Development and application of DMA monitoring system to reduce water losses in water supply network (상수도 관망의 유수율 향상을 위한 블록감시제어시스템 구축 및 활용에 관한 연구)

  • This study proposes the DMA(District Metered Area) operation technologies to reduce water losses in water supply network, such as development of DMA control and monitoring system and analysis method of DMA water flow and pressure analysis. DMA boundary analysis and control and monitoring systems of J city was studied in advance, and some problems to be improved was presented. Water losses analysis program was developed to assess the effects of this study.

  • Informatics curriculum revised 2015 proposed the use of block type and text type of programming language by organizing problem solving and the programming unit in a spiral. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the algorithms helps programming learning and whether there is a positive transition effect in block type programming learning to text type programming trailing learning. For 15 elementary school students was conducted block type and text type programming learning. As a result of the research, it is confirmed that writing the algorithm in a limited way can interfere with the learner's expression of thinking, but the block type programming learning has a positive transition to the text type programming learning. This study is meaningful that it suggested a plan for the programming education which is sequential from elementary school.

  • In this study, embodied supervisory system that apply motion detection technique to small web camera and detects watch picture. Motion detection technique that use pixel value of car image that use in existing need memory to store background image. Also, there is sensitive shortcoming at increase of execution time by data process of pixel unit and noise. Suggested technique that compare extracting motion information by block unit to do to have complexion that solve this shortcoming and is strong at noise. Because motion information by block compares block characteristic value of image without need frame memory, store characteristic cost by block of image. Also, can get effect that reduce influence about noise and is less sensitive to flicker etc.. of camera more than motion detection that use pixel value in process that find characteristic value by block unit.

  • In shipping logistics, despite the fact that it has promoted the information processing process, the use of the document exchange mechanism has caused a problem of increasing the cost and lead time. In recent years, various types of projects are in progress in preparation for full-scale introduction of a blockchain technology capable of solving the document exchange mechanism in the shipping industry, In near future, by expanding the practical application scope, it is aiming to increase competitiveness through transparency, reliability, stability, and efficiency, which are the effects of application of the block chain technology.

  • One of the typical methods to prevent tampering and reverse engineering on executable codes is to encrypt them. This paper proposes a code block cipher method based on key chaining to encrypt the code. The block cipher by key chaining has been known to be inadequate for encrypting the code with control transfer, even though the key chaining has advantage of hiding the keys in blocks and making the individual keys different from block to block. This paper proposes a block transformation and duplication method to apply the block cipher by key chaining to the executable codes with control transfer instructions, and shows the idea works with the MIPS instruction set.

A Study on Validation of the Shielding Effectiveness Measurement Method of the Concrete Containing Electric Arc Furnace Oxidizing Slag (전기로산화슬래그를 활용한 콘크리트의 차폐효과 측정 방법의 유효성 검증 연구)

  • In this paper, methods for manufacturing shielding concrete by recycling steelmaking slag discarded as industrial waste and measuring the shielding effectiveness of the shielding concrete were studied. By comparing the result of shielding effectiveness measurement of this concrete block with shielding effectiveness measurement of the structure constructed with this concrete, the measurement system for measuring shielding effectiveness of the concrete block was verified. The size of the concrete stru ctu re is 2.9 × 2.9 × 3.4m and the concrete block is 0.3 × 0.3 × 0.2m. The frequ ency band u sed for mesu rement is 600MHz - 2GHz, the types of concrete u sed to measu re the shielding effectiveness are general concrete and concrete containing electric arc furnace oxidizing slag. In the case of the concrete structure, reinforcing rebars are installed at intervals of 15cm for stru ctu ral safety, as the frequ ency increase, the electromagnetic wave properties of rebars gradu ally decreased, there was a slight difference in the measurement results. In conclusion, the measurement result of shielding effectiveness of the concrete block is similar to the result of the concrete structure. It is thought that it can be sufficiently utilized for electromagnetic wave engineering design, and the concrete shielding effectiveness measurement system using standard specimens was verified.

