In HANARO, a multi-purpose research reactor of 30 MWth, the emergency water supply system consists essentially of an emergency water storage tank located in the level of about thirteen meter (13 m) above the reactor core, a three inch ('3\%') diameter water injection pipe line including injection valves from the tank to the reactor cooling inlet pipe and a test loop to do periodic system performance test. When the water level of the reactor pool comes down to the extremely low due to a loss of reactor pool water accident the emergency water stored in the tank should be fed to the core by the gravity force and at that time the design flow rate is eleven point four kilogram per second (11.4 kg/s). But it is impossible periodically to measure the injection flow rate under the emergency condition because the normal water level should be maintained during the reactor operation. This paper describes a flow network analysis to simulate the flow rate under the emergency condition. As results, it was confirmed through the analysis results that the calculated flow rate agrees with the design requirement under the emergency condition.

CANDU-6형 원자력발전소인 월성 2,3,4호기 비상급수계통의 성능을 평가하기 위하여 설계기능 수행과 관련된 변수로서 격납건물내 집수조(sump) 온도와 열수송계통으로 주입되는 냉각재온도를 사용한 분석을 수행하였다. 이 온도들은 NTU(Number of Transfer Unit)방법을 이용한 비상노심 냉각계통 열교환기의 열전달속도와 열전달계수의 해석을 열평형관계식과 함께 조합한 프로그램을 사용하여 계산하였다. 또한 증기발생기 급수량과 추후 수조에 공급되는 보충수에 대한 설계요건을 검토하였다. 이러한 변수와 설계요건은 비상급수계통이 발전소 정상 열제거기능 상실후 노심의 붕괴열제거에 유효한 열침원으로서의 기능을 수행함을 보여 주었다. 또 격납건물의 건전성 유지와 관련된 집수조내 최고온도가 허용치 이하로 유지되었다.

A stock valuation on the tax law is based on the valuation by market price. But, unlike the listed stocks, the unlisted stocks mostly have the unclear market price. Accordingly, it is necessary to calculate the fair value which corresponds to the market price. The purpose of this paper is to examine the appropriateness of the complementary valuation method in the Inheritance Tax and Gift Tax Act and to provide suggestions for improvement. This study is intended to provide the problems and solutions relating to the valuation of unlisted stocks through analysis of foreign legal systems and actual disputes. When the actual profit/loss data are used to calculate the net profit/loss value on the present regulations, it has the different weight on the latest 3 years' net profits and losses uniformly. Therefore, to extend the range of unlisted stocks valuation and to show the independent and high professionalism of appraisal council not the subsidy appraisal agency of the National Tax Service, it is necessary to change the current rule that the commissioner of the National Tax Service unilaterally appoints the private members into the method of public offering.
