Sharing copyrighted files without copyright holder's permission is illegal. But, a number of illegal file sharers using BitTorrent increase. However, it is difficult to find appropriate digital evidences and legal basis to punish them. And, there are no framework for digital investigation of illegal sharing using BitTorrent. Additionally, role of server in BitTorrent had been reduced than server in conventional P2P. So, It is difficult to apply investigation framework for illegal sharing using conventional P2P to investigation process of illegal sharing using BitTorrent. This paper proposes the methodology about punishing illegal sharer using BitTorrent by suggesting the digital investigation framework.

As software producers have tried to keep their profit against illegal piracy, contents producers also want to protect their contents from unlawful sharing among users. Some researchers uncovered that the regulation on the unlicensed contents is not the best policy to maximize their profit mainly due to network effect but this issue has been still controversial. In this paper, we develop a model to investigate the effect of regulation against unlicensed contents sharing on the profit of contents producers and present the optimal condition to maximize profit of contents producers under the regulation and non-regulation of unlicensed contents. As a result, we analyzed that the firm's payoff under the regulation on unlicensed contents is not always greater than the payoff under the non-regulation because of network externality. If the additional utility from off-line purchase of type P consumers (who enjoy the additional benefit of off-line purchase) is large enough, then the firm's payoff is maximized without regulation.

The MPAA(Motion Picture Association of America) warned about serious problems of piracy due to nearly a quarter of all Internet traffic around the globe was related to Internet piracy. Thus, strong legal action is enforced for piracy over nationally through strengthen the copyright law. We in this paper conducted a survey to see whether netizens prefer to download just for the matter of their convenience. Our study becomes a motivation to consider about seriousness of piracy by comparing between Korea and foreign cases. To our surprise, the survey reveals that Korean netizens conspicuously aware of their downloading behaviors outpaces Canadian netizens. Canada lacks the basic protections for the digital environment and is a safe haven for Internet pirates.

인터넷 환경이 급속도로 발전함에 따라 멀티미디어의 범람과 사용자들의 유료 콘텐츠사용에 대한 인식 부족으로 디지털 콘텐츠의 지적재산권 침해가 빈번하게 발생하고 있으며, 이러한 불법콘텐츠들의 무분별한 공유는 디지털콘텐츠 산업 발전을 저해하는 심각한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 이에 따라 최근 디지털 콘텐츠의 저작권 보호를 위해서 저작권 단속활동을 강화하고 있으며 다양한 P2P/웹하드 환경에서도 불법콘텐츠를 검색및 다운로드하고 콘텐츠를 식별하고 불법배포자를 추적할 수 있는 기술을 필요로 하게되었다. 그러나 대부분의 불법콘텐츠들은 약 80%가 P2P, 웹하드, 동호회/카페를 통해서 전파되고 있으며 각 업체별 클라이언트 프로그램의 다양성 때문에 불법콘텐츠의 검색 및 불법복제자 추적이 매우 어려운 실정이다. 불법콘텐츠의 추적 및 차단을 위해 워터마킹/핑거프린팅, 네트워크 모니터링, 매크로 프로그램, 공개 P2P 프로토콜 조작, 페이크 파일 유포 등의 기술들이 사용되고 있다. 본 고에서는 불법콘텐츠 국내외 시장현황과 업체의 기술동향을 살펴보고 불법배포자 추적을 위해 필요한 핑거프린팅과 특징점 기반 콘텐츠 식별 기술에 대해 설명한다. 그리고 P2P와 웹하드에서 불법콘텐츠들을 자동으로 다운로드하고 불법배포자들을 추적할 수 있는 시스템 아키텍처에 대하여 설명한다.

As the use of shared electric kickboards is rapidly increasing, there are many cases of illegal parking of shared mobility. In order to solve this problem, local governments are taking measures such as towing illegally parked shared electric kickboards, but user management is not considered and the methods are inefficient. Accordingly, in this paper, we propose a blockchain-based shared electric kickboard user management model. The shared electric kickboard is equipped with a camera sensor and GPS that can check the parking status, and when the user ends the use of the shared electric kickboard, information on the parking status is collected through the installed sensors and the shared electric kickboard company You can check if the user has parked correctly. In addition, trust points are given according to the user's parking history and incentives are provided according to the trust points, inducing users to return the shared evangelism kickboard correctly. The information is shared through the consortium blockchain in which shared electric kickboard companies participate, enabling integrated user management of shared electric kickboard companies.