Engineering Properties for Planting of Porous Concrete Block Containing Rice Straw Ash (볏짚재를 혼입한 다공성콘크리트 블록의 식생을 위한 공학적 특성)

  • This study was performed to examine engineering properties for planting of porous concrete block containing rice straw ash. Tests for void ratio, compressive and flexural strength, pH by neutralization treatment time and curing method were peformed. As results, the void ratio tends to decrease with increasing rice straw ash content. But, the compressive and flexural strength tends to increase with Increasing rice straw ash content. When the neutralization was treated at the curing age 6 days, the greatest strength was showed. The pH of porous concrete without neutralization treatment in dry and water curing are shown in 10.32 ${\~}$ 10.55 and 9.41${\~}$9.59, respectively. The pH of porous concrete by neutralization treatment in dry and water curing were shown in 9.74${\~}$10.10 and 8.13${\~}$9.32, respectively. The porous concrete block size was 23 ${\times}$ 23 ${\times}$ 4 cm, and species of planting were Tall fescue, Lespedeza cyrtobotrya and Lespedeza cuneata. At the 6 months after seeding, germination ratio and grown-up length of Tall fescue, Lespedeza cyrtobotrya and Lespedeza cuneata were shown in 90, 60, $50\%$, and 40${\~}$50, 90${\~}$110, 65${\~}$75 cm, respectively. These porous concrete block containing rice straw ash could be used for planting.

  • 본 논문에서는 SPOT 입체영상을 이용하여 광범위한 지역의 DEM을 제작할 경우 DEM 모자이크 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 접합선(seam-line)을 최소화할 수 있는 방법을 연구하였다. 지상의 60km$\times$60km 영역을 촬영할 수 있는 SPOT 위성의 입체 영상으로부터 구성한 단일 모델은 일반적으로 관심 있는 지역의 DEM을 제작하기에 충분히 넓은 지역을 포함할 수 있다. 그러나 광범위한 지역의 DEM 제작을 위해서는, 각각의 입체영상을 통해 제작된 DEM들을 접합해야 하며, 이 때 발생되는 접합선을 효과적으로 제거하는 작업이 필요하다. 이를 위해 SPOT 위성영상의 블록 조정 방법을 이용하여 종횡접합모델을 구성하고 중복되는 인접한 SPOT DEM간의 표고값을 일치시키므로써 DEM 접합선의 발생을 최소화하여 모자이크시 작업량을 줄이고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 지상기준점과 추가로 관측한 영상접합점을 이용하여 종횡접합 블록을 구성하고 광속조정 방법을 적용하여 블록에 포함된 위성영상의 외부표정요소를 계산하였다. 블록모델을 이용하여 DEM을 제작할 경우 접합선 탐색 및 blending 작업 없이 단순중첩 방법으로도 DEM 모자이크 작업을 빠르게 수행할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

  • 시각장애인의 보행을 보조할 목적으로 설치된 점자보도블록은 보행방향과 정지 정보를 제공하지만, 현재 위치에 대한 정보는 제공 할 수 없어서 보행 보조물로써의 기능이 매우 제한되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 최근 IT 기술중 하나인 RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)를 내장한 새로운 개념의 점자보도블록과 이를 활용하여 보행을 유도할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 점자보도블록에는 RFID 태그와 안테나를 삽입하여 현재 위치에 대한 정보를 저장하며, 백색지팡이에는 이 정보를 읽어 들이기 위한 리더기를 설치한다. 현재위치에 대한 정보는 PDA로 전송되어 해당되는 음성정보를 시각장애인에게 전달하게 된다. 제안된 시스템을 통해 시각장애인은 타인의 도움 없이 현재 자신이 위치한 곳에 대한 정보를 얻고, 올바른 곳으로 보행중인지를 판단할 수 있게 되므로, 시각장애인의 보행권과 사회활동권등 복지 증진에 효과가 있을 것이다.

A robust error resilient approach for video data transmission over Internet (인터넷에 비디오 데이터 전송시 강건한 오류 내성 기법)

  • 압축한 비디오데이타를 네트워크으로 전송 시 채널이 불안정한 경우 패킷이 분실될 우려가 있다. 패킷 분실은 대부분 버스트오류로 나타난다. 본 연구에서는 디코더에서 버스트오류를 효과적으로 은닉, 처리하는 방법으로 오류 내성 비디오 인코딩 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위해 공간적 오류은닉법으로 오류 패킷 분실을 야기시키는 손실 블록을 분리하는데 효과적인 블록 인터리빙을 적용한다. 시간적 오류 은닉에 대해서는 연속적인 내부프레임 또는 프레임간에 움직임벡터의 프레임간 패리티 비트를 삽입하는 구조를 적용한다. 비디오 인코딩 단계를 거쳐 디코더에서 수신한 블록들에 대해서는 쌍선형 보간법을 적용하여 전송시 발생한 국지적 오류를 적절하게 은닉 처리한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 인코딩 방법을 전송 블록에 부가 데이터로 포함하는 것은 표준 엔코더의 복잡도에 거의 영향을 미치지 않는다.
