칠 수 있었으며 새끼 칠거름도 제때 주어 초기 벼작황은 좋은 편이다. 이 좋은 조건을 풍년 벼농사로 성취하기 위하여는 사람의 노력으로 할 일이 많이 이어지고 있다

공학적인 측면에서 볼때 20세기 초반이 자동차나 비행기와 같은 수송수단의 개발시기였다면 20세기 후반은 컴퓨터시대였다고 할 수 있을 것이다. 전문가들 중에서 다가오는 21세기는 인공지능소자의 개발시대가 될것이라고 전망하는 사람이 많다. 아마도 그리 멀지 않은 때에 사람과 비슷한 인지기능과 지능을 갖는 로봇트가 위성탐사를 위해 제작되어지리라 기대해 봄직하다.

Depression is a serious psychological disease that is expected to afflict an increasing number of people. And studies on depression have been conducted in the context of social media because social media is a platform through which users often frankly express their emotions and often reveal their mental states. In this study, large amounts of Korean text were collected and analyzed to determine whether such data could be used to detect depression in users. This study analyzed data collected from Twitter users who had and did not have depressive tendencies between January 2016 and February 2019. The data for each user was separately analyzed before and after the appearance of depressive tendencies to see how their expression changed. In this study the data were analyzed through co-occurrence word analysis, topic modeling, and sentiment analysis. This study's automated data collection method enabled analyses of data collected over a relatively long period of time. Also it compared the textual characteristics of users with depressive tendencies to those without depressive tendencies.

Purpose: This research was designed to figure out if there are changes based on types of vergence fixation disparity curve after optical correction and vision training to for people with steep slope of forced vergence fixation disparity curve and symptoms. Methods: For 30 subjects out of 91 subjects, who have steep slopes of fixation disparity curve examined with Wesson Fixation Disparity Card and symptoms about steep slope of fixation disparity curve, proper vision training was offered for 5 weeks. Results: After Vision training for 30 people with the symptoms of type I, II, III, IV for 5 weeks, slope of fixation disparity curve was significantly changed (p=0.013), and the results of binocular vision test and subjective symptoms were also significantly improved. Conclusions: Vision training can not only affect the change of fixation disparity curve, but also relieve the symptoms. Fixation disparity curve has lots of visual function information of the subject and can be suggested as a guideline for prescribing.

The purpose of this study is to propose what psychological education is needed for activation of interchange between the South Korea and the North Korea and ultimately for the completion of Korean unification. We learned this reason from the German unification case. The Germany was unified 17 years ago, but many researchers evaluate that it will take about 30 years more for German people to complete real and inner unification. So, we proposed our own unification education in a psychological aspect for faster and inner unification, which is based on the principle that we should go ahead according to our situation, not simply follow the way Germany went. Therefore, we should start psychological education for unification from now on, even though unification is not accomplished at the present and Germany didn't do that. Because we can predict the pre-unification (interchange) stage would be long unlike the Germany, psychological education for unification is needed during this interchange stage consistently. For the person-oriented unification education, we should educate adaptation-enhancement strategy for each person to keep psychological stability in the interchange and unification stage, beyond simply educating ideology focusing on the political and structural unification.

불행하게도 우리나라 청소년의 담배소비량은 세계 1위다. 이들이 작년 한 해 동안 소비한 담배 6,700만 갑으로 이는 전체 담배소비량의 1.4%를 차지한다. 이러한 청소년 흡연율을 가까운 아시아지역 국가들과 비교해도 한국학생이 단연 1위를 차지하고 있다. 여학생의 경우도 심각한 수준에 달해 있다. 같은 흡연자라도 15세 이전에 흡연을 시작한 사람은 25세 이후에 흡연을 시작한 사람보다 폐암에 걸릴 위험이 2.5배나 높다. 그렇다면 현재의 청소년 흡연자들이 폐암에 걸릴 위험성은 적어도 2.5배가 높으며, 폐암 발병 시기 역시 빨라질 것이다. 이로 인한 개인적, 사회적, 국가적 손실이 클 것이라는 것은 쉽게 예측할 수 있다. 청소년 흡연자가 바로 나의 자녀라고 생각하면 청소년 흡연 예방사업을 반대할 사람은 아무도 없을 것이다.
