다세대 확산모형을 활용한 기업용 전용선 서비스 시장 수요예측

  • 본 연구는 현재 정부의 규제완화 및 다양한 대체서비스의 등장으로 인해 점차 시장내 경쟁이 심화되어 가고 있는 기업용 전용선 서비스 시장에 있어 향후 경쟁상황이 어떻게 진행될지에 대한 연구를 통하여 이에 속한 기업들의 향후 시장전략을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 향후 경쟁상황을 예측하는데 있어 본 연구에서는 사용하는 방법론으로 첫째, 기업용 전용선 서비스 시장의 전체 수요예측을 우선적으로 실시한 후 둘째, 전체 시장의 수요를 바탕으로 이에 속하는 개별 서비스간의 경쟁관계와 대체관계에 의한 개별 서비스 수요를 예측하게 된다. 이상과 같은 서비스간의 수요를 도출함으로써 시장내 경쟁상황과 경쟁정도를 파악하게 된다. 현재 기업용 전용선 서비스 시장의 경우 가장 큰 특징이 바로 신규 대체 서비스들의 등장이고, 이들 서비스에 의해 전체 시장규모가 얼마나 성장할 것인지, 전체 시장에서 개별 서비스들의 기여도는 어느 정도가 되는지가 최대 관심사이다. 이에 대한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 신규 대체 서비스가 시장에 진입하였을 때 파급효과가 얼마나 되는지를 추정하여 수요를 예측하였다. 이에 대한 추정결과 연구대상으로 하고 있는 전용회선서비스, 프레임릴레이서비스, 가상사설망서비스에서 전용회선서비스에 대한 타 유사서비스들의 영향력은 그리 크지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 이에 반해 가상사설망서비스는 프레임릴레이서비스를 대체하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 연구 결과를 통해 사업자들은 향후 시장경쟁 상황을 예측할 수 있기 때문에 이에 대해 적절한 사업전략을 수립하는데 큰 도움을 얻게 되리라 기대한다.적 분할납품 전략 적용 수요지로 선택하고 사이버 거래를 통해 생성된 물류가 부분적 분할납품 전략 적용 수요지에 분배되게 함으로써 각 분배 센타의 재고 완충역할을 수행하게 한다. 이에 따라 안전 재고 및 역 배송을 최소화 할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 미 출고로 인한 손실을 최소화하며 고객의 서비스를 일정하게 유지시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.증진, 페기물 발생 억제 분야에 상당한 성공을 거두었으며, 지금도 지속적으로 유지 관리 및 미비한 부분(CAER, 등)의 향상에 노력하고 있다.   • The purpose of this study is to identify economic benefits for analyzing the future port and propose an appropriate estimation model. This research has conducted the empirical analysis in order to examine the developed research model. First of all, several existing economic benefits are reviewed and the list of benefits, are able to quantify and characterizable, is selected for the next step. We test the application possibility of the proposed model applying for the three suggestions(AS/RS, OSS, Sky Rail) which are based on "Development of Smart Green Container Terminal Technology." The results of this paper are as follows: Firstly, all of the alternatives are proved economic validation because the values of B/C analysis are over 1.0. Secondly, sensitive analysis is attempted to test unforeseeable circumstances based on the cost increases. The result of the test is identified economic validation as well. Lastly, we convince that the proposed research model in this study is particularly applicable to future container terminal so-called "eco-friendly and fully automated container terminal with high productivity."

  • The current traffic accident reduction procedure in economic feasibility study does not consider the characteristics of road and V/C ratio. For solving this problem, this paper suggests methods to be able to evaluate safety of each road in construction and improvement through developing accident Prediction model in reflecting V/C ratio Per road types and traffic characters. In this paper as primary process, model is made by tke object of urban roads. Most of all, factor effecting on accident relying on road types is selected. At this point, selecting criteria chooses data obtained from road planning procedure, traffic volume, existence or non-existence of median barrier, and the number of crossing point, of connecting road. and of traffic signals. As a result of analyzing between each factor and accident. all appear to have relatives at a significant level of statistics. In this research, models are classified as 4-categorized classes according to roads and V/C ratio and each of models draws accident predicting model through Poisson regression along with verifying real situation data. The results of verifying models come out relatively satisfactory estimation against real traffic data. In this paper, traffic accident prediction is possible caused by road's physical characters by developing accident predicting model per road types resulted in V/C ratio and this result is inferred to be used on predicting accident cost when road construction and improvement are performed. Because data using this paper are limited in only province of Jeollabuk-Do, this paper has a limitation of revealing standards of all regions (nation).