인터넷 이용의 확산과 컴퓨팅 환경이 급속히 변화되면서 특수 소수 그룹의 구성원들 간의 정보, 공유와 재사용을 지원하는 웹 기반 협업 시스템 개발이 고조되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 웹 기반 협업 시스템들은 시스템 사용자 인증만의 절차에 의한 특수 소수 그룹간에 정보를 공유하고 있어 인가된 사용자를 가장한 악의의 사용자에 의한 정보의 삭제, 수정, 파괴 등의 불법적인 행동을 막을 수 없을 뿐만 아니라 민감한 정보의 공유는 더욱더 어렵게 했다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 웹 기반 협업 시스템의 성격을 고려한 유연성 있는 보안정책과 보안모델을 바탕으로 소 그룹단위로 을 제어할 수 있는 접근제어와 민감한 정보의 불법적인 접근을 제어 할 수 있는 접근제어 시스템을 제안한다.

Proliferation of high performance internet infrastructures finally allows their users download a single copy of regular movie just within in a couple of seconds. Ease of accesses to the software for downloading consequently leads them insensitive to the ethics or legitimacy of their conduct. Thus, strong legal action is enforced for piracy over nationally through strengthen the copyright law. We in this paper conducted a survey to see whether netizens prefer to download just for the matter of their convenience. Whilst the level of awareness is addressed even in a far-fetched manner in the area of music piracy and computer software piracy, the case of movie is much different in that we even fail to find any survey that has been made for movie piracy. The survey has been made by devising questionnaires for netizens and it was posted web WorldSurvey, which is the most prominent online survey site in Korea. To our surprise, 9 out of 10 respondents expressed they actually resort to illegal downloading for the reason of convenience. We realized one more surprise. More than 95% of netizens conspicuously aware of their downloading behaviors are mischievous and illegal without reservation.

Despite of the long history of comic industry in Korea, self-motivated sound ecosystem is not determinded due to the pirated contents. The file-sharing literature has focused mainly on how pirated contents could be eradicated, with less attention to the effective strategy. This research is focusing more on pirate comic market within the framework of users. The target user is people who pay for using file sharing site. The research methods are a online survey and a written interview. The goal of this research is to analyze the correlation between morality and websites uses, the user convenience of file-sharing site and the main factors for attracting user to legal portal site. According to our results, legal portal sites needs to improve purchasing factors such as diversity of contents, improvement of payment system and offer of a detailed information.

초고속 인터넷망의 보급으로 멀티미디어 환경에서의 디지털 콘텐츠 생산 및 유통은 시간적, 공간적 제약을 뛰어 넘어 다방면으로 활성화되고 있다. 네트워크 구조에서의 파일전송기술에 의해 디지털 콘텐츠는 인터넷 공간에서 역학적인 사회적 관계을 맺은 사용자에 의해 공유되고 있으며, 공급과 수요의 증가로 불법 콘텐츠 시장이 육성되어 저작권에 대한 법적인 이슈가 날로 첨예화 되고 있다. 본 연구는 네트워크 환경에서 사회적 연결망을 기반으로 한 사용자의 콘텐츠 공유 행위에 대한 심리적 요인를 분석함으로써, 사용자간의 관계 조명 및 상호작용과 콘텐츠 공유의 동기부여요인 대해 논의해 보고자 한다. 이를 위한 첫번째로 현재 인터넷 시장의 디지털 콘텐츠 공유현황 분석이 선행되었고, 두번째로 가상공간에서의 커뮤니케이션은 사회적 관계형성이란 관점에서 사용자간의 공유 행위를 정리하였으며, 마지막으로 공유 행위자의 심리적 욕구를 아브라함 매슬로우(Abraham H. Maslow) 욕구단계설을 근간으로 하여 재조명하였다. 이는 네트워크 구조에서의 콘텐츠 생산에 활성화를 위하여 다각적인 측면으로 접근하였으며, 향후 정법화된 디지털 콘텐츠 시장 조성을 위한 가이드로 제시하고자 한다.

냅스터와 소리바다와 같은 P2P기술을 이용한 파일 공유 서비스를 통해 컨텐츠의 불법사용이 급속하게 확산됨에 따라 디지털 컨텐츠에 대한 불법복제방지 및 저작권 보호·관리를 위한 DRM기술에 관한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 고에서는 DRM 기술에 대해 알아보고 국내·외 DRM 개발현황을 살펴보기 위해 국내·외 DRM 관련 제품 현황, 특허현황, 표준화현황 등을 위주로 조사하여 비교·분석하고자 한다.
