The Media Law including Newspaper Law, Broadcasting Law and Internet Multimedia Law has been reformed in 2009. The main purpose of the reform was to allow media firms to gain a global competitive edge by opening doors to more investments that were nonexistent due to regulatory barriers. Also it aimed to contribute to an increase of employment in the media industry. This paper analyzes the impact that the Media Law reform of 2009 had on many media/contents company's future value by tracking abnormal returns gained during the period of the reform. The analysis with the capital market data of fifteen firms over a one-year period provided evidence that the new law has had an effect on the related firms' future value; however, the impact was shown to not be as significant in the long-term. This study has the significance in that it showed that the impact of the reform was not overall to the industry but given to the limited number of media company and confirmed the relatively strong effect of the unexpected events.

Trait anger is one of the psychological traits associated with experiences of anger. Individuals with high trait anger become angry easily at trivial events, and experience anger more frequently, intensely, and over a longer duration. This study aimed to investigate neural responses during experiences of anger, and identify the neural correlates of trait anger. Thirty five adults participated in the functional magnetic resonance (fMRI) experiment. They were scanned while they recalled an anger-inducing memory that was supposed to evoke an experience of anger. During the angry recall compared to the emotionally neutral recall, our participants showed greater neural activation in the right superior temporal gyrus (BA38), left inferior frontal gyrus (BA45), right thalamus, right insula (BA13), bilateral cuneus (BA17), and right cerebellum anterior lobe. The correlation analysis revealed that trait anger scores were positively associated with right insula activity during the angry recall. Individuals with higher trait anger were more likely to show greater activity in the right insula in response to past experiences of anger, as previously implicated in various studies of emotional processing. This finding suggests that trait anger may be an important factor in modulating anger-related brain activity.

The neural bases underlying within or between-language picture naming was investigated by using event-related fMRI. The present suudy explorered the following two goals: The first is to compare cortical activation areas relevant to naming process in native and foreign language, and to decide whether the activation pattern of the foreign word will be the same as native words or not. The next is to find the cerebral areas involved only in alternating language switching between native and foreign language condition. Differential activation patterns were observed for language switching against one-language. Both naming tasks all activated the left inferior frontal gyrus (LIFG) as expected. However the differences in naming between languages were reflected in the activation amount of the LIFG, namely more activation in naming the native language than the foreign language. Especially, naming of the foreign word from English showed the similar area and size in activation with native language suggesting that the process of borrowed noun resembles that of native common noun. And the language switching between languages newly activated the right middle frontal gyrus as well as the left inferior frontal areas. The right middle frontal gyrus engagement in switching conditions obviously identified that right hemisphere is recruited in code switching possibly with respect to meta-cognition controlling language index at a subconscious level.

본 연구에서는 이산사건 동적 시스템을 모델링하고 성능을 분석하기 위한 통합 소프트웨어를 개발하였다. 소프트웨어는 페트리네트를 기반으로 비쥬얼 C++와 비쥬얼 베이직을 이용하여 개발되었으며 윈도우즈 환경 하에서 동작하는 범용 그래픽도구를 내장하고 있다. 본 소프트웨어를 이용하면 사용자는 마우스의 드래그 앤 드롭만으로 페트리네트 모델을 작성할 수가 있으며 모델이 작성되면 수리적 분석과 시뮬레이션을 통하여 시스템의 성능분석을 자동으로 수행하여 준다. 또한 시스템의 논리적인 특성을 분석하기 위하여 coverbility tree와 reachability tree를 지원한다. 이외에도 deadlock을 탐지하고 이를 해소하는 기능과 정교한 세부 모델링이 가능하도록 다양한 활성화 함수와 분포를 지원하며 시스템의 성능척도와 관련된 다양한 통계치를 제공해준다.

준해양사고 통보제도(Marine Incidents Reporting System)는 우리나라의 선박소유자 및 선박운항자가 선박의 구조 설비 또는 운용과 관련하여 시정 또는 개선되지 않으면 선박과 사람의 안전 및 해양환경 등에 위해를 끼치거나 위해를 끼칠 수 있는 사태로서 해양사고를 제외한 사건이나 사고에 대하여 자율적으로 중앙해양안전심판원에 통보하도록 하여 심판원은 이를 분석하여 교훈을 발굴하고 정기적으로 업계에 전파하여 해양사고 예방에 도움이 되고자 하는 제도이다. 동 제도는 2010월 4월 조기 시행 한 후 시행 5년차에 접어들었지만 홍보부족, 선박의 특수성, 제도적 장치의 부족으로 통보제도 운영에 어려움을 격고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IMO 해양사고조사코드와 국내외 유사 준사고 보고제도 분석 후 통보대상자를 대상으로 준 해양사고 통보제도의 현황에 대한 설문을 실시하고 분석함으로써 동 제도의 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