A Study on Public Interest-based Technology Valuation Models in Water Resources Field (수자원 분야 공익형 기술가치평가 시스템에 대한 연구)

  • Recently, as economic property it has become necessary to acquire and utilize the framework for water resource measurement and performance management as the property of water resources changes to hold "public property". To date, the evaluation of water technology has been carried out by feasibility study analysis or technology assessment based on net present value (NPV) or benefit-to-cost (B/C) effect, however it is not yet systemized in terms of valuation models to objectively assess an economic value of technology-based business to receive diffusion and feedback of research outcomes. Therefore, K-water (known as a government-supported public company in Korea) company feels the necessity to establish a technology valuation framework suitable for technical characteristics of water resources fields in charge and verify an exemplified case applied to the technology. The K-water evaluation technology applied to this study, as a public interest goods, can be used as a tool to measure the value and achievement contributed to society and to manage them. Therefore, by calculating the value in which the subject technology contributed to the entire society as a public resource, we make use of it as a basis information for the advertising medium of performance on the influence effect of the benefits or the necessity of cost input, and then secure the legitimacy for large-scale R&D cost input in terms of the characteristics of public technology. Hence, K-water company, one of the public corporation in Korea which deals with public goods of 'water resources', will be able to establish a commercialization strategy for business operation and prepare for a basis for the performance calculation of input R&D cost. In this study, K-water has developed a web-based technology valuation model for public interest type water resources based on the technology evaluation system that is suitable for the characteristics of a technology in water resources fields. In particular, by utilizing the evaluation methodology of the Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) in Japan to match the expense items to the expense accounts based on the related benefit items, we proposed the so-called 'K-water's proprietary model' which involves the 'cost-benefit' approach and the FCF (Free Cash Flow), and ultimately led to build a pipeline on the K-water research performance management system and then verify the practical case of a technology related to "desalination". We analyze the embedded design logic and evaluation process of web-based valuation system that reflects characteristics of water resources technology, reference information and database(D/B)-associated logic for each model to calculate public interest-based and profit-based technology values in technology integrated management system. We review the hybrid evaluation module that reflects the quantitative index of the qualitative evaluation indices reflecting the unique characteristics of water resources and the visualized user-interface (UI) of the actual web-based evaluation, which both are appended for calculating the business value based on financial data to the existing web-based technology valuation systems in other fields. K-water's technology valuation model is evaluated by distinguishing between public-interest type and profitable-type water technology. First, evaluation modules in profit-type technology valuation model are designed based on 'profitability of technology'. For example, the technology inventory K-water holds has a number of profit-oriented technologies such as water treatment membranes. On the other hand, the public interest-type technology valuation is designed to evaluate the public-interest oriented technology such as the dam, which reflects the characteristics of public benefits and costs. In order to examine the appropriateness of the cost-benefit based public utility valuation model (i.e. K-water specific technology valuation model) presented in this study, we applied to practical cases from calculation of benefit-to-cost analysis on water resource technology with 20 years of lifetime. In future we will additionally conduct verifying the K-water public utility-based valuation model by each business model which reflects various business environmental characteristics.

