In July of last year, the Korean version of the New Deal National Report Conference was held in the presence of the President, and the "Korean version of the New Deal Comprehensive Plan" was announced as its core strategy. In the field of education, the "Green Smart Future School" project has been included as one of the top 10 Korean New Deal projects. And last year, due to the spread of non-face-to-face classes due to COVID-19, the demand for ICT technology in front-line education sites rapidly increased. Therefore, In this paper, we examine the problems of the wireless network and wired infrastructure of the classroom in the past, and design wired network infrastructure and wireless network equipment for green smart classrooms with high-speed wireless networks that can be used for non-face-to-face and face-to-face classes, and build them in actual classrooms. An example for the following was presented.

As the non-face-to-face economic situation developed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, untact stock groups appeared in the stock market. This study proposed the Korea COVID-19 fear index following the spread of infectious diseases in the COVID-19 pandemic situation and analyzed the influence on the untact stock and contact stock returns. The results of the empirical analysis are as follows. First, as a result of the Granger causality analysis using the Korea COVID-19 fear index, significant causality was found in the return of contact stocks such as Korean Air, Hana Tour, CJ CGV, and Paradise. Second, as a result of stock price prediction based on the LSTM model, Kakao, Korean Air, and Naver's prediction performance was high. Third, the investment performances of the Alexander filter entry rule using the predicted stock price were high in Naver futures and Kakao futures. This study can find a difference from previous studies in that it analyzed the influence of the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic on untact and contact stocks in the COVID-19 situation where the non-face-to-face economy is in full swing.

The purpose of this study was to explore a support model for domestic ICT companies to advance into overseas markets suitable for the post-corona era along with the rapidly changing global economic situation. As a result of the analysis, first, by analyzing the internationalization cases of domestic ICT companies through the realization theory, in the COVID-19 situation, domestic ICT companies organically respond to crisis situations through ad hoc responses, use of international networks, use of external organizations, and resource-based practices. Through qualitative analysis, we were able to confirm that we are growing overseas while achieving our goals. In addition, strategies for domestic ICT companies to grow through internationalization were derived. Ultimately, it was interpreted as a part that required advancement of government policy according to the government's overseas expansion support system.

We analyzed efficiency and productivity of the Indian non-life insurance market affected by the COVID-19 pandemic from 2020. Using data envelopment analysis(DEA), we examined non-life insurance companies selling health insurance products in India from FY2013 to FY2019. We found the followings. First, average efficiency of the entire non-life insurance industry worsened in the beginning yet improved later. Second, analyzing the efficiency measures by group, we found that private insurance companies had the highest efficiency, followed by state-run insurance companies and pure health insurance companies. Third, average annual productivity growth rate of companies operating distance selling channels including telemarketing is higher than that of traditional face-to-face channels. During and after the COVID-19 pandemic, therefore, Indian non-life insurance companies should focus their resources and efforts on the development of distance selling channels when establishing business strategies. Besides, it would be interesting to extend our analysis to the post-coronavirus period and we leave this for future research.

This study a secondary data analysis study attempted to identify the factors influencing the successful aging of the elderly in Korea. Using the data of the 7th Aging Research Panel in 2018, 4,106 people over 65 years of age who had at least one non-living child and no missing values in the study variables were enrolled. Data were analyzed by frequency analysis, crossover analysis, independent sample t-test, and binary logistic regression analysis. The results of this study revealed that the factors affecting successful aging among elderly included age, the presence or absence of a spouse, education level, housing type, subjective health, exercise, alcohol drinking, and non-face-to-face contact frequency with non-cohabiting children, and the explanatory power of the variables was 24.1%. In order for the elderly to achieve successful aging, centering on child ties, the frequency of non-face-to-face contact, which can comfort the elderly's life and increase the satisfaction of life in a continuous relationship, is more important than having children live close and meet frequently. Based on this study, various strategies are needed for the successful aging of elderly people who are socially isolated due to concerns about COVID-19 infection.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of learning flow, problem solving ability, professor-student interaction of academic achievement in nursing students. Data were collected from 274 nursing students in B city and analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and hierarchial multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 22.0. The degree of academic achievement in nursing students was 3.70±0.70. There were significant differences in academic achievement with grade(F=4.755, p=.003), campus life satisfaction(F=5.643, p=.004), major satisfaction(t=5.794, p=.003), adapting to COVID-19(F=7.961, p<.001), satisfaction to non-face-to-face environment class(F=18.353, p<.001). There was positive correlation between academic achievement and learning flow(r=.649, p<.001), problem solving ability(r=.333, p<.001), professor-student interaction(r=.479, p<.001). The factors affecting academic achievement of the study subjects were learning flow(β=.563, p<.001), professor-student interaction(β=.280, p<.001), with an explanatory power of 52.0%. Therefore, strategies increase the academic achievement of nursing students in untact lecture, and environment improvement to increase learning flow and professor-student interaction are needed.

최근 구축된 정보통신인프라를 이용한 금융수단이 보편화됨에 따라 금융인프라 역시 과거 ATM단말기나 FEDI 수준을 넘어서 급속히 본격화되고 있으며, 2000년대 이후 전자결제의 이용이 상당부분 보편화되고 있다. 이미 우리나라의 경우에도 전자화폐의 사용이 도입초기를 넘어서 상당부분 보편화 단계로 접어들고 있으며, 상법의 개정과 전자금융거래법의 신규제정 등 다양한 법적 기반 역시 어느 정도 정착단계에 정착되고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 비대면의 거래에서 발생할 수 있는 각종 문제점이 완벽하게 해결되었다고 보기는 어렵다. 이에 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 전자화폐 활용 현황 살펴보고 일본, 싱가포르의 최근 현황을 주요국의 선진사례로서 살펴본다. 이러한 선진국의 사례가 주는 시사점을 검토하고 이를 통하여 우리나라의 전자화폐 활용상의 활성화에 장애가 되는 요인을 규명함으로써 활성화 전략을 모색해 본다. 그리고 이와 함께 최근 야기되고 있는 각종 법적 문제점을 규명하고 대안을 발굴하는 방안도 함께 모색해 본다.

국내 전자서명법의 제정 및 시행은 21세기 새 천년을 준비하는 시점에서 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 전자적 거래가 활성화되고 있는 현재 시점은 기존의 대면 방식의 거래 문화가 컴퓨터 네트워크나 기타 통신망을 통한 비대면 방식의 거래 문화로 자리잡아 가고 있는 중요한 시점이다. 전자서명법의 시행을 통한 전자서명 인증관리체계의 구축, 전자서명 인증관리센터의 구축, 운영, 공인인증기관의 지정, 운영 등은 전자적 거래 활성화 및 전자정부 구현에 근간이 되는 국가 공개키 기반구조 구축이라는 기술적 기반을 갖추었다는데 그 의의가 있다. 전자서명 인증관리체계의 구축은 궁극적으로 전자적 거래 활성화를 도모함과 동시에 국내 전자상거래 시장을 외국 기업의 독점적 선점으로부터 보호할 수 있는 부가적 효과도 가질 수 있다.

Distance learning has become an efficient tool and is being widely used at work and in school. This research presents the results of a project-oriented entrepreneurship course taught both in classroom and online for a period of 3 years before and after the pandemic caused by COVID-19. Despite the various challenges, the outcome demonstrated that the students were able to attain required knowledge and capabilities in the online learning environment. As such, this paper discusses effective ways to blend in distance learning components so that both instructors and students can benefit from Internet-based education technologies. In the future, both face-to-face and virtual project work and study are likely to get integrated into a 'hyflex' class, which is flexible, on-offline education.
