The aim of this paper is to determine the replacement time of containerships in economical viewpoint. Especially, there was a lot of vagueness to the cost data for calculation of an economical life in a containership. For this, a fuzzy number used to express the vague nature about a cost data. This paper developed the fuzzy cost model using fuzzy numbers, and to analyze more practically than the existing cost model. And the proposal model used to decide the economical life about various kinds of containerships.

The accurate estimation of software development cost is important to a successful development in software engineering. Until recent days, the model using regression analysis based on statistical algorithm and machine learning method have been used. However, this paper estimates the software cost using support vector regression, a sort of machine learning technique. Also, it finds the best set of optimized parameters applying genetic algorithm. The proposed GA-SVR model outperform some recent results reported in the literature.

현재의 제조의 원가 절감 차원에서 물류비용에 대한 많은 관심을 가지고 있다. 하지만, 그에 대한 물류비용에 대한 정확한 추정에 대해서는 계산이 복잡할뿐더러 제품의 운송거리나제품의 무게 및 수량등 선형적인 값으로 나타내는 방법을 주로 사용하여 비용만을 예측할 뿐이다. 물류비용에 대한 세부적인 산출에 대한 연구보다는 전체적인 비용을 산출하는데 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔었다. 그리고 어느 특정 제품에 대한 물류비용에 대한 추정과 예측하는 연구에 대해서는 부족한 형편이다. 일반 기업에서는 하드웨어에서의 원가비용절감에 한계를 느끼고 물류에서의 비용을 절감을 위해 많은 연구가 이루어진 반면 군에서는 물류비용추정에 관해서는 연구가 많이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 군에서의 물류의 흐름에 맞는 물류 네트워크를 제안하고 물류 네트워크상에서의 비용 모델을 제시하여 군에서의 물류비용을 추정하였다. 그리고 이에 대한 분석과 함께 물류네트 워크상에서의 물류비용 절감을 위한 방법을 제시하였다.

This paper analyzes cost tradeoffs between memory usage and computation for window-based operators in data stream environments. It identifies generic operator network constructs, and sets up a cost model for the estimation of the expected memory reduction and the computation overheads when window memory relocations are applied to each operator network construct. This cost model helps to identify the utility of window memory relocations. It also helps to apply window memory relocation to improve a query execution plan to save memory usage. The proposed approach contributes to expand the scope of query processing and optimization in data stream environments. It also provides a basis to develop a cost estimation model for the query optimization using window memory relocations.

The objectives of this study are to develop more practical and efficient model concerned with airport charge, especially with aircraft landing charge. This study utilizes average pricing and marginal pricing theory as well as cost accounting theory. The average pricing method is useful to make total costs recovery possible in uncongested situation where the marginal costs are too low to recover the total costs of service. The utilization of cost accounting theory with marginal cost pricing theory would improve the practical applicability of the model. In addition, it is necessary to apply cost accounting information in order to estimate more exact cost for the service of landing and take-off of each aircraft type.

이 논문에서는 저장소에 독립적인 SPARQL-to-SQL변환 시스템 모델의 비용 평가를 수행한다. 시맨틱 웹이 발전하면서 이를 기술하기 위한 다양한 웹 온톨로지 언어들이 제안되었고 이를 저장 및 검색하기 위한 관계형 데이터베이스 기반의 저장소와 SPARQL과 같은 질의 언어가 개발되었다. SPARQL의 활용도가 높아짐에 따라 관계형 데이터베이스에 저장된 웹 온톨로지 데이터를 질의하기 위해서는 SPARQL을 SQL로 변환하기 위한 알고리즘이 필요하다. 그러나 기존에 제안된 변환 알고리즘들은 몇 가지 해결해야 할 문제점을 가지고 있는데 그 중 변환 알고리즘이 저장소에 종속적이라는 문제점 때문에 변환 알고리즘의 활용도가 떨어진다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 기존 논문에서는 저장소에 독립적으로 변환 알고리즘을 활용할 수 있는 시스템 모델을 제안하였으며 프로토타입을 구현하여 제안 모델을 통한 질의 결과의 정확성을 측정하였다. 또한, 저장소의 종속적인 모델과 독립적인 모델간의 정성적 평가를 통하여 저장소에 독립적인 모델이 여러 측면에서 활용도가 높다는 것을 평가하였다. 그러나 기존 논문에서는 제안한 시스템 모델에 대한 명확한 정량적 평가가 이루어지지 않았다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 비용 평가 모델을 정의하여 제안한 시스템 모델의 효율성을 정량적으로 평가한다.

제품의 생산비용을 산정하는 문제는 통합생산시스템의 설계 및 제품의 생산과 판매계획 수립에 매우 중요한 분야이다. 복잡한 제조시스템에서의 생산방법과 관련 재료 및 반제품의 조달등 복잡한 문제와 연관되므로 본 연구에서는 시뮬레이션방법을 이용하여 제품의 생산비용을 산정하였다. 이를 위하여 설비의 순기비용(LCC : Life Cycle Cost)과 설비의 고장, 정비 및 가용도 등 RAM을 고려한 생산제품의 비용을 산정하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 모델을 위한 전산프로그램을 개발하고 예제를 통하여 그 결과를 보였다.

This paper presents an interruption cost model of the feeder considering the local characteristics. KERI's survey results for the customers interruption cost are used through the research. Interruption cost of the feeder in a city is calculated in the ratio of customer's types. The customers consists of residencial, commercial, industrial and public type. The proposed method is applied to calculate interruption cost of the feeder in a small city and a metropolitan aria.

우리나라 산업단지의 수출경쟁력은 중국 등 주변 국가들의 원가에 상대적으로 취약하다. 수출경쟁력 차원에서 원가를 구성하는 항목들은 여러가지가 있겠으나, 원가절감이 가능한 항목은 그리 많지 않다. 본 연구에서는 국내 수출기업들의 수출경쟁력 향상을 위해 해상물류비용의 절감이 가능한 방안을 탐색하여 연구하였다. 특히 해외에서 소금과 같은 살화물을 수입하고 공선으로 나가 다시 수입하는 벌크선의 경우에는 국내에서 공선상태로 나가는 선박을 대상으로 컨테이너 적재가 가능한 겸용선으로 개조하여 운항시에 컨테이너로 수출하는 해상물류비용을 낮출 수 있다. 따라서 산업단지의 수출기업들이 이를 활용하면 해상물류비용을 획기적으로 낮출수 있으므로 수출경쟁력을 향상시킬수 있고, 이러한 절감방안 모델은 정부, 항만운영사업자, 수출기업 및 하역사업자 모두에게 도움이 되는 모델로 해상물류비용을 절감하기 위해 충분한 연구 가치가 있다.