  • This paper examines the situation and tasks of UK rail privatization, especially focusing on after the Hatfield rail accident. Earlier research which focused on the UK's Privatization had little knowledge of the explanations for recent changes. Moreover they had difficulty making a direct comparison between national rail and the privatized rail. Therefore we aye left without a good explanation which has a comprehensive perspective. I attempt to show the change in the rail privatization Process and its outcome, focusing on after the Hatfield rail accident. This Paper argues that the UK's vail privatization process has a regulatory framework which is too complicated with overlapping responsibilities that brought about inefficiency, increasing costs and a superficial safety regime. Especially the planning of rail and infrastructure maintenance did not come to play an appropriate role. However after 2000, the government took charge of setting the strategy for railways, and the Office of Rail Regulation covered safety performance and cost. explain that these changes present a good opportunity to solve the problem of passing the buck for poor performance. Through the analysis, I find that the passenger rail network is well-suited to deliver long distance business and commuters and that the subsidy from the government is decreasing. However, performance, for example punctuality and reliability. should be improved. Especially the Hatfield rail accident caused a reduction in the satisfaction of passengers. In future. the problems of rising costs and monopoly franchise system should be addressed.

An Efficient Estimation of Place Brand Image Power Based on Text Mining Technology (텍스트마이닝 기반의 효율적인 장소 브랜드 이미지 강도 측정 방법)

  • Location branding is a very important income making activity, by giving special meanings to a specific location while producing identity and communal value which are based around the understanding of a place's location branding concept methodology. Many other areas, such as marketing, architecture, and city construction, exert an influence creating an impressive brand image. A place brand which shows great recognition to both native people of S. Korea and foreigners creates significant economic effects. There has been research on creating a strategically and detailed place brand image, and the representative research has been carried out by Anholt who surveyed two million people from 50 different countries. However, the investigation, including survey research, required a great deal of effort from the workforce and required significant expense. As a result, there is a need to make more affordable, objective and effective research methods. The purpose of this paper is to find a way to measure the intensity of the image of the brand objective and at a low cost through text mining purposes. The proposed method extracts the keyword and the factors constructing the location brand image from the related web documents. In this way, we can measure the brand image intensity of the specific location. The performance of the proposed methodology was verified through comparison with Anholt's 50 city image consistency index ranking around the world. Four methods are applied to the test. First, RNADOM method artificially ranks the cities included in the experiment. HUMAN method firstly makes a questionnaire and selects 9 volunteers who are well acquainted with brand management and at the same time cities to evaluate. Then they are requested to rank the cities and compared with the Anholt's evaluation results. TM method applies the proposed method to evaluate the cities with all evaluation criteria. TM-LEARN, which is the extended method of TM, selects significant evaluation items from the items in every criterion. Then the method evaluates the cities with all selected evaluation criteria. RMSE is used to as a metric to compare the evaluation results. Experimental results suggested by this paper's methodology are as follows: Firstly, compared to the evaluation method that targets ordinary people, this method appeared to be more accurate. Secondly, compared to the traditional survey method, the time and the cost are much less because in this research we used automated means. Thirdly, this proposed methodology is very timely because it can be evaluated from time to time. Fourthly, compared to Anholt's method which evaluated only for an already specified city, this proposed methodology is applicable to any location. Finally, this proposed methodology has a relatively high objectivity because our research was conducted based on open source data. As a result, our city image evaluation text mining approach has found validity in terms of accuracy, cost-effectiveness, timeliness, scalability, and reliability. The proposed method provides managers with clear guidelines regarding brand management in public and private sectors. As public sectors such as local officers, the proposed method could be used to formulate strategies and enhance the image of their places in an efficient manner. Rather than conducting heavy questionnaires, the local officers could monitor the current place image very shortly a priori, than may make decisions to go over the formal place image test only if the evaluation results from the proposed method are not ordinary no matter what the results indicate opportunity or threat to the place. Moreover, with co-using the morphological analysis, extracting meaningful facets of place brand from text, sentiment analysis and more with the proposed method, marketing strategy planners or civil engineering professionals may obtain deeper and more abundant insights for better place rand images. In the future, a prototype system will be implemented to show the feasibility of the idea proposed in this paper.

