국제적으로 차단기의 성능평가에 가장 광범위하게 적용되고 있는 IEC와 IEEE는 단락고장회로에 대한 차단성능평가 기준의 핵심 요소인 과도회복전압(TRV)을 서로 다른 방법으로 규정하고 있었다. 따라서 제작자는 신제품으로 개발한 동일한 모델의 차단기에 대하여 구매자의 요구에 대응하기 위하여 두 가지 표준에 대한 형식시험 또는 형식 시험인증을 실시해야하므로 불필요한 경제적 비용을 지불해야만 했다. 이러한 어려움을 해소하기 위해 IEC와 IEEE는 1990년대 말부터 두 규정의 부합화를 위한 개정작업을 진행했다. 이에 따라 2008년에는 완전한 부합화를 이루지는 못했지만 TRV에 관한 규정의 상당부분이 부합화가 되었다. 본 논문에서는 부합화된 주요 부분과 시험방법을 제시하였다.

As the international trade has been increased, unified worldwide standards are getting more important and necessary. At the TBT(Agreement on Technical Barrier to Trade) of WTO(World Trade Organization) and the CTI meeting of APEC(Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation), they made an agreement with applying International Standards to National Standards gradually. In addition, ISO (International Organization for Standardization) established the ISO/IEC Guide 21, a guideline for applying International Standards to National Standards. In these environment, Korean Industrial Standards has to be prepared for it. This paper introduce the comparison between Korean Industrial Standards and ISO Standards about the standards of sampling and testing the fresh concrete, based on ISO/IEC Guide 21 by ISO and the Applying guideline by Korean Agency for Technology and Standards, and then discuss the problem about applying them. The overall objective is to establish the applying guideline on construction fields, which is civil and building engineering part(KS F) of Korean Industrial Standards.

This paper suggests the MMAS(Map Matching using Additional Surveying) method to improve the cadastral discrepancy search algorithm that currently does not include corrections of mis-represented parcel data. The MMAS is a method to search for cadastral discrepancy after correcting mis-represented parcel data using nearby anchor points confirmed by surveys. The MMAS first transforms the coordinate system of the digital cadastral map by overlaying anchor points obtained in the field surveying process over the corresponding edges of buildings and facility points on the digital topographic map. Then, it searches for cadastral discrepancy by checking if the area differences exceed the tolerance limit. This method improves the current method for searching for cadastral discrepancy by performing the process after correcting extortion of the digital cadastral map. This helps to identify cadastral discrepancies that are not detectable within the distorted digital cadastral map. With our experiment, this method identified more discrepancies compared to the method without the correcting the distortion of the digital cadastral map. We believe this method will be able to help the national cadastral re-survey by identifying potential cadastral discrepancy more accurately.

최근 Cellular phone시장을 가장 주도적으로 이끌어 오고 눈부신 발전을 가져온 것 은 역시 개인 휴대형 Cellular phone이라 할수 있을 것이다. Cellular phone의 기본목표인 언제나, 어디서나, 누구라도라는 목표에 정확하게 부합할 수 있었기 때문이라 생각한다. 특 히 그 사용형태가 개인 휴대형이기 때문에 사용자들은 보다 소형화, 경량화, 다기능화를 요 구했고 Cellular phone의 제조 Maker들은 그 요구에 부응할 수 있는 제품을 설계하고 생산, 판매하는데 주력해오고 있다. 휴대전화에 있어서 소형화, 경량화를 주도해온 요인으로서 가 장 큰 역할을 해온 것은 어느 것이 먼저라기 보다 PWB의 수량감소, 다층화, 고밀도화, Flexible화, 실장부품의 소형화, Chip화에 따라 부품탑재기의 고속화 정밀화등 다양화된 새 로운 실장기술이 부합되어 현재, 향후는 더욱개선될것이라 사료된다. 그래서 이번 원고에서 는 휴대전호기만이 아니라 일반통신기기 및 민생용 기판의 실장기술 및 납땜품질, 생산성, 효율등을 위해서 표면실장공정 삽입실장공정에서 발생되고 있는 문제의 50%이상을 점유하 는 납땜에 대한 문제를 사전에 예방하여 표면실장 기술력을 높이는 것이 더욱 중여하다는 사실에 역점을 두고 당사생산 Model인 H500 Series에 대한 기본을 기술한다.

일반적으로 스멕타이트는 온도, 시간, 공극수 내 K 함량 등이 증가하면서 일라이트화 작용을 통하여 일라이트-스멕타이트 혼합층광물(I-S)로 전이된다. 따라서, 벤토나이트(주로 스멕타이트질 광물로 구성된 화산쇄설물의 변질산물)는 지질환경에 따라 스멕타이트 또는 다양한 혼합층비를 갖는 I-S를 함유하게 된다. 이러한 벤토나이트 내 스멕타이트와 일라이트의 혼합층비는 팽창성(expandability)으로 정량화할 수 있다. (중략)

To understand current status for the utilization of Korean military specifications(KDS) and other standards/specifications in munitions companies, we have surveyed 150 companies mainly related with electrical and electronic industry. Most of the companies have expected that the harmonization of KDS and KS would bring a positive effect on their business, especially from the point of quality control, productivity increase, the reduction of expenditure for standard management and so on. This survey result will help to build more user-friendly management system for KDS as well as KS.
