Background: Thoracic sympathetic block surgery is a safe and effective procedure for palmar hyperhydrosis, and this maintains sufficient moisture and prevents compensatory hyperhidrosis. To avoid compensatory hyperhidrosis, the authors performed sympathetic block surgery just above the R4 level to maintain sympathetic tone affecting the caudal area. Material and Method: A total of 71 subjects (45 males and 26 females) were categorized into two groups. Group 1 (31 patients, mean age: 25.5 years) had clips placed both on the upper and lower part of R4 sympathetic ganglion, and group 2 (40 patients, mean age: 25.9 years) underwent clipping of the upper part of R4. Telephone surveys were done to collect data on 8 categories, and the average follow up interval was 24.9 months (group 1) and 18.9 months (group 2). Result: For group 1, 41.9% experienced no sweating and 48.4% re-plied they experienced some sweating depending on the surrounding conditions. Group 2 showed that 60% experienced no sweating and 35% replied they experienced some sweating depending on the surrounding conditions, 58.1% in group 1 experienced sweating right after the surgery, and 40.0% in group 2 experienced the same. Group 1 (38.1%) and group 2 (37.5%) replied they experienced no hand dryness and more patients in group 2 than in group 1 had hand dryness, but without uncomfortable symptoms. 71.0% (group 1) and 62.5% (group 2) replied they had no compensatory hyperhidrosis or related symptoms. One patient in group 1 and two in group 2 reported they regretted undergoing the procedure. The regions of compensatory hyperhidrosis were the back, thigh and chest in group 1 and the group 2 reported the back, chest, and abdomen in the order of frequency. Fewer incidences of the gustatory hyperhidrosis were noted in group 2. Most of the patients were satisfied with their treatment. Conclusion: Clipping the upper part of the R4 ganglion or R4 sympathetic block are both effective for treating palmar hyperhidrosis and these treatments decrease the occurrence or symptoms of compensatory hyperhidrosis. The upper R4 sympathetic block procedure is easier and safer with fewer incidences of gustatory hyperhidrosis and a higher percentage of patient satisfaction.

Objective: The aim of this study was to illustrate the circumferential comfortable retainer (CCR) as a removable maxillary retainer with good potential patient compliance and to evaluate the discomfort of the retainers including distorted speech, gagging sensation and appliance discomfort. Methods: Sixty-six orthodontic patients (male, 23; female, 43; mean age, $23.42{\pm}10.19$ years) who received orthodontic treatment with fixed orthodontic appliances were randomly assigned to two groups after debonding, a conventional wraparound retainer (CWR) group that fully covers the palate with an acrylic plate and a highly polished surface, and a circumferential comfortable retainer (CCR) group which has a horseshoe shaped base plate with three folds on the anterior region. A questionnaire that had a visual analog scale (VAS) which consists of a 100-mm horizontal line with 2 end-points labeled "no discomfort" on the left and "worst discomfort" on the right, with regard to distorted speech, gagging sensation and discomfort, was administered to patients after 4 weeks of retainer wear. The Mann-Whitney test was used to test the hypothesis that there was no difference between the two retainers. Results: Comparing distorted speech and discomfort, the CCR group significantly had lower values than the CWR group ($p$ < 0.05). Comparing gagging sensation, the CCR group had lower values than the CWR group but there were no statistically significant differences between groups ($p$ = 0.146). Conclusions: In conclusion, the results suggest that the circumferential comfortable retainer (CCR) might facilitate patient compliance and thereby improve the maintenance of the fixed orthodontic treatment outcome.

대한건축사협회 50년 동안 제도의 생성과 흐름을 이해하는데 먼저 제도란 무엇인지에 대한 이해가 필요하다. 제도는 규범의 복합체라고 한다. 규범의 내용이 형식화되고 정리되어 공권력을 수반하는 법률에서부터 형식화되지 않은 채 일상생활에서의 막연한 약속과 같은 집단의 도덕적 기준이나 관습에 이르기까지 그 범위는 광범하다. 즉 정치 경제 교육 제도 등에서부터 도덕이나 언어와 같은 것까지 포함한다. 이 제도가 존재함으로써 사회를 구성하는 모든 개인의 행동은 얼마간 틀에 박히고 방향이 부여되기 때문에 사람들을 시행착오의 낭비를 절약하여 큰 불편 없이 어느 정도 자동적으로 행동할 수 있다. 이런 점에서 제도는 사회질서 유지를 그 중요한 기능으로 하는 한편 모든 개인의 자유를 다소나마 규제하고 부자연스럽게 하는 측면도 있다. 모든 개인에 대한 제한이나 속박이 심해져 정상적인 대다수의 개인의 생활요구가 자해되고 억제되는 정도가 지나치게 되면 그 사회의 가치체계나 규범이 흔들리기 시작하며, 마침내는 기존의 제도가 바뀌고 새로운 제도가 생기게 된다고 한다.

최근 계정과 일정량의 하드를 제공하는 무료 사이트들이 많이 있다. 여러 곳의 계정을 이용하여 대용량의 홈페이지를 만들 수 있으나 일일이 작업하기는 번거롭다. 특히, 데이터를 이동하는 경우에 디스켓이나 CD 등을 이용하여야 하는 불편함이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 불편함을 제거하기 위하여 웹 저장소로서 기능을 수행할 수 있는 웹모아를 구현한다. 웹모아는 하드를 포맷하거나 흑은 중요한 데이터를 저장해야 할 경우 데이터 백업장소로 사용할 수 있고 데이터를 이동해야 할 경우. 임시 기억장소로 사용할 수 있다 또한, 대용량의 홈페이지를 만드는 경우 여러 개의 무료 계정들을 마치 하나의 계정처럼 사용할 수 있도록 해준다.

