운송(transportation) 문제는 잘 알려져 있는 최적화 문제로 공급자인 생산지에서 소비자인 대리점으로 물건을 최소의 비용으로 운송시키는 문제이다. Coopr는 쉽고도 강력한 언어로 최근 각광받고 있는 파이썬 언어로 구현되었으며 최적화 모델의 해를 구할 수 있는 공용 소프트웨어 패키지이다. 본 논문에서는 몇몇 생산지에서 여러 대리점으로 물건을 운송시키는 최적화 문제를 Coopr의 한 부분인 pyomo를 이용하여 모델을 개발하고 최적화 해를 구할 수 있는 방법을 소개 한다.

최근 유선 및 무선통신의 응용서비스와 제공기반을 유기적으로 결합한 서비스를 이용하려는 욕구가 증가하고 있으며 제공 기능의 통합에 따른 단일 패키지 형태의 서비스 전개가 요구되고 있다. 이를 위해서는 유무선 통신망 자원의 공유 및 상호 의존도를 높여 통신망 상호간 재활용성 및 운용비용의 절감을 유도하는 통신망 구축의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 향후 2~3년 내에 보급이 활성화 될 것으로 예측되는 유무선 통합망을 케이블망에 적용했을 경우에 대해 분석해 본다.

집적회로에서 발생되는 열은 회로의 불안정한 동작을 야기하여 시스템의 기능을 저하시키므로 동작중인 집적회로를 일정온도 이하로 유지 할 수 있는 장치가 요구된다. 현재 사용되는 방열 시스템은 대부분이 크기가 큰 공냉식이며 Heat sink의 크기로 인해 수냉식의 방열 시스템 역시 그 크기가 칩의 크기보다 매우 크다. 본 논문에서는 드라이 필름 레지스터를 사용하여 짧은 제작 기간과 적은 비용으로 Master를 제작하였다. 이 Master를 사용한 Replication 공정을 이용하여 칩의 패키지내에 삽입될 수 있는 Polymer Heat Exchanger를 제작하였다.

A multi-regression model was developed to estimate the decommissioning cost for Kori unit 1 using foreign nuclear power plant (NPP) decommissioning cost data. First, the decommissioning cost data were collected for 13 boiling water reactors and 16 pressurized water reactors and converted into the values as of November 2019. Then, for the regression model, the decommissioning cost was chosen as the dependent variable, and two variables were selected as independent variables: a contamination factor that was designed to reflect the operational characteristics of the decommissioned NPP and the decommissioning period. A statistical package in the R language was used to derive the regression model. Finally, the regression model was applied to estimate the decommissioning cost for Kori unit 1. The estimated decommissioning cost for Kori unit 1 was 663.40~928.32 million US dollars (782,812~1,095,418 million Korean won).

The objective of this research is to explore a more precise forecasting method by applying Case-based Reasoning (CBR). The newly suggested method in this study enables project managers to forecast monthly expenditures with less time and effort by retrieving and referring only projects of a similar nature, while filtering out irrelevant cases included in database. For the purpose of accurate forecasting, 1) the choice of the numbers of referring projects and 2) the better selection among three levels ? which include a 20-work package level, a 7-major work package level, and a total sum level analysis, were investigated in detail. It is concluded that selecting similar projects at $12{\sim}19%$ out of the whole database will produce a more precise forecasting. The new forecasting model, which suggests the predicted values based on previous projects, is more than just a forecasting methodology; it provides a bridge that enables current data collection techniques to be used within the context of the accumulated information. This will eventually help all the participants in the construction industry to build up the knowledge derived from invaluable experience.

소프트웨어 유통방식이 기존의 소프트웨어 서비스는 일정 금액을 일시불로 지불하고 소프트웨어를 패키지 제품 형태로 구매해서 사용했으나 향후 소프트웨어 서비스는 개발된 어플리케이션을 온라인으로 서비스 하는 ASP방식에서 더 나아가서는 소프트웨어를 개하지 않고 재사용함으로써 개발비나 유지보수비가 요구되지 않는 월 단위로 라이센스 및 호스팅 비용만을 지불하며 서비스를 받는 SaaS(ASP)가 향후 세계 소프트웨어 유통 시장을 주도할 대표적인 소프트웨어 유통 모델로 자리를 잡아가는 트랜드로 전망되고 있다. 국내 SaaS[ASP] 시장 규모는 2005년 현재 1,891억원이며 , 2008년에는 2,916억원으로 예상되면, SaaS[ASP] 이용업체 수는 2006년 3/4분기 현재 699,088개 업체에서 2008년에는 972,387개 업체로 증가할 것으로 전망된다. 국내 SaaS[ASP] 이용업체 수가 증가하는 만큼 개별 기업체들의 정보화를 통한 생산성 향상과 비용절강을 통한 국가 경제전체의 부가가치 창출에 지대한 기여를 할 것으로 기대된다.

지리 정보와 속성 정보를 바탕으로 사용자에게 다양한 분석 기능을 제공하는 지리정보시스템은 많은 기능적인 향상과 사용자 인터페이스에서의 편리성을 제공하고 있다. 그러나, 초기의 지리정보 시스템 소프트웨어들은 패키지 형태로 제공되어 구축비용 및 다양한 사용자 요구 사항을 충족시키기에 많은 어려움을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는, OGC(Open GIS Consortium)의 개방형 지리정보시스템 서비스 아키텍쳐에 기반을 둔 지리정보시스템 서비스 컴포넌트의 설계 및 구현에 대하여 서술한다. 각 서비스 컴포넌트는 단위 기능을 컴포넌트 형태로 제공함으로써 구축비용 및 다양한 사양한 요구사항을 효율적으로 충족시킬 수 있다. 개발된 서비스 컴포넌트는 객체 지향형 모델링 툴인 UML(Unified Modeling Language)로 설계되었고, ATL/COM 과 C++ 환경에서 구축되었다. 이는 재사용성 뿐만 아니라 상호 운용성, 언어 독립성, 쉬운 개발환경 등을 제공한다.

In case of the service of the existing PC package game, the production cost and distribution cost is high, the illegal copies by Internet is widespread. To prevent, game production companies and distributors provide a GOD(Games On Demand) service that players download the game content by internet to play games. But, there is little research on current status of GOD service in the country. Therefore, in this paper, we define GOD service, analyse the structure of GOD service, describe domestic current status and research on the problem and solutions of GOD service. This paper gives useful information to companies providing GOD.

현재 사용자에게 제공되고 있는 지리정보시스템(GIS : Geometry Information Systems) 소프트웨어들은 패키지 형태로 제공되어 구축 비용 및 다양만 사용자 요구 사망을 충족시키기에 많은 어려움을 가지고 있다. 또한 개발된 결과물은 다른 분야로의 확장이나 재사용하기가 어렵게 되어 있다. 본 논문에서는, OGC(Open GIS COnsortium) 의 개방형 지리정보 시스템서비스 아키텍쳐에 기반을 둔 지리정보시스템 서비스 컨포넌트의 설계 및 구현에 대하여 서술한다. 각 서비스 컴포넌트는 단위 기능을 컴포넌트 형태로 제공함으로써 구축 비용 및 다양한 사양한 요구사항을 효율적으로 충족시킬 수 있다. 또한 컴포넌트 소프트웨어의 특징인 재사용성을 충족하므로 향후 유지보수나 기능확장에 많은 장점을 가질 수 있다.
