  • Present age are embossing importance and role of tourism industry according to increase of tourists number by internationalization gradually. Susan is necessity to ready our unique cultural special quality that is correct to this because is intending international sightseeing city in APEC, PIFF etc. Specially, the hotel does the mediation deposit role which provides the place it will be able to experience our specific culture in the tourists. The Comodo-Hotel situated in Jung-gu, Susan has elements the Korean traditional culture, but there is problem that these elements is not applied to room interior. Therefore, hotel room remodeling applied to Aesthetic Attributes of the Korea Traditional does so that tourists do it so that may experience our culture familiarly and advances continuously and preserves and inherits our culture together and become universal culture. Target hotel room chooses by Standard-double, Deluxe-twin, Semi-Suite-ondol three type and applies modernity and Traditional characteristics of Korean culture variously and proposes interior remodeling.

An Empirical Study on the Economic Value to Eulsukdo based on SB-DC CVM (단일양분형 가상가치평가법을 이용한 을숙도 가치추정)

  • The purpose of the study is to estimate value of the Eulsukdo that is attracting lots of birds. Eulsukdo became one of the most famous eco-tourism destinations worldwide and environmental restoration work is progressing with enormous budget. The input of the budget by policy judgement basically can be justified when the benefit excesses the cost in social aspect. Eulsukdo has external effect as cultural tourism resource but it is difficult to estimate the value in market. The study is to estimate the value of Eulsukdo through the single-bounded dichotomous CVM(Contingent Valuation Methods). According to analysis results, the mean WTP(Willingness to Pay) and the truncated mean WTP are estimated at 5,240 and 3,374 won in the log-normal model, and 5,888 and 3,232 won in the log-logistic model respectively. The annual total benefits value based on the truncated mean WTP is estimated at 3,870 million won in the log-normal model and 4,040 million won in log-logistic model. The result of this study will provide useful guide to policy makers and developers who fully realize the value of public goods.

  • Tourism now stand among the fastest and largest industries in the global economy in the 21 st era, with knowledge information and environment industry. After 1990's, each local government in korea that has been organizing and expanding new and existing festivals, those related locality, natural resources, speciality and ethnic customs. While netizens have increased from the later half of 1990's, the Internet has appeared in it with a main advertizing channel of all industries, especially tourism. Each local county publicizes a local festival and all kind of information while managing its web-site. However, they have lots of difficulties In building local information web sites because of lack of technical and financial resources. This study examined general theories about Internet web sites and local festivals to elicit the previous problems and to suggest the ways to activate local festivals utilizing Internet, based upon analysis of web sites and Internet utilization on local festivals designated by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism as the cultural tour one among local festivals.

Moderating effects of perceived behavioral control on the relationships among exhibition sales promotions and purchase intention (전시회 판매촉진 활동이 지각된 행동통제의 조절효과와 구매의도에 미치는 영향연구)

  • The purpose of study is to examine the effectiveness of exhibition sales promotions and purchase intention for reasonable visitors. Perceived behavior control determining moderating effects on the relationship among their sales promotions and purchase intention is used as a predictive variable of unexpected impulsive purchases or negative purchase intention contrary to business intention. A total of 315 visitors who experienced the sales promotions of G-Star 2016 in Busan respond to the questionnaire and 259 forms are used to analyze the data. The main results of this study were as follows. First, except to value-added sales promotion, all of sales promotions positively impact on visitors' purchase intention. Second, as a result of analyzing the moderating effects of the perceived behavioral control consisting of control belief and perceived power on the relationships among the sales promotions and purchase intention, the control belief moderated the sales promotions such as price-off and education on purchase intention. In addition, the perceived power moderated the sales promotions such as escape and entertainment on purchase intention. In a nutshell, the degree of perceived behavior control makes critically impact on the effectiveness of exhibition sales promotions. Based on this results, it yields new insights into the way of developing various sales promotion strategies according to different features of visitors.