공공 부문이나 대기업에서 운영하는 웹 사이트의 규모가 커지면서 분야별로 사이트가 나누어지게 되는데, 사이트를 이동할 때 마다 로그인을 다시 해야 하는 불편이 있다. 따라서 최근 이용자들의 불편을 줄이기 위하여 SSO(Single Sign-On) 통합인증 체제를 도입하는 사례가 늘고 있으나 전체 패밀리 사이트를 일괄적으로 가입과 탈퇴되는 문제가 발생한다. 이에 이용자의 필요에 따라 선택적으로 가입과 탈퇴가 가능한 통합 인증체제 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

프로그래밍 코드 안에서 작성하는 기존의 문자열 조합 방식으로 SELECT 쿼리를 작성할 때 일정한 규칙이 없이 다양한 형태로 쿼리가 작성되고 있으며, 이로 인해 쿼리 작성과 관리에 불편함을 주고 있다. 이런 불편함을 해소하고 일관된 규칙을 적용할 수 있는 쿼리 작성 방법을 객체지향 개념을 이용해서 SELECT 쿼리 객체를 정의하고 사용하는 방식으로 제시한다. 이를 위하여 기존 Dynamic Query Class[1]에 SELECT 쿼리 객체를 정의하여 추가하여 전체 상속 관계를 완성하고, SELECT 쿼리에서 둘 이상의 테이블 조인 관계를 객체를 사용해서 구현할 수 있음을 제시한다.

본 연구는 애슬레저 레깅스의 주 소비층인 20대 여성의 체형에 적합한 레깅스 패턴을 개발하기 위한 선행연구로, 20대 대학생을 대상으로 레깅스의 착용실태를 알아보고 애슬레저 레깅스의 선호도를 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 20대 여대생 189명을 대상으로 하였으며, 구글 설문지를 통해 조사하였다. 분석은 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 활용하였다. 레깅스는 운동용으로 착용하고 검은색의 발목까지 오는 밀착되는 기본 레깅스 디자인에 대한 선호가 높았으며, Y존 부위에 대한 불편함을 호소하는 경우가 많았다. 동작 시에는 허리가 노출되는 것에 대한 불편함을 호소하는 경우가 많았다. 선호 브랜드는 아디다스가 가장 많았고 레깅스에 몸매 보정 기능이 추가되기를 원하였다. 선호하는 브랜드를 구매했을 경우 디자인, 치수, 소재, 활동성, 내구성 등 대부분 항목에서 만족도가 높았다. 원단을 고려하여 레깅스를 구매한 경우에는 봉제상태에 대한 만족도가 높고, 브랜드를 고려하여 구매한 경우 가격에 대한 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 일반화시키는 데 주의하여야 하며, 향후 연구에서는 좀 더 포괄적인 연령대와 남성에 대한 조사가 이루어져야 할 것으로 생각된다.

최근, 팬데믹 상황이 나아지면서 줄었던 해외출장이 늘어나고 있다. 해외출장 시 주 교통수단으로 사용하는 항공기는 기상상황에 따라 변동이 잦고 이런 변경된 일정을 확인하기 위해서는 항공사 마다 로그인해서 일정을 확인하거나 공항 홈페이지에서 직접 항공편명을 검색해야 한다. 그렇기 때문에, 일정을 열람하기가 번거로우며 제 3 자와 일정을 공유하고자 할 때에는 제 3 자가 공항 홈페이지에서 항공번호를 직접 입력하는 방법 밖에 없으므로 더욱 불편하다. 본 연구에서는 이런 불편사항을 개선하기 위하여 하나의 웹사이트에서 자신의 일정을 등록하고 열람하며 제 3 자와 쉽게 공유할 수 있는 방법을 고안하였다.

We, in this study, tried to examine the influence of business environment, organization structure and information technology characteristics used on the performance of the information systems in Information and Communications Industries. The result shows that frequency of system usage and users' satisfaction are positively affected by the factors of business environment, organizational structure and information-technology. The user satisfaction of the system is affected by the frequency of system usage. Both financial performance and non-financial performance are affected by the frequency of the systems usage and user satisfaction of the system. With path analysis, we verified the overall model goodness-of-fit verified for the research model. The result shows that organization structureand technological factors are positively related to the frequency of usage and user satisfaction of the system, while the environmental factors are not. The frequency of system usage is not linked to both financial and non-financial performance. The user satisfaction of the system does not affected to the financial performance. In conclusion, the usage frequency and user satisfaction of the system are the moderating variables affecting business performances. These two variables are affected by the environment, organization structure and information technology. The Path analysis also supports the relationships among these variables.

This study was designed to investigate the current state of lens wearing and care, and to investigate eye discomfort according to the care method. Data of 209 female college students wearing lenses for more than 1 year were analyzed using the SPSS / WIN 22.0 program. 40.2% of female students wear lenses every day and 97.1% wear all day. However, only 45.4% of students washed it daily, and only 17.7 % used protein remover during wash, which resulted in poor management. 98.1% of students complained of discomfort due to the lens, and the Ocular Surface Index (OSDI) scored 42.88 ± 15.25, which was classified as a severe dry eye and threatened eye health. Therefore, it is necessary to improve students' awareness of lens management, and periodical lens inspection and management education are needed.