인터넷 비지니스가 중요한 경쟁요소로 발돋음하고 있는 현재의 시점에서 인터넷 비즈니스 모델에 특허권을 부여한다는 것은 비슷한 성격을 가진 타 경쟁업체의 경쟁력을 약화시키고 이를 포기하도록 의도하는 독점적 전략의 일종이다. 미국에서는 Statestreet 사건을 비롯한 일련의 BM 특허에 관한 소송이 제기되어 이미 BM 특허를 인정하고 있는 상황이며 이를 기점으로 BM 특허권을 인정하는 것이 대세로 되고 있다. 기존의 특허와 다른 양상을 갖고 있는 BM 특허는 새로운 아이디어를 중심으로 그 사업성을 인정받는 영업 모델 특허인데 이는 현재 독점과 관련한 부정적인 인식으로 그 특허의 타당성과 특허보호기간 적용문제가 논란이 되고 있다. 외국의 특허로부터 국내 인터넷 사업을 보호하기 위하여 정부차원에서의 특허 인정 노력이 필요하지만 인터넷 사업의 경쟁력 있는 활성화를 위해서는 특허보호기간이 현행 20년보다 축소해야 한다는 반발도 만만치 않다. 인터넷 비지니스 후발주자인 한국은 서두르지 않으면 치열한 인터넷 경쟁에서 뒤쳐질 위험을 안고 있다. 선발주자들의 경쟁우위 전략을 따라잡기 위해서는 인터넷 비즈니스 전반에 대한 경쟁력 확보와 함께 BM 특허에 관한 준비와 활성화 계획을 철저히 마련하는 것이 중요하다. 그리하여 우리 나라의 인터넷 비즈니스 모델이 cyber market에서 공격성과 방어성을 모두 갖춘 우수한 모델로 키워나가야 한다.

우리 사회에서 AI 활용이 더욱 보편화 되어가고 있는 가운데 AI 신뢰에 대한 사회적 요구도 증가했다. 특히 최근 대화형 인공지능'이루다'사건으로 AI 윤리에 대한 논의가 뜨거워졌다. 금융 분야에서도 로보어드바이저, 보험 심사 등 AI가 다양하게 활용되고 있지만, AI 윤리 문제가 AI 활성화에 큰 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 인공지능으로 발생할 수 있는 윤리적 문제를 활용 도메인과 데이터 분석 파이프라인에 따라 나눈다. 금융 AI 기술 분야에 따른 윤리 문제를 분류했으며 각 분야별 윤리사례를 제시했고 윤리 문제 분류에 따른 대응 방안과 해외에서의 대응방식과 우리나라의 대응방식을 소개하며 해결방안을 제시했다. 본 연구를 통해 금융 AI 기술 발전에 더불어 윤리 문제에 대한 경각심을 고취시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 금융 AI 기술 발전이 AI 윤리와 조화를 이루며 성장하길 바라며, 금융 AI 정책 수립 시에도 AI 윤리적 문제를 염두해 두어 차별, 개인정보유출 등과 같은 AI 윤리 규범 미준수로 파생되는 문제점을 줄이며 금융분야 AI 활용이 더욱 활성화되길 기대한다.

Finally, Musan-Bongdong section in Kyeong-Ui corridor opened on 11. DEC.2007, which is a historical event, because this connection means the restoration of 56 yrs' disconnection since 1951 and also starting point launching to connect china, Mongolia, Russia for continental railway logistic infrastructure. This is also one of master plans about the northern line in TAR, carried out by UNESCAP, so this study will touch up each country's railway status and the next tasks related with trans-continental railway such as North Korea, Russia, China. Also, this study reveal a mid-long term development strategy to improve the North Korea railroad for a continent rail link and international railroad transportation between China and Russia, and also checks the way of confrontation to the domestic infrastructure for the activation of the continent railway and the north and south, investigates concretely how to establish TAR northern part routes as soon as possible.

A participating civilian in the policing is become very important issue and strongly encouraged since variety and intelligent crimes have occurred. Moreover, necessity of invigorates of Problem-Oriented Policing has been emphasized in Korea because the effects of the Problem-Oriented Policing in the Case-Oriented Policing had been proved. Lastly, practical use of the Third Party Policing (TPP) is a main purpose to deal with spreading of the Gated community, which controls the outside. To utilizing the Third Party Policing in Korea, several solutions are suggested such as making the manual of operation process, organizing task force team for TPP (the Third Party Policing), changing the sense of civilian and police organization and realistic way to motivating.
