본 연구에서는 모바일 게임 동향과 모바일 게임 특성에 관해서 나타내었다. 모바일 게임은 국내외 시장에서 크나큰 성장을 이룩하고 있다. 특히 다수의 게임에서 카카오 톡 게임 비중이 대단히 높은 것으로 나타났다. 앞으로 모바일 게임 시장은 지속적인 발전이 예상되며, 카카오 톡의 게임은 더욱 많은 게임 비중을 나타낼 것으로 사료한다.

공통의 자유도를 갖는 $textsc{k}$개의 비중심 카이제곱분포들의 동질성을 검정하기 위하여 우선 적당한 형태의 검정방법을 제시하였다. 통상적인 방법대로, 제시된 검정방법이 주어진 유의수준을 만족시키도록 하기 위해서는, 귀무가설하에서 제 1종의 오류의 확률을 최대화하는 모수의 최소 우호적 위치(Least favorable configuration)가 유도되었으며, 이에 따라서 주어진 유의수준을 충족하는 기각치를 도표화하였다.

1994년 채택된 무역관련 지식재산권협정은 후발개도국도 발명자의 권리 보호에 중점을 두는 특허제도를 채택하도록 해 기술료가 급격히 인상했으며 특허 침해관련 소송도 급증하고 있다. 이 가운데 1998년에 우리 나라 사진기, 복사기 분야의 출원을 살펴보면 외국인 출원비중이 41$\%$로 전 분야 외국인 출원비중의 2배 수준이다. 외국기술 의존도가 높은 데다 특허권에 대한 인식이 저조한 것은 심각하게 우려해야 할 상황이다.

프랜차이즈 산업 중 외식업이 차지하는 비중은 약 65%에 이르고, 이 중 치킨 프랜차이즈의 비중은 외식업의 절반 가까이를 차지하고 있다. 치킨 창업은 예비 창업자들이 가장 많이 선택하는 아이템으로 임대료, 인건비, 운영비, 부대비용 등 창업자본의 부담이 적고 기술적 영업적 진입장벽이 낮아 연일 많은 프랜차이즈와 가맹점들이 개업을 하고 있다, 하지만 시장이 포화상태라 할지라도 치킨사업은 꾸준한 수요증가에 의해 외식시장에 스테디셀러 아이템으로 자리잡고 있다.

전체 수출에서 중소기업이 차지하는 비중은 2000년대 중반 이후부터는 30%대에서 정체되어 있으며, 제조업에 속한 중소기업의 60% 정도는 전혀 수출을 하고 있지 않다. 하지만 수출비중이 50% 이상인 중소기업의 영업이익률이 내수기업보다 높고 개선 속도도 빠르다는 사실은 글로벌화를 통해 중소기업의 경쟁력을 향상시킬 수 있음을 시사하고 있다.

전기보온밥솥의 전력소비비중은 11.5$\%$로 냉장고 17.3$\%$, 조명용 형광램프 14.8$\%$, 컬러TV 12.3$\%$에 이어 네 번째로 높은 비중을 차지하고 있어 에너지 소비를 줄일 수 있는 절전형 제품을 개발하는 것은 당연하다. 하지만 국내에는 아직 이에 대한 에너지 효율기준과 측정방법에 대한 기준이 마련되어 있지 않은 상태다.

This study examined the effects of outside directors and CEO duality on acquisition strategies and performance of Korean firms in high-technology industry. Based on the resource dependence theory, we focused on the service and resource-dependence roles from board of directors in the process of decision-making of acquisition strategies. In addition, CEO opportunism behavior rises when CEO serves as chairperson of board and induces the negative effects on acquisition performance. Specifically, we investigated the interaction effects between outside directors ratio and CEO duality. For the period of 2004 to 2012, 246 acquisitions of Korean firms in high-technology industry were analyzed to test our intended hypotheses. Our results indicate that there exist positive relationship between outside director ratio and acquisition performance for Korean high-technology firms. Negative associations prevail between CEO duality and performance consequences of acquisitions. While outside director ratio has a positive effect on acquisition performance when there is a presence of CEO duality, negative effect prevail for outside director ratio on acquisition performance in the absence of CEO duality position to hold our interaction hypothesis. The favor of dual structure can be explained with implications referring to unity of command and strong leadership driven from CEO duality that enhances the resource dependence roles of board of directors in the context of high-technology industry acquisition behaviors rendered by Korean firms.

Chemical composition, crystal structure, refractive index, specific gravity, color, and luster were studied fur pyrope-almandine series garnets. The main coloring agents determining the reddish or brownish garnets were also investigated. It was also examined if there is any relationship between mineralogical properties with respect to the various chemical compositions in the solid solution, in the hope to figure out the existing classification values of R.I. and S.G. using gem- testing facilities to distinguish pyrope from almadine. It was found that 17 out of the 24 specimens belong to pyrope and the rest almandine. R.I. of pyrope goes up to 1.77 and that of almandine is higher than the value.5.5. of pyrope reaches to 3.88 and that of almandine is greater than the value of pyrope. X-ray diffraction data revealed that pyrope-almandine garnets are isometric with space group Ia3d, and also show that the variation of cell parameters are not significant enough to parallel with the chemical compositions of the series. R.I. and S.G. increase with FeO content. Fe and Mn are most responsible to the red-purple and orange coloration of the specimens, respectively. Both zircon and rutile crystals are most common inclusions in the reddish stones.

The business environment that affects the management performance can be characterized by each Strategic Business Unit (SBU) since construction companies win overseas contracts due to the fairly good construction situations while experience a decline in the local housing market. Environmental changes can alter the strategic importance of the SBU when measuring the management performance. However, large construction companies apply BSC (Balanced Score Card) for collective calculation to determine the management performance, making it difficult to reflect the strategic importance of SBU. This method may create a distorted image of management performance that fails to take environmental changes into consideration, and as such it needs to be improved. Yet, there are no studies on the weight of each SBU considering environmental changes. Thus, the current study intends to analyze the weight of SBU for company-wide measurement of the performance of large construction companies. In addition, a model for analysis of SBU importance is proposed to respond to the constantly changing environmental situations and to modify the weight. For analysis of SBU weight, a questionnaire was conducted with 23 experts and hands-on workers, and the questionnaire result was quantitatively analyzed by applying the FD-AHP method. It is expected that the result will enable a model to be proposed to calculate the weight per division in a manner that reflects environmental changes and minimizes strategic distortion when measuring the management performance of large construction companies.