Analyzing Contextual Polarity of Unstructured Data for Measuring Subjective Well-Being (주관적 웰빙 상태 측정을 위한 비정형 데이터의 상황기반 긍부정성 분석 방법)

  • Measuring an individual's subjective wellbeing in an accurate, unobtrusive, and cost-effective manner is a core success factor of the wellbeing support system, which is a type of medical IT service. However, measurements with a self-report questionnaire and wearable sensors are cost-intensive and obtrusive when the wellbeing support system should be running in real-time, despite being very accurate. Recently, reasoning the state of subjective wellbeing with conventional sentiment analysis and unstructured data has been proposed as an alternative to resolve the drawbacks of the self-report questionnaire and wearable sensors. However, this approach does not consider contextual polarity, which results in lower measurement accuracy. Moreover, there is no sentimental word net or ontology for the subjective wellbeing area. Hence, this paper proposes a method to extract keywords and their contextual polarity representing the subjective wellbeing state from the unstructured text in online websites in order to improve the reasoning accuracy of the sentiment analysis. The proposed method is as follows. First, a set of general sentimental words is proposed. SentiWordNet was adopted; this is the most widely used dictionary and contains about 100,000 words such as nouns, verbs, adjectives, and adverbs with polarities from -1.0 (extremely negative) to 1.0 (extremely positive). Second, corpora on subjective wellbeing (SWB corpora) were obtained by crawling online text. A survey was conducted to prepare a learning dataset that includes an individual's opinion and the level of self-report wellness, such as stress and depression. The participants were asked to respond with their feelings about online news on two topics. Next, three data sources were extracted from the SWB corpora: demographic information, psychographic information, and the structural characteristics of the text (e.g., the number of words used in the text, simple statistics on the special characters used). These were considered to adjust the level of a specific SWB. Finally, a set of reasoning rules was generated for each wellbeing factor to estimate the SWB of an individual based on the text written by the individual. The experimental results suggested that using contextual polarity for each SWB factor (e.g., stress, depression) significantly improved the estimation accuracy compared to conventional sentiment analysis methods incorporating SentiWordNet. Even though literature is available on Korean sentiment analysis, such studies only used only a limited set of sentimental words. Due to the small number of words, many sentences are overlooked and ignored when estimating the level of sentiment. However, the proposed method can identify multiple sentiment-neutral words as sentiment words in the context of a specific SWB factor. The results also suggest that a specific type of senti-word dictionary containing contextual polarity needs to be constructed along with a dictionary based on common sense such as SenticNet. These efforts will enrich and enlarge the application area of sentic computing. The study is helpful to practitioners and managers of wellness services in that a couple of characteristics of unstructured text have been identified for improving SWB. Consistent with the literature, the results showed that the gender and age affect the SWB state when the individual is exposed to an identical queue from the online text. In addition, the length of the textual response and usage pattern of special characters were found to indicate the individual's SWB. These imply that better SWB measurement should involve collecting the textual structure and the individual's demographic conditions. In the future, the proposed method should be improved by automated identification of the contextual polarity in order to enlarge the vocabulary in a cost-effective manner.

Development of a System Dynamics Model to Support the Decision Making Processes in the Operation and Management of Water Supply Systems (상수도 시스템의 운영 및 유지관리 의사결정 지원을 위한 시스템다이내믹스 모형의 개발)

  • In this paper the feedback loop mechanisms that are inherent in the management of water supply systems were identified based on the system dynamics modeling methodology. As a result, a system dynamics (SD) computer simulation model that can be used to aid efficient management of water supply systems was developed. The developed SD model can be used to predict operating conditions of water supply systems including the effects of pipe maintenance on the entire system. The developed model is consisted of water supply, pipe maintenance and water supply business finance model. The operation and maintenance data from a study water supply system were used to verify the model and to predict the past and future operating conditions of the system. The policy leverage that greatly affects the operating condition was evaluated by the sensitivity analyses for the operational indices due to changes in the exogenous variables. It was found that while the pipe maintenance related exogenous variables had great effects on the leakage and conditions of pipes, they did not have great effects on the major operational indices such as revenue water ratio. It is considered that the social costs due to leaks and pipe breaks and the corresponding mechanism of propagation of the costs must be modeled to better evaluate the effects of pipe maintenance on the operational conditions of water supply systems.

소비효율성 개념을 이용한 혁신의 이해

  • 다양한 제품들이 존재하는 시장에는 타 제품에 비하여 품질대비 가격이 낮은 혁신적인 경쟁력있는 제품과 그렇지 못한 제품들이 혼재하고 있다. 그러나 정보의 부족(limited information), 제한적 합리성(bounded rationality) 등 여러 가지 원인으로 인하여 혁신적인 제품들만이 소비자들에게 선택되어 소비되는 것은 아니다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 현상을 설명하기 위하여 소비효율성(consumption efficiency)라는 개념을 도입, 제시하고자 한다. 만약 소비효율성이 극도로 낮다면 혁신적인 제품을 내어놓는다 하더라도 소비자들에게 선택되어 이윤이 발생될 확률이 낮기 때문에 생산자 입장에서는 혁신의 유인(innovation incentive)이 낮아질 수밖에 없게 된다. 이처럼 소비효율성의 문제는 혁신의 유인과 결과를 이해하는데 중요한 단초를 제공할 수 있게 된다. 이에 반하여 혁신을 이해하기 위한 기존의 분석틀은 생산경제이론(production economics)에 기반하고 있고, 효율성의 개념도 생산효율성(production efficiency) 혹은 기술적 효율성(technical efficiency)의 범주에서 다루어져 왔다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 소비효율성의 개념은 효용이론에 근거하고 있다는 점에서 기존 연구와 차별화된다. 본 연구는 효용함수 극대화이론에서 출발하여 경계헤도닉함수(frontier hedomic function)을 도출하는 이론적 유도과정을 제시한다. 실증분석을 위해서는 SFA(Stochastic Frontier Analysis)의 방법론 체계를 적용하였다. 제시된 분석틀은 국내 PC산업의 데이터에 적용되었다. 분석의 결과 몇 가지 가정하에 국내 PC산업이 약 13%정도의 비효율성을 안고 있는 것으로 판단할 수 있으며, 초기혁신구매자(early adopter)들은 일정 정도의 비효율성을 기꺼이 감수할 것으로 분석되었다. 궤적 분석에서는 각 산업별 기술의 특성을 분석하는 것으로, 특정 기술 지식의 활용 기간을 통해 기술 주기를 도출하고, 산업 내 평균 권리 청구 항목 수를 이용하여 각 산업의 기술 범위를 비교하였다. 각각의 동적 분석을 통해 시간에 따른 변화 양상이 관찰하였고, ANOVA 분석을 이용하여 통계적 유의성을 검증하였다. 본 연구는 현재의 기술 패러다임 내에서 Pavitt이 제시한 산업 분류의 근거를 보충 설명하였고 특허 정보를 이용하여 기술혁신의 산업별 유형에 대한 폭넓은 분석방법을 제시하였다.별 시간대별 효과분석을 통하여 정책의 시행여부가 결정되어야 할 것이다. 한편, 화물전용차선의 설치로 인한 물류비용의 절감을 보다 효과적으로 달성하기 위해서는 종합류류 전산망의 시급한 구축과 함께 화물차의 적재율을 높이고 공차율을 낮출 수 있는 운송체계의 수립이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 그라나 이러한 화물전용차선의 효과는 단기적인 치유책일 수밖에 없기 때문에 물류유통 시설의 확충을 위한 사회간접자본의 구축을 서둘러 시행하여야 할 것이다.으로 처리한 Machine oil, Phenthoate EC 및 Trichlorfon WP는 비교적 약효가 낮았다.>$^{\circ}$E/$\leq$30$^{\circ}$NW 단열군이 연구지역 내에서 지하수 유동성이 가장 높은 단열군으로 추정된다. 이러한 사실은 3개 시추공을 대상으로 실시한 시추공 내 물리검층과 정압주입시험에서도 확인된다..   • 우리나라는 최근에 IMF 에 재정적 지원을 요청하는 상황이 계기가 되어 국가경쟁력과 삶의 질 측면에 상당한 관심을 가지게 되었다. 이러한 환경변화는 사회저변에 효율성을 강조하는 풍토를 확산시키고, 위기상황의 재발방지를 위해 그 원인을 분석하고 대안을 마련하는 등 사회 전반적으로 각고의 노력을 촉발시키게 하는 계기가 되었다. 이러한 논의들 중에 눈에 띄는 한가지는 과학과 기술사이의 관계에 관한 논쟁인데, 최근에 활발히 논의되고 있는 과학과 기술사이의 연계는 미국을 중심으로 많은 연구가 진행되고 있으며, 이러한 연구들은 대체적으로 과학과 기술사이에는 상당한 정도의 상관관계가 있고, 이 둘 사이는 서로 상호작용하면서 경제성장을 이끄는 역할을 한다고 주장하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 논의들을 국내에 적용시킴으로써 해외의 사례가 우리에게 시사점이 될 수 있는지 체계적으로 분석하려고 시도하였다. 과학과 기술사이의 연관성을 알아보기 위하여, 과학의 연구성과를 대변하는 대용치로 SCI논문을 사용하였고, 이러한 연구성과가 얼마만큼 사회에 파급되어 산업화 또는 상업화되었는지를 측정하기 위해 특허출원수를 추출하여, 연구의 목적에 맞게 modify 하는 과정을 거쳤으며, 추세분석과, 상관관계분석 그리고 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구는 실증분석을 통하여, 과학과 기술사이에는 일부 소수의 영역을 제외하고 매우 높은 상관관계가 있음을 발견하였고, 우리나라의 주력산업이었던 기계분야의 쇠퇴를 실증적으로 확인 할 수 있었으며, 정부의 적극적인 지원아래 폭발적으로 성장하였던 IT분야의 증가추세를 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국가경쟁력의 근간이 되는 연구개발부문에 경제논리를 배제하는 지속적인 투자를 제언함으로써, 국가경쟁력 제고와 삶의 질 향상이라는 두 마리 토끼를 잡을 수 있는 방안은 과학과 기술의 유기적인 연계에 있음을 밝히고 있다. 건설을 위한 정책적 시사점과 동북아 연구개발정보 Portal 및 APEC APGrid 연구망 등의 구체적인 정보인프라 구축방안을 도출하였다.술 주기를 도출하고, 산업 내 평균 권리 청구 항목 수를 이용하여 각 산업의 기술 범위를 비교하였다. 각각의 동적 분석을 통해 시간에 따른 변화 양상이 관찰하였고, ANOVA 분석을 이용하여 통계적 유의성을 검증하였다. 본 연구는 현재의 기술 패러다임 내에서 Pavitt이 제시한 산업 분류의 근거를 보충 설명하였고 특허 정보를 이용하여 기술혁신의 산업별 유형에 대한 폭넓은 분석방법을 제시하였다.별 시간대별 효과분석을 통하여 정책의 시행여부가 결정되어야 할 것이다. 한편, 화물전용차선의 설치로 인한 물류비용의 절감을 보다 효과적으로 달성하기 위해서는 종합류류 전산망의 시급한 구축과 함께 화물차의 적재율을 높이고 공차율을 낮출 수 있는 운송체계의 수립이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 그라나 이러한 화물전용차선의 효과는 단기적인 치유책일 수밖에 없기 때문에 물류유통 시설의 확충을 위한 사회간접자본의 구축을 서둘러 시행하여야 할 것이다.으로 처리한 Machine oil, Phenthoate EC 및 Trichlorfon WP는 비교적 약효가 낮았다.>$^{\circ}$E/$\leq$30$^{\circ}$NW 단열군이 연구지역 내에서 지하수 유동성이 가장 높은 단열군으로 추정된다. 이러한 사실은 3개 시추공을 대상으로 실시한 시추공 내 물리검층과 정압주입시험에서도 확인된다..
